DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! At first I thought this site was great. I ordered a printer and weekly the money is coming out. I then order a computer right after I did I get a call from a friend and they are giving me one. I tried calling not after an hour to cancel and I could not get through at all on the phone. I went to the website and finally got a hold of an agent and he said that could be cancelled but not guartanteed, that I could refuse the package. Well, I called the next day and it was confirmed the computer was cancelled. Guess what I got on Saturday... the computer! I was so mad! I called and wanted it picked up asap... no, of course not. I then spoke to this young lady and she talked to her manager and she said she will have a sticker sent so computer can be sent back. I then cancelled the desk... didn't want anything to do with them. They said it would be all set... well guess what I just got, that is was shipped. I am going to call Fed x and hopefully be able to stop the package in it's tracks. I am going to have to close the checking account I am using so money will not be coming out; which I'm sure it will. I will pay off the computer this week. I would not order from them at all! Like someone said; FRAUD!

I ordered an Apple Watch Ultra and realized it was the original instead of the Apple Watch Ultra 2. I immediately contacted Flex shopper and canceled. I was assured that it was ok to proceed with ordering the correct watch. The incorrect watch arrived in shipping 2 days AFTER the correct watch. I then had to go through what is called their "return request" process. They asked for photos which I sent. 2 Days later a return label was shipped and I called and was advised that a stop payment would be automatic. What they failed to clarify was that the stop payment only happens for a few days and that they would proceed to withdraw from banking until it appeared in their system. I called back and was hit with the additional details that I will never receive a refund for what has already been paid toward a device I never opened and had originally canceled. This company is not forthright and I will NEVER shop with them again. I highly DO NOT recommend this company as they will keep their hands in your pocket as their scam hides behind the fine print of their shady contracts.
Very helpful and polite... so friendly... made my dreaded return issue a breeze! Ordered the wrong iPad cover and they made it so easy to return and reorder the correct case.

Answer: I place my order all happy. Then after receiving my confirmation I went online to look at the reviews of the company and to my surprise I was very disappointed at all the reviews and people complaining about not getting their packages and things like that.So I called and asked to cancel my order they said that the order has already been sent in. And "they sent a request to cancel the order" and if the order gets delivered to my house they told me to reject the package so the person sending it can send it back to flex shopper. Pretty much like every story is on here. But this is where it gets interesting... upon reviewing the contract. Besides all of the extreme interest rates at the very very bottom there's a document which entitles you to cancel your order within three days of the initial purchase. That's funny because over the phone they had told me that the cancellation request might take up to three days. So this is where it got even more weird, I was so infuriated I YELLED at them. I even said "the contract states I have three days to cancel the order, what games are you trying to play?" they still told me i was stuck. I threatened them. And then with in a few minutes they took my order off, so they can process the cancellation right away they were just trying to get me to get it delivered and at that point I would be stuck with everything. DONT BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT WONT LET YOUR RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS. READ THE AGREEMENT!

This person doesn't want to get caught up in a scheme of not getting what is paid for, broken merchandise, or late delivery. This person is basically asking if this company is legit and if all the negative comments are just hope you idiot.
