Easy to pay, flight price wouldn't lock in when I picked selected flight, would probably be better if you could lock the current price for a certain amount of time before it expired, not like currently where you put in all your info and payment and everything, and when you get to the end it tells you the flight price just went up X amount of dollars :)
I was not able to book my seats. Agent said I have to call Air Canada direct. The airline had a 2 hour wait. I also asked the agent about carry on luggage And he also said that I have to contact the airline.
