I booked a ticket with flightnetwork as my daughter was in critical condition 6000 km away. I got an email without any information on it other than a statement saying that it would be up to 36 hours for a confirmation. I called fight network to cancel and was told that I had to wait for their email but not to worry as it could be cancelled. I then booked with a reliable airline as well as my rental car and hotel. Four days later I get a confirmation from the original booking and now I cannot get a refund nor can I get a credit as flightnetwork sent the carrier my wrong email address and birthdate. I have spent hours and hours on the phone back-and-forth only to have the calls dropped or call the call the other entity. If this is not corruption I don't know what is for your own sake don't do it it will ruin your trip and your day.
I had booked tickets from them in November and there was an issue regarding my flight cancellation and when I called the customer service, the guy wasn't professional enough and was speaking to me about my issue like he was high on drugs. They haven't sort out my issue yet but this will the first and last time I will be booking from them.
I learned my lesson: You may find these travel agency cheap but do your research before booking your tickets.
Horrific!
First time flying out of country. Spent a few weeks mainly on Justfly. Stumbled across flight network. Found the flights I wanted. Do went back to Just fly to compare prices. The tickets were exactly the same 996.00.
However after fees. Just Fly came to be 1240. 00
And flight Network came out to 1023. 00.
So it was an easy choice.
They are unethical offering tickets they can not deliver - the price difference you will pay between going directly to the airlines and Flight Network is called insurance. If you are a risk taker and don't mind gambling and losing (and wasting time getting your money back), then by all means give Flight Network a go otherwise just not worth the occasional good deal you will actually get.
Beware of fake reviews. This website is a scam. After working your way through the 24/7 support, you'll get someone from India. After checking that I did not want flexible tickets, I was charged for it regardless. The person on the phone told me the website says I clicked it and he could send me the data. I'm still waiting for it!
I love dealing with FlightNetwork as they always find the cheapest flights for me.
I do have one problem though. I have been charged $16.50 on credit card for no apparent reason. Please investigate and let me know. Many Thanks!
I booked a flight with FlightNetwork on 30 May 2022. The flight (by Eastern Airways in the UK) was cancelled the day before it was due to depart (25 June 2022), forcing me to book an alternative flight with a different airline at considerably greater cost. I am still waiting for my refund, after numerous attempts. Even contacting FlightNetwork was a nightmare at first, as they only accepted contact via their Website which went into an endless loop because the scheduled day of the flight had now passed. The so called 24/7 'Help' phoneline merely referred you back to the Website. Not a good experience, and one which I'll be avoiding in future.
Purchased a flight with full cancellation insurance, which I paid $400 extra for.
Whilst on holiday, got sick with covid and could not take my return flight home.
I was told by their customer service that I was not entitled to use the insurance because I already took the first flight.
Horrible service. They use stupid clauses that they purposely put in order to avoid paying at all costs.
I was having trouble booking my flights to New Zealand and was very frustrated. When I was about to give up the phone rang and was surprised that Joshua from Toronto called and offered to assist and voila all four tickets to sydney-christchurch and back to Singapore were confirmed. Highly appreciate the excellent service. Will definitely recommend friends to book their tickets through this site. Once again thanks and God Bless.
I am only giving a 1 star as there is no lower option. As a frequent business traveller I recently used Flight Network to travel to the U.S. I purchased the flight in early October of this year and added the seat selection at a later date. Upon purchasing the seats I did not receive a confirmation or receipt of the transaction. It never registered on my itinerary, but the charge was credited to my Visa. To confirm that my seats were actually purchased I checked the individual airlines and confirmed they were. Here is where it gets interesting because Flight Network tells me they cannot issue a receipt for the purchase as I need to contact the individual airlines. Two requests to talk to a manager have been ignored as has an email to customer service. This does not seem to be an excessive request! Not impressed.
Convenient, easy to use system, allowed me to check out all the options and figure out how they would best work for me - with ease!
As I was purchasing my ticket, the seat selection popped up and once I selected window, am automatic charges happened without the price show. As I click the submit, the seat charge went though without even tell me there will be an additional charge. Very disappointing on this default of how you set up your system
Avoid booking with this company. They sold me a flex ticket containing the women's handbag and the airline company categorised this ticket to economy light, not including the women's handbag. I had to pay 63 Euro for a small bag to carry on the plane. The problem is that they mislead using the same terminology with the airlines company but they sell different tickets.

Pls be very careful, those representative are not speak perfect English speaker, most of them are very rude and lack on basic communication skills, very disrespectful ( hang on phone Call often), unprofessional and dominate, I'm done with this most worst third party travel agency!
Love your website its easy and lets you choose options, i will be booking my flight with you as the airlines flight are more expensive. Thanks for a fast and easy way too book, only thing would like to see a cheap insurance if you had to change you flight date or something?
I am resentful of the fact that you charge for every little thing, and the site set up so that one has to actively refuse every little additional charge you force on the customers. The site also issued "something went wrong" message several times. Everything seems to be designed to fleece your customers
So far so good. Still waiting for E-tickets in second E-mail so cannot comment on that. Nice to have actual seating plan show up by clicking on "seat selection" link you sent us in our booking confirmation E-mail. Your automatic pre-selected seats suited us fine - did not need to change seats you assigned us. Well presented and succinct booking confirmation E-mail. Easy to use web site.
I just love using Flight Network to reserve flights! I started using this site two years ago while I was living in South Korea and trying to book flights all over the world. I loved how easy it was to use, saves my information, gives the exact price with taxes and other charges included so I don't have to be shocked later at the cost of my flight, and how it always has the best economy class prices. I have looked at many other travel sights, and none are as straight forward to use or have such great prices! I always use Flight Network now! It's the best!
1. CC payment ideally is 2 step. Here it was one step - which is good BUT at the same time, it makes you feel - is it FRAUD?
2. Mile membership does not include all the airlines. Pl include key airlines
3. I requested to register on FlightNetwork as a user - till date - I have not received any log in / membership details
I received an email that one leg of my flight was cancelled. In order to have this fixed I have been on the phone for over 10 hours today. Most of that being on hold. Every person has transferred me to another person. I have received different answers from everyone. Some people say that my flight was cancelled. Others say that it has only been changed by 5 minutes and that the ticket just needs to be opened and my travels will go as planned. So then they transfer me to someone else. Everyone says that they are adding notes to my ticket so that the next person will know what to do but the next person I speak with can, somehow, not see those notes. I have been disconnected multiple times after sitting on hold for hours. I asked for the direct phone number to the department I was being transferred to and everyone tells me to call the same number and select 2. Then I still get transferred. This is ridiculous and I will never book flights through flight network again.
