I purchased my ticket From OKC to ASE and after I purchased my ticket they informed me that I could only bring a carry on the size of a purse to travel with!

Overall I was satisfied however the program informed me that my order did not process but when I went back in to order again system informed me that I have an existing purchase which is confirmed.
They try to trick you into add-ons. Like seat selection and even if you select assign whatever seat is available they charge you for it. Crazy it was much nicer when flights included everything instead of having to Nickel and dime us to try and trick us in to tons of add-ons
I bought a ticket to travel to Pittsburgh last month. I missed the fact (or flight was changed and I was not notified) that my layover was 23 hours. No warning online when the ticket was purchased - and no help from Flighthub whatsoever to fix the fact that I'll miss a full day of work as a result. It was the cheapest I could find, and now I'm paying the price. Stay away. Pay the extra $10 or whatever, this company is terrible.

Booked flights to Europe from Nova Scotia, Canada on an iPad. Couldn't see the fine print very well. After confirmed, realized there is a 20 hour + stop over going and coming. Oh well, we will get to explore other places. The price was right for the flight and liked the departure times. So, we booked it.

Online interaction... easy data entry for ticket purchase. Have used Flighthub in the past maybe for 3 flights. This is now the fourth purchase.

1st I entered my credit card info to purchase the C$1240 fare that was tagged with (only one seat remained) but after that the website answered (sorry that seat was taken) then I continued to find another fare, I chose a C$1285 and finally the website answere (Congratulations you purchased our best fare) and I saved all the booking information for that flight and I arranged everything.
But few days later when I checked my credit card I found that the charged me for both fares and after long discussion with them they said only half of the fees are refundable after another payment of $75 cancellation fee!
I had the worst experience with flighthub.com

Booking was very easy and cheap. However, they say they have 24 hr cancellation and there is no where to contact them. I wanted to change my flight because i found a nonstop for the same price that wasnt previously shown to me before and couldnt find anywhere on site to contact them or cancel so i could rebook. Now i am stuck with a layover in newark.
I have booked my flight very easily, without any problems on internet. Normaly it takes a lot of time to do that, because you always have to go back to see if it is right, but this time I did not have to do that. And on top of everything I got a super good price, very competitive. I was looking for an easyjet flight, but at the end Air Canada is okay too. Also I could reserve the seat, well not really the seat itself but it was possible to say that I wanted a seat by a window!

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
