I called in today to ask about my pay off on my account and was helped by Cynthia R and she was super helpful and very pleasant to speak with overall was an excellent customer experience!
I never had a problem I went out to Best Buy looked at the products that they were selling then I went home made sure it was exactly what I wanted I ordered it the next day I went to Best Buy and picked it up I never had a problem with him taking money out of the bank
The phone totals 1K, it is still broken; runs very hot, off screen, terrible picture quality, banged up once I received it... not at all worth 1k in total payments... regret, regret, regret!
I decided to try Flexshopper even though they seem pretty scammy. So I purchased an item through Adorama and all went well. I was happy they seemed to work better than I expected.
Now fast forward a month. I always intended to pay off the lease prior to the 90 days. When I attempt to login it makes me apply for Flexshopper again, which is ridiculous first of all. I already have a lease, why does EVERY SINGLE LOGIN require me to reapply before I can see my account... oh about seeing my account... there isn't one really. Once I finally get to the point where I can review my account it says my balance is -1110 and I owe -10 a month or something like that. I have NO way of seeing what I owe, what my payoff date is or ANYTHING! Worst website ever.
I attempted to contact them, but all I got was a copy/paste response about give them (Longer than 99% of companies I've worked with) I think 3-4 days to respond, but it claims it's usually within 24 hours. I still have not received a response from them and I have no idea what I owe or how to pay off my lease. I am about to put a stop payment on their payments as they won't help me resolve this while my 90 days is ticking away. I would not recommend them to even an enemy at this point.

This company is a rip off. They charge double the amount of interest charged for the amount you were approved for. You cannot check the remaining balance you owe online. Something they do not tell you. The customer service people are idiots. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. DO BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS.

My experience with Flexshopper was good.
I was able to purchase tires for my car and other items of need while still having the financial flexibility to take care of other things of equal importance.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM Tried for a year to return the crap I bought from them and they never gave me an address and kept telling me bull$#*! now a year later sent back and now they are asking for over 900 and the stuff I got was 500 worth bull$#*! company DO NOT BUY

I have used Flex twice so far. Both times I was given wrong information, however, Josh was very helpful amd knowledgeable when I called. It is because of him I used Flex the second time.
How can I take flexshopper to court I contacted them to have something returned and I've never got a label to return it I informed them that I got in touch with my bank to change my information so they can't take anything out of my account

I wanted a MacBook to use for school. So, I went to their site and ordered one. Only problem... it was incredibly old and it still had 10.7 iOS on it. I went to install Microsoft Office in it but it wouldn't let me because of the software. So, I had to purchase the 10.8 software so I could try and upgrade to the newest BUT when I was finally able to upload, there wasn't enough storage space. I've sent multiple emails, no response. I chatted with Luella in their website, she said I'd get return instructions in 72 hours. Nothing. So i had to call back a couple more times. They said they've already reachws out to the vendor and it shouldn't be long until I get my return instructions. But here I am, still waiting. Oh... and apparently Im getting charged for this stupid MacBook that i can't even use!
This company is a rip off. While I do understand they charge interest based off of financing, however it is a rip off. They don't give you the option wether you want them to debit funds from your account either weekly, biweekly or monthkly. They make the choice for you. My issue w/Flexshopper is upon non satisfaction of an item it was successfully returned. CONFIRMATION receipts was sent to them w/tracking from me & the company that received the mercandise, however they hit my bank account not once, but twice 2 weeks in a row still trying to charge me for the merchandise while they confirmed in the email that they received the item... So I'm trying to understand WHY are they still trying to take my money* RIP OFF SCAMMERS******

This page is a RIPOFF, who abuse of people who cant afford paying the item in full. I was looking to buy some apple airpods. I know they cost less than 200$ at Walmart. But i checked in here they cost almost the triple of the actual price at the apple store. They basically double up the price to get more money from people. Im soo glad i did my research and decided not to give this company a penny. People if u cant afford it DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY. LOOK FOR MORE OPTIONS!

I purchased a TV from these crooks a year ago April 2021. The TV is paid off and they are trying to charge me a late fee for whatever reason. They have taken the payment out every week for a year and now they are saying I owe them $5 for the late fee. Well I will say this FLEX SHOPPER CAN KISS MY $#*!. I DO NOT OWE A LATE FEE

Then after receiving my confirmation I went online to look at the reviews of the company and to my surprise I was very disappointed at all the reviews and people complaining about not getting their packages and things like that.So I called and asked to cancel my order they said that the order has already been sent in. And "they sent a request to cancel the order" and if the order gets delivered to my house they told me to reject the package so the person sending it can send it back to flex shopper. Pretty much like every story is on here. But this is where it gets interesting... upon reviewing the contract. Besides all of the extreme interest rates at the very very bottom there's a document which entitles you to cancel your order within three days of the initial purchase. That's funny because over the phone they had told me that the cancellation request might take up to three days. So this is where it got even more weird, I was so infuriated I YELLED at them. I even said "the contract states I have three days to cancel the order, what games are you trying to play?" they still told me i was stuck. I threatened them. And then with in a few minutes they took my order off, so they can process the cancellation right away they were just trying to get me to get it delivered and at that point I would be stuck with everything. DONT BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT WONT LET YOUR RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS. READ THE AGREEMENT!
