It was easy to book the flight. What I did not like was that there was a cost to choose a seat even though I booled a premium seat. Since I am going on a group trip, I did not need to purchase Flight Insurance as the group is purchasing this separately.

Iceland Air reservation was a continual charge for every little thing that should be included in base fare.
Do not purchase from this website. The company charges 50% more than airlines site, they don't have customer service AT ALL and you are screwed if you run into issues with your flight. I clicked on it by accident because it was disguised as an official airline site.
The ticket I originally looked at said it was $130. By the time I checked out I paid over $200 and I didn't get anything special. They nickel and dime you for everything. It's annoying and ridiculous. I travel a lot on Delta and never have to jump through this many hoops, especially for a one hour flight.
After trying to book a flight on another site where I kept getting messages after entering all my payment info, that "One or more of your selected flights is no longer available." I tried FlightNetwork and was able to book my flight at a cheaper rate. Next booking I'll start with FlightNetwork.
I tried more than 10 webs + more than 15 agency no one could've found me 5 seats before 25 october, but with "FLIGHT NETWORK" it was the easiest and the best

Super schlechter Kundenservice! Ich wollte gerne das Tickets meines Kleinkindes stornieren und meinen Flug umbuchen. Ich wurde mehrfach auf die Fluglinien umgeleitet, welche mir lediglich mitgeteilt haben, dass ich mich an die Agentur wenden muss. Diese unternehmen jedoch rein GAR NICHTS! Ich war ewig in der Warteschlange um Kontakt aufzunehmen und auch mehrfach ewig im Chat um das Problem zu lösen. Mir wurde mitgeteilt dass sich eine Sonderabteilung um mein Problem kümmern würde doch ich habe weder eine Mail noch einen Anruf erhalten. Der Flug sollte morgen stattfinden und wurde bislang noch immer nicht storniert und geändert! Finger weg!

Flight Network wasn't the easiest and isn't very detailed. I don't feel comfortable going through this website. Maybe I'll sing a different tune when the trip is over, but when picking seats, it just asked me for aisle or window, not a specific seat. That doesn't give me any confidence in the rest of the purchasing experience. One page said I got a checked bag include and another page said no baggage included. Not straight forward at all.
I wanted to make changes to my reservation and I was referred to the airline every time. What the use of booking with you? I am extremely disappointed and upset
I cancelled the trip within 3 hours and they are charging $44 per person for their 'service'. Per person, not per reservation!

The policy of not allowing a "downgrade" of a ticket is absured. Had biz class seat but need to fly home day earlier. But as no biz class available earlier date, ticket useless...cannot even be used to fly economy. Perhaps the stupidist airline policy i have encountered.
Flight Network shows up as the first Google result for flights. If you are quickly booking, you may (as I did) think you are booking through an actual airline. If you try to cancel for your mistake and receive a full refund the moment you find out that a ticket with the actual airline is $100 less ONLY 30 MINUTES LATER, you will be charged a $44 cancellation fee per person (which I'm sure is in fine print somewhere among the 300 other fine print clauses). No exceptions. This is absolute swindling. I went ahead and canceled because I would rather be charged $88 to learn from my mistake and NEVER deal with this company again than deal with a company that maintains and stands by such dishonest and deceptive business practices. Litigation should be brought against this company for misleading and unfair business practices. It is a complete enemy of consumer protection and fairness.
