I had never booked internationally before I purchased my ticket as well as my friends we were flying together but live in different cities. The flights were booked and I felt relieved however, my flight was cancelled and my friends wasn't ( in the first hour after I booked). I called them a total of seven times, I cancelled my flight which was booked first so I'm not sure why one was cancelled and not the other) I thought everything was refunded and of course when I checked my credit card statement it wasn't. Yet again another 3 hours on the phone due to their negligence and they said they would refund the entire amount after I spoke to at least seven different people and no offence but I couldn't understand any of them because English is their second language. After I spoke to the manager he said the additional $200 cancellation fee would be reimbursed after 4-6 weeks I called again still no refund no answers. This was in November 2016! Why should I have to waste yet again another 6-8 hours on the phone for their mistakes? I would never recommend this site to anyone! Terrible service actually the absolute worst service I've ever received in my life

I put in the departure point, destination, dates, the number of travelers, scanned the large selection of choices for time of departure, price, and connections and hit the book now button. Simple enough to follow the instructions and I will be on my way to my vacation shortly.

I was charged additional fees on my credit card from your company. I tired to get in touch with customer service with No luck! Just a long hold period and No connection to a representative.

The fee you were charged is the standard fee for pre-assigned seating and it is valid when you use our interactive seat map or when you call our call center. The fee ensures that JustFly will provide you assistance to book your seat based on the individual airline's terms and conditions (less hassle for you). We make our best efforts to contact your air carrier or check the seat map and find you your preferred seating with the airline directly. This is not a mandatory fee though and you can opt to not select your seats on JustFly.com
That being said, as a gesture of goodwill, we have refunded you this fee for this one time.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.
