Buyer Be Ware

I ordered a floor Air Conditioner on the 28th of April from the Personal Shopper using Amazon as the supplier. Checking Amazon's website, the item I rented from Flexshopper shows two day delivery and the Flexshopper Customer Service Rep I spoke with says I may not get it until May 22,2020. I don't know how they order from Amazon and I do not understand why the delivery timeframe is so different. If Amazon uses their own delivery personnel I won't be able to track it at all because Amazon uses their own internal tracking numbers for their Customers so I will have to keep calling Flexshopper until I get a delivery date. Very inconvenient!

I would recommend this site to other and have. Payments are easy and flexable. The over after a year or evan if u pay off in 90 days works out to about the same or less then if on a credit card

Over charged

They automatically debit my bank account and then tell me I'm late and take 2 payments a week Still proceed to tell me that I'm behind how can I be behind if you automatically take it out of my account and I have proof to prove it what they are doing is called theft by deception stealing extra money out of my account

Worse than payday loans and when calling customer service, she only kept repeating the same answer as it was prescripted due to lack of knowledge. I had a balance of $5.00 and within 2 weeks they charged an additional $10.00 and said "they take out the payments as previously". Well, if you don'[t owe $15.00, why are they still taking out $15.00 instead of just what is owed ont he balance. I paid twice as much for the cheapest tires which turned out to be the most expensive by the time I paid it off. READ THE FINE PRINT BECAUSE YOU WILL PAY 500% IF NOT MORE IN INTEREST ALONE.

Customer service hung up on me because she didn't have an answer as to why they took out my weekly amount when the weekly amount was not owed on the balance - less than half was still owed.

DON'T USE THEM - CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OBVIOUSLY PROVIDING PRE-SCRIPTED ANSWERS DUE TO THEIR LACK OF ANY KNOWLEDGE OF HOW LOANS WORK OR EVEN THEIR OWN WEBSITE.

Don't even do it
January 12, 2019

I bought an ipad here for a christmas present and tell me why the item already came with damaged. So I called customer service after waiting for so long to reach someone they told they would replace it blah blah because iwasnt going to pay for something that has damage. Yet they said someone would e-mail with more info onhow to return it but no I didn't get any email at all annnnd they charged me that same week. Like wtf i called onviously they would be close bcause its christmas week and the holidays they're busy so now i have to give a damaged present because the new item wouldn't be able to come on time and nobody even reached out to me after ive been told they'd fix it don't even waste your time they're items are mostly used.

They don't allow you to change your address online. I requested or an order to be cancelled and it never was, instead they shipped the item to an address thats over three hrs away from me and then told me I needed to go to the address and refuse the shipment, everybody I spoke to was rude and instead of helping me figure this all out. I WILL NEVER USE THIS WEBSITE AGAIN
