Very easy to book. Easy to find flights and to get an itinerary set up. It is a great way to get travel plans going.
Poor customer service, cause you to miss connecting flights. Changes and "possible" refunds take 6 weeks. They tried to switch me to a cheaper flight for the same amount then wouldn't compensate me. Then refused to put me back on my original flight causing me to miss a connecting flight back to the states. Lousy company. Book with someone else who is reputable.
Using Flight Hub has been the worst experience ever. They are difficult to work with and have many hidden and outrageous fees. We had to unexpectedly cancel a flight so paid the cancellation fee. Rebooking was a nightmare with many limitations imposed by flight hub. Flight ended up costing 3 times what any flight would cost. The flight hub personnel were rude and very unhelpful. Will never, ever use them again and will pass on to everyone we know. Good luck.
I booked a ticket to Orlando Florida last November to visit my sister. Due to unexpected illness I had to cancel my flight. I knew my ticket was non-refundable and I had not bought the cancellation insurance. However, I thought I would give Flighthub a call to see if there is any way of getting a refund. When I called, I was told that by paying $125 cancellation fee I will get a travel credit for the same flight if I book it within a year. So I took the advice, went ahead and paid the $125 fee and got the travel credit of $369. I called Flighthub the other day to book the same trip, which I was able to book it online for about $500, After a long wait on the phone I was told that I better off book the ticket without the credit as it was a lot cheaper if I did it online. They wanted to charge me over $1100 for the same trip after deduction for my credit!
When I asked why, I was told that the discounted price will not apply when I am using travel credit and that the airline (WestJet & Delta) are charging $300 in fees to use the credit. I called both airlines directly and they told me that the refund credit was given by airline to Flighthub last year and it is in their possession and that the airline does not charge any fee of any kind for using a credit towards purchasing a ticket.
So here I am out of pocket, not only by the full price of the ticket that I paid, but also by an additional $125 cancellation fee that I was asked to pay by Flighthub last year.
When I called Flighthub last year to cancel, they didn't tell me that I would have to pay extra fees when I want to rebook the same flight and that I won't be able to purchase discounted price.
They knew that I had lost the cost of the ticket and yet they brutally charged me $125 on top of it!
To me this is a highway rubbery, totally unethical and a scam that I don't want anyone else to fall for it.

Uncomplicated booking experience, good overview on the website over the booking, reminders in time and the correct, valid reference numbers (with other 3rd party vendors that is often difficult to obtain)
This service took no time at all and was easy to use! I would recommend this to friends and family. I have used it in the past and will continue to do so in the future.
I use the app on a regular basis. It's convenient and easy to use when looking at flight options. The only issue I've had is when I booked a flight to a destination where there was a travel advisory that was issued shortly after my purchase, it took quite a while and a number of phone calls to receive a refund. I didn't have to go through my insurance, which was great but there was a long wait for confirmation from FlightHub that Aeromexico was going to provide a refund due to the situation in that country. It was a bit frustrating and I ended up having to call your customer service a number of times to check on the status and whether I should just make the claim through insurance.
With the exception of the fact that I paid for seat selection and didn't get the seat I had the trip of a lifetime!

Customer Service Ref *******. They quoted $1200 - $600 a ticket but charged 1568. 80 per ticket. I bought four tickets for 2 adults and 2 kids. On Jan/29/2019 I was kept on hold for over 2 hours. I spoke with two Supervisors Tika & Louie who promised to resolved the issue. Avoid this website at all cost. Nothing has been done even after several phone call and promises. Disputing the charges via credit card company.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
