1. CC payment ideally is 2 step. Here it was one step - which is good BUT at the same time, it makes you feel - is it FRAUD?

I received an email that one leg of my flight was cancelled. In order to have this fixed I have been on the phone for over 10 hours today. Most of that being on hold. Every person has transferred me to another person. I have received different answers from everyone. Some people say that my flight was cancelled. Others say that it has only been changed by 5 minutes and that the ticket just needs to be opened and my travels will go as planned. So then they transfer me to someone else. Everyone says that they are adding notes to my ticket so that the next person will know what to do but the next person I speak with can, somehow, not see those notes. I have been disconnected multiple times after sitting on hold for hours. I asked for the direct phone number to the department I was being transferred to and everyone tells me to call the same number and select 2. Then I still get transferred. This is ridiculous and I will never book flights through flight network again.
I used to book my ticket from other platform,then i came accross to this platform to book a trip through flightnetwork.com. I did book 2 tickets from Mauritius to New York,then Vaconcouver and last end in England then Back To Mauritius with flightnetwork. I paid for the tickets, seat selection, baggage tracking etc. Within 1 hour I received an email from Flight Network saying that my trip had been cancelled due to "technical reasons". No further explanation as I lost around $340 due to bank chargers and exchange rate.I did contacted support on their chat but they keep only saying that they already refunded the amount paid! Terrible customer experience and I will never use this travel website again.Wish could give a Zero Star Review

Awful company with awful customer service. I booked my tickets to Halifax 6 months in advance, Airline cancelled the flight and processed a full refund, but somehow Flight network decided I own them a fee for something and did not proceed with a full refund to my account. I called the company couple of times and spent around 4-5 hours on the phone every time. I lost 300$ on this trip, and my vacation was ruined. I would never again buy a ticket from Flight Network!
When I selected two people on the site for the multi-city trip it only asked for customer one's info and then rung me out and concluded the transaction. I panicked and thought there might not be another ticket. I called to book the same itinerary for my spouse and they were pleasant and efficient. The site, however needs some work and in addition offered me the middle leg of the trip (on one airline) before the first and last legs from and to my home city.
I searched for a couple days using several search engines. At times it was frustrating.
When I settled on a flight through flight network it was easy to book. Immediately after booking I had a question about seat assignments and charges.
My first phone try I was put on hold for too long. But my second call was answered quickly and I spoke with someone who was helpful and patient explaining and looking up and answering my questions.
Never book with them. Terrible service. Cheating customers and making money. I just got tricked into booking budget airlines thinking it is Singapore airlines. Customer service is also very bad. I have to re book all my tickets now
We did look at some alternate sources for bookings then came to flightnetwork (where I had previously booked a trip) and got a very decent price... including insurance it was a very decent deal compared to other flight sites.
The company do not value your time. I have been calling for 2 days just to change flight tickets and they won't do that and ask to call after 30 mins on every call. Flight change is such small thing that every company has that option on website. They don't even have a email ID where I can email and ask them to do a change.
Worst service ever faced. Would not recommend anyone to visit the website. Pay more but don't choose flight network.
Purchased extra insurance to allow flight changes. Called for 3 days to make a change, was told it cant be done over the phone and someone would get back to me. Received email, told to call again, when i finally got through i was told it cant be done over the phone and someone will get back to me. Never happened.
Over and hour to get through on phone each time, cut off twice. Had to pay for it through the airline. Lost my money.

What was written when buying a ticket about the possibility of exchanging it for additional money turned out to be not true. A scam company that doesn't stand by what they say. The support team was not going to help and just closed the chat. Terrible
I would click on the 'next step' and nothing would happen. After waiting an interminably long time you've got to decide if the process is just slow, your computer is frozen, or you just need to start over. Took me an hour to book a flight.
I chose to fly Breeze airlines and was on their site to book a ticket. When I got my confirmation, it showed Spirit airlines. I do not choose to fly Spirit.
I am very disappointed in the customer service I have received. Close to 2 months ago, I made a booking for a trip, and upon receiving an email from flightnetwork saying that the transaction was voided, I cancelled the booking. On the policies page it states that the payment would have an authorised hold on it lasting from 5 to 10 days. It has now been 58 days and the money still not been made available. I have contacted my bank already and they said they would chase flightnetwork up but evidently nothing has been done. I feel as though this is a problem on the part of flightnetwork, and honestly would never book from them ever again.
Scammers do not trust them! Rude on the phone! You pay for a seat selection that is not guaranteed! They claim if the flight cost changes they honour the change but they only do if both outbound and inbound go down! Another shady thing they do. Save your money book with REDTAG or EXPEDIA
We found this site to have the most accurate and cheapest ticket you can find in the internet. We spoke to a couple of staff as well and they very helpful and quick to address our concerns.

They cancelled my flight for no apparent reason. Without question they made me run, on the phone for 3 days and for hours. In the end they returned my money after taking more than 50% of the total. I am still fighting for my money! Disgusting & worthless even though I told them to help me cause my mother being 90 had to go for an operation!
Never use this company as their customer.service is disgusting. They will cancel your tickets if they can sell it for more. My parents Christmas is ruined and at their age of 70 this is a big thing. My parents tickets were cancelled to the Philippines despite being purchased months ago because they can sell it for more. Absolutely disgusting. Who treats old people like that.? Flight Network will ruin your Christmas for the sake of money. Customers are only a number to them...
