I Ordered From Flexshopper And Am Absolutely Thrilled With The Supervisor There His Name Is Albert. When I Accidentally Put Down The Wrong Address For Delivery And Panicked Albert Made Everything Right. He Even Contacted Me Multiple Times To Make Sure That It Was Changed And Then To Follow Up To Make Sure I Did In Fact Recieve It. I Am Now Enjoying My Products And Am So Happy With Flexshopper. Joyce Also Was A Great Help! I Will Definitely Be Using This Company Again. Thrilled!
I actually considered Uninstalling and deleting my account regardless of the good deals you can actually get on the platform. The verification and anything you do after the initial application is quite a mess. Had to call customer service and have them explain the different services they offered to me and how they actually worked because their FAQ section is useless. The asking grace for this company was Ivan. The fifth representative I called. Not only was he knowledgeable and friendly he actually confirmed several times that everything was the way it should be. If they over fix their platform and do full Android integration, not that hard plenty of companies will do this for you for so cheap, and get rid of some software bugs the average person would use this service for their primary means of shopping for big ticket items, not just whims. To reiterate, the one person changed my review from an account deletion to full on happy. Thank you. Also he was the only one to offer a survey email, and for good reason.

Last January I bought 2 65" Vizio TVs and 2 Xbox's. Well still making payments. Both TVs and 1 box does not work. So on a $2500 RTO (rent to own) or lease I've paid $5800 in the end. Tried calling customer service and good luck. They could not understand me so guessing their CS is a 3rd party not from the USA. All I wanted was to return the TVs so I can have something to watch. Problem is shipping back on a box I don't have for 65" TVs is not easy. I knew right away it was bad business when an unmarked box truck 3rd party delivered it. All I am saying is do not buy electronics from them. So for $5800 spent all I have to show is 1 older Xbox. I'll never use their service again. Please read reviews before you buy from these leasing companies. Sadly I still need a TV. They also will overdraft your account even if you call, ask, and get approved to hold a week on payment. So if you want a weekly nightmare flexshopper is the place. It's not about the money. It's about the defective products.

Here is what I went through with these people,
Computer Warranties, are not even a subject as they claim the computers are Brand New and the Monitors are Refurbished, as far as Registering your device you click on the Registration window and your information, is Automatically placed, after putting in your personnel information you click register device, the damn thing with not register, says the number input does not match their records even if you put them in manually, My opinion is that this company is a fly by the night outfit, with Technicians that do not know what they are doing, I suggest you all go somewhere, Stop Auto revolve so they cannot charge you for junk products I have read many reviews, it is sad this company is living a lie, I challenge them all, and I will file a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Becareful of Scams, these people are damn good at getting your money, and leave you with Junk..
I actually found delivery fast. Payments are reasonable. ( just too much for my low income). The terms are for a year which seems reasonable. So far no complaints
I was a bit skeptical about using Flexshopper but decided to anyway. I really wish I would've followed my gut. I placed the order and then had a change of heart almost immediately and called and asked them to cancel. They said it could take two days to process a cancel request and that it wasn't guaranteed. OF COURSE, it shipped before they could process the cancellation. No biggie. I actually did want the electronic, I was just kinda sketched out about the company.
Well, the item gets here and seems to be working fine. It worked all throughout setting up and the first time I used it. The second time, it suddenly was having trouble registering one of the controllers. I tried syncing it again, still didn't work. Found a step by step guide online and did what it said, still didn't work. Tried charging it, doing system and controller updates, closing out all the apps, restarting it, factory resetting, none of it worked. I messaged Flexshopper and let them know of the issue. They asked if I wanted a return or repair. I picked return because no way should I be having to get a brand new item repaired after using it twice. They said they'd email me instructions on returns and never did. Meanwhile, I checked my bank account and they've been double charging me every week for the one item.
Please don't waste your time with this company!
I don't necessarily recommend any rent-to-own businesses, but I gotta say their customer service is great. Edric helped me out loads as well as many others.

Thought it would be a good idea to get a couple of tvs to finish off my game room. I cam across Flexshopper while searching for options, thought it was a good idea. The prices were a little inflated but not to bad as to turn me away. Went through the sign up process, ran into a few issues soni had to call in. Got on the phone with someone really quick, but the lady was kind of rude. Told her my issues and all she wanted me to do was clear my browser history. Thought that was really weird so I didnt do it, but I told her I did. After that she just told me to wait for an email and hung.
Waited nothing happen. Called again and got a really nice woman who helped me out and got me up and running. Then I went shopping!
Found two tvs I wanted and added them into my cart. The total for both was a little under $600 with a monthly of $25. I was ok with that and was about to check out. I always look and the fine print and came across this (see pictures below).
They wanted an additional $800 for rental fees!
That's madness. After that called back had them remove my profile and delete all of my info.
Just going to go to the store and buy what I need!

I made an order on January 2nd and immediately right after I made it I called to cancel because I had changed my mind. The woman I spoke to told me that she canceled it and if it still arrives to decline the order, however I could not do that because ups dropped it outside my door. So I called flexshopper customer service once again and described my problem, and I was told I would get an email describing how to return it. Here I am three weeks later, and no email, the item is still sitting in the box untouched. And I was charged for an item that I did not want. NEVER AGAIN
Supposebly have credit to buy stuff but I can't buy stuff until they say I can which has been 3 days now I needed my stuff then I need to wait for them to send a order to the store and wait for the store to get it ready if you'd think they'd jump right on it making double the amount but hey screw it

I live on a cash basis only; I do not have or want credit cards, but sometimes, especially around holidays and/or birthdays, I would like to get something and might not have enough saved. (I also wanted to replace some furniture that was outdated). I have purchased over 30 items with FlexShopper! THIRTY+. Never had a single issue; no double charges, no unauthorized debits... I find the other reviews to be ridiculous. It leads me to believe people are not reading the fine print; if you do not purchase the item in the 90 day period you will pay more, a lot more. Remember that! I have never gone over the 90 days - I don't purchase anything I don't think I can pay off in 90 days.

To sell they are great, but if your purchase arrives damaged, forget it they never respond... but they continue to charge your account... 15 days waiting for the return process and I have nothing yet
I am very happy with flexshopper. They are willing to work with you and my account representative Anthony is great. They are much better than their competitors.
Honestly the idea of Flexshopper is very intriguing and I would be all for it except the customer service is HORRIBLE. I have yet to receive any real updates on what is going on and instead of their focus being on keeping the customer happy they would rather have me sit her in limbo.

Answer: I place my order all happy. Then after receiving my confirmation I went online to look at the reviews of the company and to my surprise I was very disappointed at all the reviews and people complaining about not getting their packages and things like that.So I called and asked to cancel my order they said that the order has already been sent in. And "they sent a request to cancel the order" and if the order gets delivered to my house they told me to reject the package so the person sending it can send it back to flex shopper. Pretty much like every story is on here. But this is where it gets interesting... upon reviewing the contract. Besides all of the extreme interest rates at the very very bottom there's a document which entitles you to cancel your order within three days of the initial purchase. That's funny because over the phone they had told me that the cancellation request might take up to three days. So this is where it got even more weird, I was so infuriated I YELLED at them. I even said "the contract states I have three days to cancel the order, what games are you trying to play?" they still told me i was stuck. I threatened them. And then with in a few minutes they took my order off, so they can process the cancellation right away they were just trying to get me to get it delivered and at that point I would be stuck with everything. DONT BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT WONT LET YOUR RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS. READ THE AGREEMENT!

This person doesn't want to get caught up in a scheme of not getting what is paid for, broken merchandise, or late delivery. This person is basically asking if this company is legit and if all the negative comments are just hope you idiot.
Answer: Once item is ready for pick up, you will be emailed or it be displayed on your dashboard when you log in to your account.
