My customer service rep was awesome he handle everything for me within 30 min I told him he had my number call me if he needed anything and I loved him for being so professional his name is Lester.
I am so happy with FlexShopper. I dealt with them years ago and I love the kindness and fairness the representatived have so glad to be a customer again.

I saw this website on a youtube ad and decided to give it a try after some research. Most of the reviews are good and I'm trying to build credit so I thought what the heck lets give it a try. I got an apple watch and and Ipad because I'm starting school and need something travel friendly. My apple watch got here quick, but my ipad hasn't even sent me the tracking number or that it had even sent. I emailed them and no reply. So I decided to give them a call I WAS ON HOLD FOR AN HOUR AND 20 MINUTES! When the man answered he sounded tired like he had been asleep and just woke up. We didn't even talk for 2 minutes before he told me that my ipad should be here on the 13th and that it was being sent from best buy which it was originally from amazon which had a deal attached to it because they are cheaper on amazon I hope my price doesn't rise. If it does I will write another bad review and also if I don't get my ipad on the 13th. I am manly mad at how long I was on hold for that is ridiculous no one has time to sit on the phone for an hour and a half.
Flexshopper has been an amazing company to purchase my Christmas Gifts from. I was sceptical of course shopping online, giving my banking info and hoping my stuff arrived before Christmas. I've been blown away by the customer service! Temy called me a day after I placed my order and answered all my questions and followed up with an email., I called a few days later and spoke with Melissa for tracking info and she was able to give me the info and followed up with an email! She transferred me to Ronise in billing to switch to biweekly payments she got it done and followed up with an email as well! All 3 women were personable, knowledgeable and had outstanding customer service skills! I placed my order 12/11/2019 and I used the wallet app for 6 items I have already received everything from that order and it's 12/14/2019 That's outstanding in my book! I just placed a second order for in store pick up and I am expecting an email sometime this week for in store pick up from Bestbuy per Melissa! I know everyone has different experiences and opinions on companies and all to often negative reviews are posted and people don't take the time to review when they are happy! I really wanted to share my experience and give Flexshopper the credit it deserves! Hat's off to the Flexshopper team and thank you from my family to yours for helping me make this Christmas extra special for my loved ones!

The flexshopper site itself is ok. Except for the expense it's ok if you're buying from them or buying from either walmart or amazon through personal shopper. Where my problem comes in is the blaitant lie they tell with flexwallet. It's advertised you can go in store, take a picture of what you want, get approved and take it home. However, that's not the case. I went to walmart, found a kayak I have wanted for a while, tried to get it. It took them five days to respond and tell me it was "out of stock" when I drove by the store I could clearly see said item was still in stock sitting exactly where it was left. I emailed them back asking for an explination and was told "well, since it's not online..." No. That's not what flex wallet advertises, flex wallet advertises for IN STORE PURCHASES. Since I didn't get an emailed response, I called and spoke to a young man who insisted that it had to be online for them to complete the order. Then WHY is flex wallet advertised as for in store purchases? It makes NO sense, if I wanted to make an online purchase I could use personal shopper. Duh! Speaking of personal shopper, at the bottom of the page you're given a list of about 18 retailers that accept personal shopper. Another lie, as the only 2 personal shopper will work with are walmart and amazon. I don't recommend it unless you like being misled by their services.
I made a purchase through flexshopper for a electronic device and I have had nothing but a nightmare with billing and customer service. So let's start with billing I picked up my item with no down payment and I thought that was great except they added some protection on which I did not want. One day later after picking up the item I had a payment that was due, however, I had changed the form of payment and was told that it would be taken from the new source of payment and not the original. The next day I was charged on both accounts. I called and was told that it was a extra payment. I told the representative that it was not and that I just changed payments form. I got no where with this rep. She did not listen to me.I had to talk to a supervisor and she explained that it would go ineffect the following week.Then the sup returned the money to my account. Following week I got charged 2 times again and another fee. I called back and waited on hold the first time 10 mins. To only get hung up on by the automated system when it was my turn. So I called back again waited another 18 mins to get hung up on again by the automated system. So for a 3rd time I called and waited almost 45 mins to finally get a rep whom could hardly speak English. I had to explain myself over n over again to get them to remove the extra charge and reverse the extra payment they took out. The next payment come due and they did not take it. I called again and again to get hung up on. I wouldn't refer my dog to these ppl.
My first order was good, no problems. My 2nd order was a disaster! I ordered a fireplace heater, which came scratched and the cabinet was broke on the left corner. They told me that once the box was opened they was no longer responsible for the item. How do you know if the item is damaged or not until you open the box? I paid full price, plus huge interest fees for a badly damaged item. I also ordered a laptop computer for my daughter on this order, it arrived about 3 weeks later. The computer that I received WAS NOT the computer that I ordered. It was much cheaper than what I had ordered. I called them and they instructed me on what to do. And then they would adjust my payments for the cheap computer that I received. I DID EVERYTHING THEY ASKED ME TO DO. I got no response at all from them and my payments was never adjusted. After 2 payments I called again and they gave me the run around transferring me from person to person with no resolve. I called and called and this was the same outcome each time. I asked about just sending it back and was told that they did not own the computer because they had leased it for me from a third party therefore they could not accept it back. When I asked who this 3rd party was I was told that they could not release such information to me. I ended up paying over $1200 for a computer that was worth (maybe)$500. They never adjusted my payments, I was charged for the high end computer that I never received. This is robbery! I am sure that if a person had the time and money to hire a lawyer it would also be found illegal.
Enjoy not staying on hold even better was the quality service he gave from the phone! I love a company that can stand firm on transparency.
I used flexshopper to purchase a DSLR camera and a camera bag with the intention to utilize the 90 payoff option. In the contract they only give you how much you have to pay for full payoff each week. They do not give you the actual date of your final day for the 90 day payoff. As I approached what I calculated to be my 90th day I went online to make the payment. There was no option to make online payments and nothing to indicate how long I had left to pay off my purchase. I called and after 3 transfers and 20 minutes I was told my final payoff day was the next day. A Sunday. When their call center is closed. Thankfully I had the money to pay right away, otherwise I would have been stuck paying outrageous fees. The payoff day given to me never made sense so I went back and calculated again. Based on my calculations I should have had an extra week to pay. When I called and inquired about the discrepancy I was told that the 90 days started from the day the order was placed, not the day you received the item or the day of the first payment. I found out recently companies like this are REQUIRED BY LAW to give you at least 90 days to payoff your item before adding their fees. This company seems to do everything they can to ensure you do not payoff before the 90th day.

My relationship with flexshopper has been bad from the start, they accused me of lying about my delivery date from day one. Then they said my monthly payment amount would be my weekly amount x4, and your monthly amount is based on the number of fridays in each month, but they don't tell you that up front. The first time they charged my cc for 5weeks i contested the charge and they told me if i contested any of their charges again they would remove me from monthly billing and put me back on weekly billing because monthly billing is a privilage and not a right.
They will also tell you that you must allow them acess to your checking account and or credit card the entire time your leaseing from them, actually it's one or the other not both. And according to them you must keep a working phone number they can reach you at the entire lease, theres nothing in your lease agreement about a working phone! Needless to say i paid my account off 6months early so i can be rid of flexshopper, well i have been waiting two weeks now for them to send me my ownership papers on what i bout, my next step is to call an attorney! Use caution if you do business with flex shopper and read your contract completely!

Then after receiving my confirmation I went online to look at the reviews of the company and to my surprise I was very disappointed at all the reviews and people complaining about not getting their packages and things like that.So I called and asked to cancel my order they said that the order has already been sent in. And "they sent a request to cancel the order" and if the order gets delivered to my house they told me to reject the package so the person sending it can send it back to flex shopper. Pretty much like every story is on here. But this is where it gets interesting... upon reviewing the contract. Besides all of the extreme interest rates at the very very bottom there's a document which entitles you to cancel your order within three days of the initial purchase. That's funny because over the phone they had told me that the cancellation request might take up to three days. So this is where it got even more weird, I was so infuriated I YELLED at them. I even said "the contract states I have three days to cancel the order, what games are you trying to play?" they still told me i was stuck. I threatened them. And then with in a few minutes they took my order off, so they can process the cancellation right away they were just trying to get me to get it delivered and at that point I would be stuck with everything. DONT BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT WONT LET YOUR RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS. READ THE AGREEMENT!

This person doesn't want to get caught up in a scheme of not getting what is paid for, broken merchandise, or late delivery. This person is basically asking if this company is legit and if all the negative comments are just hope you idiot.
