I ordered a 3 bunk bunk bed from this company with payments to be automatically taken out. They take out the payments each week never on a certain day or date, whenever they decide to pull out the payment they do. Then they charge you late fees even though me the customer has automatic payments come out and has no control on when Flexshopper.com pulls my payments out. This company will not honor your contract, they try to make you pay for their mistakes. Stay away! And customer service does not help at all they try to make excuses for themselves and don't care about your contract! I would give a 0 star if I could.
Easy easy and pretty fast delivery too. Not painful at all. And very great selection of things to choose from..
Flexshopper was a needed service to fund Christmas for all of the children in the family. I like the option to purchase from online stores if Flexshopper does not have the product in their Marketplace. The customer service is excellent and always willing to help when they can. People may complain about the prices but with less than perfect credit, the service is worth paying for. Much better options were available than rental stores.
So I have been unemployed and unable to get unemployment during the pandemic. I contacted flexshopper to hold off my payments, and they said that they could. Since then, I was told to contact them by May 22 to see if I was employed again as my work is opening back up in June. Yet they took out 4 payments, 2 in one day. Yes I got it refunded but if I'm told that my account is on hold, nothing should be taken out in the first place. Tired of having to call 3 times a week to be told that my account is on hold but yet payments are coming out. I don't recommend using flexshopper.
So they advertise that they have vendors with items and you lease to own it.
It sounds like a good deal, until you get into it! I have made a few purchases from them, and will never again. What you get is sub par product for top of the line price. I am paying out the butt for furniture that arrived with missing pieces and I cannot get returns on, and a computer that was sold to me with no proper windows licensing or installation!
When i needed it the most flex shopper was there it is truly a blessing to all those with not so good credit... As for their customers service it is super my account manager Cynthia was a beautiful personality with an understanding nature they really are there to help people flex shopper keep doing what your doing my experience so far was wonderful and i hope to continue to use them... P.S. Thank you to the creators of this wonderful software.
Do not work with them. At all. We paid our leases off back in Dec. They wait until 4 months later to tell us our leases were never paid off. We told them multiple times that they did not have our permission or authorization to take out a payment that doesn't need made, but yet they still did it anyway. They are HORRIBLE to work with. They are rude, ignore you, and STILL try to tell you you're lying about everything even after sending them proof of every single payment made.
They've billed me the past 3 weeks being "late on payments by over double what I pay weekly. I'm never late on my payments and they don't pull anything out on the days they claim they will. I don't recommend this business to anyone honestly because they'll drain as much earned money out of you as possible.

I had a bill of 500.00... I kind of let my payments go and just ignored it for a while... after checking my bank account... flex shopper took over 2500. 00 for my 500.00 bill! And the day I called in to ask for my money back the woman on the other line says " oh congrats your loan was just paid off TODAY!" Yeah bull$#*!! She refused to give me my money back stating i had outstanding fees... F**K THIS COMPANY

In a bind and desperate for tires and brakes, I let NTB convince me to use this service. The total purchase price was only $1455. 78 ended up costing me $3250 and I exercised the early payment option, only "leasing" the equipment for 25 weeks. The terms are difficult to understand and customer service is not helpful in explaining the early payoff during the initial process. Unless you have no other alternative, you should avoid this financing option.

I needed a mattress and it turns out i could have bought it outright since day one, but wanted to make sure i had cash on hand, i was moving and it was a financial stress. I did the math with flexshopper to get my mattress at a tiny fraction of the cost paid extra, i think maybe $50, and allowing me to make payments of maybe only $47.50 every week. It let me have what i wanted earlier and for a fair price. Their customer service was awesome and im mad grateful they exist.
Called customer service to let them know I never received my order that it said delivered but was not left at my address. Lady informed me that it was left at my door. I told her again no it was not. She keep saying it was delivered but as of today I still have not seen it. Instead of arguing with her I finally just said forget I will find out what happened. In the mean time I get calls everyday about my payment. Not going to pay for something that was not delivered or stolen from my door steps. They should have required signature upon arrival.

This company is a joke between there computer systems not working properly poor customer service and there own employees are miserable because they are mistreated by the higher up. Not to mention they have off shore employees not located in the US that have no idea what there doing making matters worse. Beware of your worse experience when lease to owning with this company.
I ordered a King Size Mattress from Walmart.com and received a box of chains instead. I called flex shopper and they jumped right on it and started investigating the matter. My rep's name was Linda and she was so helpful. I have bought several items and never had this problem. Even though my item didnt come, my customer service with flex shopper was great.
I had gotten laid off from my job, so I called in to make arrangements to still pay my bill.
I was blessed with the awesome customer service representative Cynthia! She provided me with the best options without putting a financial strain on me!

Everyone is rude and they have no experience on how to deal with customers. I dislike them very much and will not use their service EVER AGAIN. They are not upfront about their policies. Stay away if possible!
This is the worst company ever I purchased an item and I was charged 1495 by the time flexshopper got my account the item ended up be 1673.54 and then they say their is nothing that they can do I paid taxes on the item at the store then flex shopper turns around and charges me taxes again on top of that the customer service is horrible please do not use them at all if you see them please run far away..

Then after receiving my confirmation I went online to look at the reviews of the company and to my surprise I was very disappointed at all the reviews and people complaining about not getting their packages and things like that.So I called and asked to cancel my order they said that the order has already been sent in. And "they sent a request to cancel the order" and if the order gets delivered to my house they told me to reject the package so the person sending it can send it back to flex shopper. Pretty much like every story is on here. But this is where it gets interesting... upon reviewing the contract. Besides all of the extreme interest rates at the very very bottom there's a document which entitles you to cancel your order within three days of the initial purchase. That's funny because over the phone they had told me that the cancellation request might take up to three days. So this is where it got even more weird, I was so infuriated I YELLED at them. I even said "the contract states I have three days to cancel the order, what games are you trying to play?" they still told me i was stuck. I threatened them. And then with in a few minutes they took my order off, so they can process the cancellation right away they were just trying to get me to get it delivered and at that point I would be stuck with everything. DONT BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT WONT LET YOUR RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS. READ THE AGREEMENT!

This person doesn't want to get caught up in a scheme of not getting what is paid for, broken merchandise, or late delivery. This person is basically asking if this company is legit and if all the negative comments are just hope you idiot.
