The trip was cancelled by TAP Portugal, the tickets were bought from Flighthub. TAP insists that Flighthub is to refund me. Flighthub refused to issue a refund and today their wonderful rep named Jenny simply hanged up on me. Flighthub is a scam. Stay away from it. If you are in the same boat as I am, file complaints with Better Business Bureau, go to press or even to the small claims court.
I reserved a flight on May for June 27 through Flighthub and next day when I checked my email, found out my name was misspelled so I sent the passport copy through email and they didn't correct my name. They only needed to change s for f! They charged me for that and they refused to do it :( any way my flight was canceled due to covid 19 issues and now that I am asking for the refund they refuse to return my money. So I asked to reserve the flight with them for the same destination and same airline in order to use my credit but they ask me to pay twice the price that I originally paid for the same destination. Although they are advertising the same exact flight 900 dollars cheaper than they asked me to pay now! Even airline doses not ask for 1650 dollars for the same destination on October which I am trying to reserve. I called them and told them about the same flight in their advertisement and they say since you want to use your credit you are not eligible for getting cheap flights! For your info my original cancelled flight was the same price as the one that they are advertising now But still they don't let me to get the same flight and want to charge me for 900 dollars extra for the same exact flight! And when I ask to talk to their manager or customer service they hang up! Their agents from Philipin cannot speak English properly and are so rude to the customers
I will do whatever in my power to prevent them from taking my money and also will inform everyone about their bad customer service and their robbery!

This company ruthlessly steals from its customers. For processing the refund of money for flights canceled due to the pandemic (Covid -19), customers are charged $ 35 per ticket, since the airlines are not charging anything to return the money, but unfortunately I could not do the processing of refund with the airlines, because I bought the tickets through this company of thieves, abusive rats, they not consider the situation of the people. They also take months, too long to return the money with the silly excuse that they have too much work to make the return, but to charge more money to the clients if it is immediately!, for it they are not overwhelmed with work. I will never again use the terrible services of these rats. I ask people to stay away from this terrible company, that the only thing that interests them is to rob people and they get richer.
Worst customer service ever I had to deal with. FlightHub is a scam, do not use this company for your bookings and never get trapped by them in the name of travel credits. My flight got canceled by Airline due to COVID restrictions, I was given an option to have travel credit for future use which I gladly accepted instead of winning about the full refund just to find out that it was a trap by this scammer company. Now I can not use that credit for my flight booking online and only had to call them. Once I called them I find out that I can not book a flight with the dates and price provided online. They are not booking my flight for the dates I want to travel and asking me to pay double the price which is available online. Truly this is a scam, at first they traped customers in the name of travel credit and then ask you to pay the double price. There is no option but to pick a flight between certain dates where clearly lots of flights available for the dates I want. Now come to their customer service Once I called their customer service, I find out about all this trap I asked them that what are my options the customer service rep rudely informed me that there are no options right now and call back in few hours to see if there are any options and hang up the phone on me without getting my response. I called again and the same response was given to me again that either I pay double the price of their own chosen dates or no options for me, when I said I do not accept this then customer service rep rudely said that "we do not have to talk further, have a good day" and he hangs up on me. I was shocked to receive this kind of rude behavior from any customer service rep. I asked many times that I want to speak with the manager and that was also not an option to speak with the manager. I lost my $1200 travel credit with this trapped scam, now my only option is to take legal action for this company to get back my money.

Unfortunately, I found this after I got scammed by Flight Hub.
When I saw the ticket price and also the flight details, I was shock that the ticket is very cheap. But when i book the ticket and am gonna confirm it. Its a note there saying that, something like additional amount to pay because there's something is EXPIRE and what so ever. Thinking that why the company did not put the total whole amount including the additional amount before u confirm to buy that ticket. So i was disappointed on that side because am wondering that the price posted in the site is correct and true there's no additional fee. I think, please the total amount of that ticket including that additional fee so that as a customer we can say that this is the total amount of this ticket, no additional fee. And everything is good.

I got a ticket for $319, but took $700 away from me even I didnt buy. I asked you the reason but you just said I have to contact bank. Than's it. Never use this airlines and the site again.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
