I had an extremely unpleasant horrible awful experience that was a complete rip-off. Prior to leaving, we decided to change the return date for my wife and kids. When I tried to access the option and prices on my account, it didn't allow me to do so. I called the customer support and they informed me that they would handle the change for me, but I couldn't see the dates and prices myself. To update the return date, they charged me a $200 fee, even though the range mentioned was from $80 to $200. I was frustrated with the customer support agent and requested to speak to a manager. However, he claimed the manager was unavailable and refused to provide his name. I didn't trust their ability to choose the correct date at the right price, so I hung up and called again. The next representative was speaking with the previous agent in their language, unknowingly revealing their ruse. The service remained terrible, so I decided to contact the Canadian airline instead. Unfortunately, they couldn't access the system. I requested that they make the infant ticket under my wife's name since I was returning earlier, but they mishandled all the tickets, resulting in me paying an extra $2000 due to their incompetence. This experience was truly awful, and I will never consider using their website again. Even if it were the only option available, I would choose not to fly with them.
By the way their reviews are fake!

My father's funeral got scheduled two weeks earlier, and flight hub staff were extremely difficult. So complicated. If you want to book a flight or spend money its 90 seconds to speak to someone and if you need to speak to someone about a change its 1.2 hours wait or a robot text system that keeps ending the transcript because you did not rely fast enough. Total Fraudulent system.

Mislead video attached

So I went to book a flight from Poland to Toronto coming back home. When I selected the dates on the calendar, the date selected defaulted to the date before on the summary screen. I continued to try to do it and it read "departure on July 16" only when I selected the 17th. Then I clicked apply and it took me to the summary screen and July 16 was still selected. Well, when it got booked, it read the 17th. I immediately called flighthub to cancel and was on the phone for over 2 hours between the customer service person (Wendy) then the supervisor. Then another call with Mohammed H in the resolution department. I explained to him I was not lying and he said I probably took screen shots with different dates. Told me he wasn't there to debate it and he will give me a refund. Unfortunately, that refund will not appear on my credit card for another 5-10 business days and I don't have enough room on my card to book another flight in the meantime. He was really condescending and arrogant. I missed my work that day as I had a 1 hour training session that I was on the phone explaining my position and trying to get my flight booked. I was accused of lying and eventually sent a video of the process. Then I got a call at almost 1 am twice in a row after I sent them a stern email explaining I was mislead. My next step is legal action. Don't use them. It isn't worth the hassle.

Scam Scam Scam They trick you into buying into fares and do not indicate that you have to pay for baggage. I bought tickets and now have to fork out 90 X 4 X 2 for a 15 day trip with no checked in baggage.
Never buy from this Site. They the indicate by email after you buy. They say there is cancellation allowed but my reservation did not even turn up right after booking. Please for the love of humanity dont buy from the, There is no help and problem resolution.

Missed promise

Purchased the round trip ticket from and to Asia back in February/2023. But before the departure date in April 6/2023 they sent me the no re-ply email said that we don't have the come in back tickets. We called and talked with so many different managers and they were all empty promises. We end up pay for the last minutes tickets(one way, so expensive) back to Canada. Very disappointed with the services.

We have booked the flight with Flight Hub to Mexico. We had made an error with date (one day) and wanted to change the date, (did not wanted to cancel) just the different time, Since we booked economy
They did not wanted to do change for us. And also we had purchased te cancelation insurance But they
Did do nothing for us. We have booked Jan1 2024 to March2 2024 so it s not last minut flight.!
We are wery disapointed and will not book the flight with this company again, (we did in the past) The staff werw trying but regulations...

Booked a flight to Vancouver May 16 *******@cost over $1000. Pilots had planned to strike and nobody could confirm anything. We cancelled the flights by pushing the cancel button on web site. Nothing happens so figured maybe somebody did something right. Spent a month trying to recover the Theft but all I got was being on hold for hours, speaking with people i could barely understand and then after doing all the work the insurance company doesnt not refund for non-attendance of a booking directly or indirectly associated with civil commotion; strikes...' among others. This company sucks! Walk before you have to deal with them.

Be warned, this is scam company! The air fair prices they cote are comparable. However, the price they charge on your credit card is different than the check out price they quote, $771 vs $777 in my case. Then on top of that, they separately charged my credit card another $126, which I didn't authorized. I tried numerous time to call them about it, but their automate answering menu selection is such that you can't get to speak to an agent.

Worst experience I have ever had. Booked a flight tickets with them and they canceled without any reson some times after even if received a confirmation email. Tried to book again the next day on their website and they were increasing the price every 5 min, even the agent I called was not able to help me book them. As soon we were close to finalize the process the agent was telling me that - "Sorry, but the tickets are 100 dollars more each one, after another 5 min he was like Ohh, tickets are now 300 dollars more each and so on". After 1.5 hours I had to stop the conversation as I was only losing my time no help received instead. After that I went to other website and book my tickets in 5 min just by my self without any issues. They definitely lost me as a client.I will try my best to avoid this company.

I hate this company. A fraud. I will sue them. Never use their website. I tried to reach their customer service 100 × and their " live chat" you need to wait 1h to get a reply :). They charged me 1000$+ by mistake. Their website notified me that the payment failed and they charged me many times for the payment.
They are useless. The agents are useless. Never book again with a travel agent, book with the airline itself.
Anw will sue this company, it's been 13 business days :). My name is Ali Yassine anw if you want to know. And everytime I talked with an agent I need to repeat my problem as if there is no coordination. For God sake! Stay away from this company!

We purchased 5 international tickets on FlightHub and were charged 95 Euros per bag at check in.

FlightHub now claims that this was a discounted fair although there was no mention prior to purchase that this was discounted nor was it mentioned in the confirmation email. The confirmation email simply said "check baggage policy" of the airline's website (TAP Portugal) which explains you would get one piece of luggage per passenger for all international trips that are not "discounted".

None of us will ever use FlightHub again and will stop recommending it to friends and family.

Fraudulent online airline service provider

FlightHub is a fraudulent online airline service provider.

1. On their website, there is an option to pay $19.99 after reserving the ticket, and you will have 24 hours to cancel the flight and receive a full refund. However, they do not refund your money, and this alternative is a scam. Say goodbye to your money when you click the payment button.

2. In addition to the ticket price difference, they charge you $200 for each adjustment on your ticket.

3. It is true that their website ticket price is slightly lower than those of other websites, but this is a trick for obtaining your money.

4. Simply searching the name of this company on Google will provide several complaints and signatures against them. It's unclear how they've managed to stay in business for so long.

5. I hope you aren't deceived by the stars above; none of them are real.

6.If you want to change your flight or change the date, apart from the 200 dollars they charge you, the proposed amount for the new ticket will definitely be higher than what you see on the website, at least 20 to 30% more expensive. When you ask why? No response.It means that the amounts shown on the website are cheaper for the new date. But they charge you again apart from the $200 service fee. They are scammers.

7.If you have a lot of money, you can give it to them, but don't look for cheap tickets and good service
