Let me first explain, for the last 5 months I haven't had any issues with Flexshopper. Payments went fine, though they do charge a lot for their interest on your products... I was okay with it due to wanting to spread out payments over a year.
That said, I have noticed that on my research occasionally some reviewers were saying that out of nowhere Flexshopper will just randomly pull extra payments out of your bank. I never seen it but last week, they started this on me. Basically they pulled double on one payment, ended up putting my account in the negative. Now I been back and forth with their support and honestly their answers to their mistake is a system issue, no resolution or much say of what they will do to fix my account. Top that off, they now want double on one of my leases for late payment lol. So these guys are horrible, they are con artists I believe at this point. Most they do is eventually hurt your finances, support tells you to wait and see while you watch your account keep dipping lower with no action on their side. Honestly, I think these guys need a serious look into by financial police out there or some for of class action lawsuit the more I read reviews about them.
Sometimes it appears you get lucky and get through your payments with them but trust me if it goes bad with these people, they will not help you and try to lay blame on you for their own mistakes. As well try to take on even more charges as they put your bank account so far in the hole you will never get out of the problem. Figure warn people at this stage seeing I have been back and forth on my situation all week and still not gotten any help.

The lease agreement set up to where they make a difficult for you to payoff quickly. I was told I can change my payment date to 1mo, but they don't tell you that you have to pay up front for the remainder of the month before they begin taking monthly payments. They also do not give you the option of beginning monthly payments until you have made four consecutive payments for 1 month. Its simple. You pay for 4 weeks and in the 5th week you make a monthly payment. They don't do that. You still have to pay the additional 1 week or the 5th week which means you're overpaying. The lease is set up for sneaky frivolous charges where they can make the most money out of you for an extended amount over the time. You actually wind up paying double for your purchase if not more. They also went into a previous account that they were not authorized to go into using expired credit cards from a previous purchase. They also entered incorrect account info phishing for a payment. They're crooked legalized loan sharks. I plan on filing a lawsuit once I pay them off and reporting them to the NYC comptrollers office and the BBB.

Answer: I place my order all happy. Then after receiving my confirmation I went online to look at the reviews of the company and to my surprise I was very disappointed at all the reviews and people complaining about not getting their packages and things like that.So I called and asked to cancel my order they said that the order has already been sent in. And "they sent a request to cancel the order" and if the order gets delivered to my house they told me to reject the package so the person sending it can send it back to flex shopper. Pretty much like every story is on here. But this is where it gets interesting... upon reviewing the contract. Besides all of the extreme interest rates at the very very bottom there's a document which entitles you to cancel your order within three days of the initial purchase. That's funny because over the phone they had told me that the cancellation request might take up to three days. So this is where it got even more weird, I was so infuriated I YELLED at them. I even said "the contract states I have three days to cancel the order, what games are you trying to play?" they still told me i was stuck. I threatened them. And then with in a few minutes they took my order off, so they can process the cancellation right away they were just trying to get me to get it delivered and at that point I would be stuck with everything. DONT BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT WONT LET YOUR RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS. READ THE AGREEMENT!

This person doesn't want to get caught up in a scheme of not getting what is paid for, broken merchandise, or late delivery. This person is basically asking if this company is legit and if all the negative comments are just hope you idiot.
