I authorized they withdraw 50 dollars in January today they withdraw 50 plus another one 0f 380 dollars. Never send statements home to let you know how much you still owned them. Total scammer
If you order directly thru flexshopper you will receive your items in a timely matter but don't use the personnel shopper. I oredered a item thru personnel shopper back in November and still can not see any updatea for shipping it just says pending. I called flexshooper who told me to call amazon since that was the shipper who told me to call flexshopper and had no clue what flexshopper even was even thou they partner with them. So now I am suppose to be charged for a item I never recieved. I will pay them off amd cancel my account. Please be carefull. Oh yeah and the supposed 2nd week free is a lie. You will get a item on Thursday be charged that Friday for something you just got and get charged again that next Friday and they will tell you its because of the way the payments are done and try and convense you that it right.

Yes I am when on flexshopper and applied and I have I have low I have little a bad credit but it's it's it's I just establish my credit and I ice too but I do have a credit card and I'm in the process of building my credit and so I went on flexshopper because they say they deal with people with little to no credit or bad credit and they denied me and they just was talking about how they was on this this this this this website website helping people with no credit or blood low credit get get get items and stuff like that well I'm I'm in the category that they were talking about but they denied me that to bad credit denied people with bad credit that that that is a that's totally contradictory to the ads that they put out

I purchased a tv for my husband for Father's Day. Never missed a payment (auto draft) loved it everything was great. So I decided in September I was at a point I could get something else. They run a sale in October and I bought my daughter a lap top. For Christmas kind you. I paid over $845 for my daughter to open a computer that don't work. After several calls and several reps that felt bad cause they couldn't help me I'm told I bought it in oct I can get my money back but I can send the computer back. Mind you I only owe a few payments on my t. V so I ask am I gonna get a credit or something, a new computer? She proceeds to tell me ( supervisors plural) tell me they can't guarantee that they would send another they will try and fix this one and if they can't... sorry your FK out of your money. So I say you will not give me another computer or credit me and she says no ma'am I can't guarantee that. So I stop auto draft and I'm not paying these thief's nothing else to they come correct. That is bad business. Look like I told them I bought it put it in the top of my closet till Christmas wrapped it Christmas Eve and bammm broken hearted teen! Y'all are wrong for this I'm a single mom on a budget and y'all pull this shady $#*!. Know I tell everyone! And I'm willing to fill bankruptcy just to show you and tell my side in court! Also it's still in the box and your welcome to it if you credit me my money! In happy customer! Good day!

Order a freeman nailer, stapler. They tell me it was delivered. Never did receive the product. But they still trying to make me pay for. So they are basically calling me a Liar.
I ordered an office chair from them and have been getting the run around for TWO WEEKS, because it arrived without the nuts, bolts, and allan wrenches to put it together. Flex Shopper apparently ordered the chair from Overstock.com, and it has been a nonstop blame game between both of them as far as why I cannot get these parts. Ultimately, I have ended up speaking to two different supervisors and threatening to report both businesses to the BBB before everybody got up off their butts and sent the necessary emails... supposedly. I am now supposed to wait 3-4 MORE business days before I get an update. If nothing happens by then, I will return the parts of the chair I did get and report them both for bad faith business practices. I have spent hours and hours dealing with this, like I have no job or life to live for them to mess with me like this. Don't do business with either of them. THEY SUCK! Even their own paperwork is lying now saying they delivered this yesterday, and they didn't delivery Jack to me yesterday. I order the chair on the 4th and received it on the 9th.

I had canceled my bank account to open another one. I had forgotten it was attached to my Flexshopper payment. I had not even noticed it until a few months went by and I say an email. I called and set up my new bank credit card and paid 4 payments up front. The next Friday they automatically just deducted 5 weekly payments at once from my bank account without warning. My electric bill payment bounced because of it. I called them and they told me if I set up a payment arrangement to catch up on the payments, they would not do that again. I set up double payments each week. So on 3/10/23 I was to have 2 weekly payments deducted. I paid my elevtric bill. At the time I paid it, there were 2 Flexshopper deductions from my bank account. I deposited some cash into my account and went into my banking app to see my new balance only to find 2 ADDITIONAL weekly deductions from Flexshopper! They just do what they want to do! They TOLD me to set up payment arrangements, ignored them, and took out 4 weekly payments in one week anyway! NEVER dealing with Flexshopper again after this is paid off!
I had an agent name emilia and she was super helpful I have always loved flexshopper they are 20 times better then rent a center and aarons. They always have good deals.
So I made a Payment on my due date and then this company takes another payment 3 days after I make my payment, so I state why not apply the 2nd payment you took to this weeks payment customer service rep states IT DOESNT WORK THAT WAY, so the only way it works is that they can take my money twice and I have to wait 3-5 business days to get it back instead of you just applying it to my next payment since your the ones MAKING THE MISTAKE Unreal would I recommend this to anyone NOPE not at all
I had a wonderful representative look over my account named Richard Blano. He was patient, funny, kind, and highly informative. He was wonderful and made flexshopper more understandable.

I paid off my husband jewelry in advance, they still charged me for a week payment, when I called to pay it off Noone explained to me that I have to make 2 payments before paying it off, just crooks, I wouldn't recommend them to Noone.

On the second of December i ordered three items. On December 5th I decided to cancel the order. One item was shipped so they said once it comes back, they'll cancel the order. Three days later they send out the rest of the order that i asked to CANCEL. The day after i received one of the items i call them again! I decided to keep the one item. Nothing else showed up at my door. I looked at the shipping and notice the second item that has not arrived was attempted to be delivered while i was at work but was since sent back to the sender and i call Flexshopper again. They acted like they didn't know what to do and they SAID that they'd call me back. Two hours past and i call again. The second person seemed to know what they were doing and proceeded to cancel this order and told me that they'd refund my money, it'd be there in three days. While the package was in transit back to the sender (a package I've never even seen) i find that the package had a damage report on it, but it has not (to this day) been removed from my account. I called back to inquire why it hadn't been removed, they said that they're waiting on confirmation from the merchant. It's a simple email. I called back to talk to a supervisor and they refused to let me talk to anyone in charge! I'll never order another item from this place. I'm so furious that they refuse to cancel my order then refuse to refund a item that i never saw and I'm furious that they don't care about their customers enough to listen when they all to speak to someone in charge!
They will steal from you that the honest truth they will say biweekly and charge you every two days. They are not to be trusted and have horrible customers service they are the worst type of criminal

Then after receiving my confirmation I went online to look at the reviews of the company and to my surprise I was very disappointed at all the reviews and people complaining about not getting their packages and things like that.So I called and asked to cancel my order they said that the order has already been sent in. And "they sent a request to cancel the order" and if the order gets delivered to my house they told me to reject the package so the person sending it can send it back to flex shopper. Pretty much like every story is on here. But this is where it gets interesting... upon reviewing the contract. Besides all of the extreme interest rates at the very very bottom there's a document which entitles you to cancel your order within three days of the initial purchase. That's funny because over the phone they had told me that the cancellation request might take up to three days. So this is where it got even more weird, I was so infuriated I YELLED at them. I even said "the contract states I have three days to cancel the order, what games are you trying to play?" they still told me i was stuck. I threatened them. And then with in a few minutes they took my order off, so they can process the cancellation right away they were just trying to get me to get it delivered and at that point I would be stuck with everything. DONT BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT WONT LET YOUR RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS. READ THE AGREEMENT!

This person doesn't want to get caught up in a scheme of not getting what is paid for, broken merchandise, or late delivery. This person is basically asking if this company is legit and if all the negative comments are just hope you idiot.
