Crazy amount of nickel and dining. A desperate charge for airline insolvency? Really? Also annoying that one cannot change ticket type once at review for payment, but instead have to delete and do again from the beginning
My flight suffered several changes - a 38.5 hour flight became a 48.5 hour flight, the date of arrival, time of arrival and place of arrival changed without providing me and my partner any other option to choose from, being our alternatives either to settle for the changes or to get a refund. I do not consider this appropriate. We did make the effort to pay a little extra to have a pleasant flight and at the end we feel like we got the leftovers. We do feel somewhat disrespected. I will keep in touch to see if we can get a better response from the airline and Flight Network but we probably won't be booking flights from this platform or recommending it in the future.

Was charged for everything except oxygen. I wanted a 1st Class ticket, but appears my only option was to sit in the rear of the plane. Had to reselect Business class to get a seat up-front
It was way too complicated for me I took 2 hours to complete my reservation! I wanted to reserve my ticket with American Airlines directly and was automatically switched a third party! I am not happy with all the extra charges whe I was told what the ticket would cost.
Re Lufthansa booking: Received 2 highly divergent prices for the same trip with 2 entries. No option to select carry-on luggage either time. No idea if 'premium service' via customer service will clarify this. No plans to check baggage but felt compelled to pay for lost baggage insurance since no assurance re carryon luggage as possible.
To many extra charges - we don't want to read that and feel like we are getting beat over the head. Just charge more for the ticket and give us great service. Every Flight!

This seems very fractured and clunky. I am just trying to get my flight information (which should have been in the email) and I have to go through hoops to get there. Also, the airline reservation itself was very disappointing. The ticket started at $300 and got up to $500 with some very basic services (seat selection, carryon, etc.). I am not used to flying like this.
This is a scam. Once you spend 15 minutes booking and enter your cc card info, they increase your fare by hundreds of dollars.
I urge you not to discontinue your direct flight from Paducah, KY to Charlotte NC. My son lives there and the fact I can make a spur of the moment weekend trip in a matter of an hour and a half is greatly appreciated. I would rather not have to travel ten hours by car or 6-7 hours by connecting flight. This is a great flight even if you just do it twice a month. Please keep this direct flight.
Made to look like the airline sight and acted like Lufthansa site when searching for Lufthansa airline with name and logo of the desired sight. It is not the Airline and uses many airline logos to fool you. They refunded our flight cost but kept almost $100 for additional add-ons that look like part of the ticket. It is my fault for not checking the URL closer, but very deceptive and a rip-off.

Fairly simple web interface with multiple flights and customization options for me to cater my travel experience. I would use Lufthansa again. Cons: No seat map. I prefer to select my seat via a seat map. Also, it's unclear how the lounge access works with a premium ticket and where the lounges are in relation to my gates.
I started on SAS and somehow the site process changed without me realizing it, and I booked with "Flight Network"? Or does SAS partner with Flight Network? This is confusing and to make matters worse, without anything timing out, the price changed as I was pressing "Pay" and I had to pay $167 more. Which is bait and switch and not legal in some countries. I don't know what type of system this is, but buyer beware.

At every turn it felt like this website was trying to charge me more money for things I didn't need. It's one thing to give an option but you all made is a maze to opt out. This business model lacks integrity and I will not be using this website again nor will my partner as we both experienced being charged an extra 10 dollars at the end of our check out, me for "updated cost of flights" and him without explanation. Hope whoever your CEO is enjoys their extra dirty 20 bucks.
Booking was relatively easy although the British Airways/American Airlines partnership caused a little confusion on booking return flight seats. I would think they would share more information and allow you to book with one of the partners instead of creating two accounts. Flightnetworks reservations held up no problem. Airline check in was smooth at airport no problems to report with the booking service.
