Always find the fastest and cheapest options on Flighthub. Easy pay easy select. I only use for flights but only because it works so well!
I did a booking for 3 passengers through Flighthub. All the information was entered appropriately, verified by the 2 other passengers before confirming the booking. The next day we found out on the confirmation email that the middle name from the second passenger had been added to the third passenger - middle name that was 100% not there when we did the booking. Flighthub even ask you to verify the information of each passengers before confirming the booking and the names displayed there do not even show middle names. Our second passenger middle name was not showing.
Contacting customer service ended up with them telling me we had to cancel the passenger ticket and rebook it, resulting in over 250$ CAD in fees. No matter how I explained to them that the information entered on my side was correct, they refused to budge and won't do anything unless we pay the fees.
We won't ever be using Flighthub again and you'd do well to do the same.
Note: I've added 2 screenshots that shows how clearly their website does not provide the correct information to properly validate it before booking. Fictional names just the show the flaw in their system.
This company doesn't even deserve one star for how horrible i was treated. I've called them for a week straight stressing about my NON existing flight back home. They messed up on the booking causing us to have NO return flight home. They told us " its best you buy a new flight ". Hung up on our faces i cant even count how many times. Whoever runs or owns this company you need to shut this company down. How you treat your customers is disgusting. Screw having a cheap flight I rather pay double then ever deal with this again in my life.
Run the other direction, they booked a flight and the airline didn't have my reservation. I cancel flight and get charged fees. They tell me I have a credit reimbursement but when I call in it's expired and they stole $380 from me.
Scam artist people. Buy flight direct from airlines and save your $500 headache. Sucks. It's wrong and they shouldn't be in business.
Absolutely the worst experience ever... I booked a flight, though Flighthub, and they gave me the wrong return date. I called to get this corrected and I was put on Hold by the supervisor (Wren) for four hours. I called back and agent (Angel) hung up on me. I called back again, and supervisor (Rose) told me they can't do anything for me and she can see that I bought travel insurance so call them and let them deal with it and hung up on me also. I will never use this agency again worst experience ever!
I booked a flight to the UK and then found out about a job interview requiring me to be available May -June. I tried to cancel my flight, only to be told my plans could only be cancelled the DAY OF THE BOOKING. My friend and I are out $1700. DO NOT USE FLIGHT HUB.
I had a booking from Vancouver to Mumbai & back. My daughter faced an emergency & had to be rushed to the hospital. I called them and asked them in advance to change dates 1 week in advance. Its been 5 days & they still cannot confirm the reservation. I will get a huge phone bill at the end of the month since I was on phone with them every day & they do not call you back on International numbers (Yes, their policy states this). Leave alone the bill, I had to manage the hospital & these guys as well & they took away my precious time from my family in these critical moments that my family was facing.

I missed my flight to fly home today because they give me the wrong time. It took them over a hour for them to book me a new flight and they kept telling me that I had to do it thorough the airline when I had booked it with them. Never again, going to use them.
After selecting my flight and agreeing on the charges and confirming that price, I went ahead and put my credit card info. After processing, I got confirmation for a different price. When I spoke to their supervisor, I was told that the price of my flight has gone up on air-transit website while the payment transaction was being processed and instead of cancelling my ticket, they increased my ticket price. They didn't honour their original displayed price and offered to refund me but charge me cancellation fee. They said their website states "Prices may change without notice"... so I guess they can double the charges if they want to. NEVER AGAIN

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
