Please do not use this site. Was charged twice on my credit card, and it took 2 months for Flight Network to end the dispute. Absolutely no customer service. Was sent emails saying out flights had either been cancelled or changed, but had not.
You are A plus for customer satisfaction. Now... if you could just figure out how to get us comfortable seats for these long flights I would appreciate it. On the trip I will be 84 years old... with one titanium knee. Mentally fine... so not bad. Thanks for your help.
Book with airline directly, do not go through Flight Network or myTrip. They cancel one leg of my trip and have ridiculous 'admin' fees. Still awaiting refund. I have no idea how they are allowed to do business in country like Canada.
I used my credit card booking flight at flightnetwork web site. Then after, a couple of unlawful and malicious transactions happened in India appeared on my account. I almost do not use this card(1 or 2 times yearly) before.

Double charged for both of my flight purchases. Taken over two weeks to resolve and still not finished. Every time I call they give a different response and tell me to call back tomorrow or just literally hang up on me although I have been very calm considering they've overdrawn my account by over two thousand dollars.
Will never book with them again. Not worth the hassle.
This company is unorganized, has no level of customer service. Their systems are always "slow" or not working at all. To get someone on the phone is a nightmare and they do not respond to service requests in general. Never will i ever waste money on these clowns again.
Like that it clearly states baggage options as well listing some delay times at airports to help with flights that have connections to catch. E-mailed my ticket and the exact price quoted is what was taken out of my bank account. Everything is clearly stated (as far as seat selection prices and other offers such as flight cancellation insurance) before you hit the process button. Will mark up to five stars once I am able to check in with no problems ha ha.
Absolutely worst experience I have ever had with a company in my life. Had to cancel flights because of Covid - quantas reimbursed flight network but they won't reimburse me or use the flights elsewhere. One sales lady told me I could have a credit and then when I found flights I wanted and called back they said it was against policy. Now the phone line is always busy and haven't been able to get through for over a week. $1000 lost to this scam of an organization
After spending some 3.5 frustrating hours on many other sites, I was extremely pleased and relieved to discover this site which was easy to navigate and did not do the traditional bait and switch i. E. ``oh so sorry, the last few seats were just sold but we have others at a significantly higher price.`` - even though their web sites continue to advertise the sold out seats - we are talking early January reservations.
SCAM ALERT! The reservation form is very deceptive. It offers trip cancellation insurance for $4.01 per person and leaves out the "Per Day"part. It also doesn't provide you with a summary of charges to review in advance of your credit card being charged. So, the first time you see that the insurance charge has unexpectedly ballooned to $168 is when you see the receipt. I immediately called them and requested they remove the insurance charge. They refused, saying the policy had already been issued. On other travel insurance I have purchased, there was a cancellation period (normally 10 days). I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and was told that none were available. THIS IS A SCAM!

Charge apparent when they charged my credit card. I got unpleasant surprise when I got my payment confirmation for the higher amount.
After waiting on hold for lengthy times twice to talk to 2 different people, they won't refund or actually do anything.
BEWARE: once they have your money they will keep it.
I will follow up with a complaint through my credit card company.

Impossible to call them with wait times of +30 min, impossible to get a reply by email (+4 days and still waiting) it's quite extraordinary how these jokers conduct their business. Do yourself a favour and book elsewhere or direct with airlines, just not worth the hassle
Look like this company is fraud. I had to cancel the reservation even before they bought ticket from airline. They have worse costumer care i have faced in my life. Person at customer was rude and said cancellation department will call me within in 24 hours and until now nobody called me. I suggest everybody not to use them. Its scam and government should take action against them. I am planning to sue them.
Refused to allow a refund within the 24 hour window. This was clearly promised on thr website when we booked. Sat on hold for hours, called with a seperate cell phone and got through right away. We were hung up on several times during the process.
As long as you don't need service it may be ok, otherwise hard to reach and very stupid first line persons... we missed a connection for a long queue at the custom in Lisboa. It's not covered by their warranty. We have been told that maybe we wanted to visit Lisboa during the 6 hours to our replacement flight. Considering that afterward we had to sleep on the floor of Milan airport with our 6 year old daughter their answer was very mean if not mediocre...
Rather have a bowel surgery in the woods with a stick than travel with them again.
Do not book with this mob you get mislead, cancel your ticket, whilst the airline still selling tickets for same flight, hold on to very expensive flight refunds with no specific time frame for refund
Forms are clear, easy to read and understand. Airfare prices surprisingly low as I took time to compare the quotes with quotes in other websites. Booking was a breeze. I'm a very satisfied first-time online customer. Will recommend this website to friends and family (to everyone). Price quoted was the exact amount (to the cent) deducted from my credit card.

I started to use Flight Network many years ago and it always gives me the expected result in comparison with numerous other names of flight agencies.
As a manager role, I sometimes need to book business trips for the team members using credit card(s) entitled to my name or position. I just did one today online through Flight Network, and soon received a phone call from them for security purpose verification. I appreciate and praise it.
Horrible booking experience. I got an email saying airline cancelled one of my connecting flights. Called customer service to re-book alternate flight. Waited at least 50 mins to get to speak to an agent. Agents were rude and not at all helpful. Almost 3 weeks passed and no response. Finally had to call airlines to re-book and change my travel plans. Never ever book through this agency.
