This location is far the best I have been to, I actually return it to often. Not only they have most merchandise but the staff rating is 5 stars, the guy at the front who might be the manager he has been there for long because always see him has the best attitude, always willing to help, no matter what he makes sure you leave pleased and happy and with what you were looking for. Honestly all the staff there is a pleasure to talk to. I wish all the other stores in the are had this type of customer service, it does make a a difference. Will definitely continue to go shop there!
I placed a curbside pickup on 1/20. Itcsays that they will have it ready within 6 hours. I called and they didn't have anything ready. I contacted customer service several times. Today, customer service, not the store, told me it was ready. They didn't have my order ready and the staff were rude. Customer service person was worse. I will never purchase from them again. I went on an interview beginning of December and they're just now sending a reply! Orland park five below isn't professional at all….i think it was a race thing! Racially profiled
5below is not felon friendly as they advertise. I do not have a felon., but a very little mistameaner ding from 14 years ago when I took some food from Walmart to feed my children. I quit my other job to take a job with 5below making $17.50 as a merchandise manager trying to better my family I worked 3 days at 5below and they told me the training manager was sick. After 5 days of being off I got a call and was told they have to let me go because of my background. Now I already left a great paying job at 15hr which I could not get back. 5below left me and my family hanging 3 weeks before christmas. Bad bad bad company. Thanks for screwing me 5below. Now I have no presents to give to my children for Christmas. If you have any questionable background...do not apply or work for this company...
What is the point of having self check out machines if they will not be used? I had to leave my purchases at the register and walk out or be late for work, all because the one cashier was incredibly slow. And waited till she had 3 people waiting in line to call for help. My suggestion, either reopen the self check outs and have someone nearby to make sure people pay for their purchases before leaving. Or; training your cashiers to not take 10 minutes to check one person out.
Food everywhere, blunts on the floor, just disgusting. Needs new management. It's ridiculous and unsanitary.
Five below on Broward is the worst place ever to shop my son went to return his headphones the manager sterotype him calling him you people instead of just giving him his money back for the defective headphones I called the police no resolution if you shop there please open your products in front of them cause they do not honor there policy on the receipt.
At self check your upfront cashier, made me so uncomfortable,standing shoulder to shoulder with me,I told her to back up,and she don't, she goes to Reach over me dam near in my face,to push the rating button on the screen and hit 10,well 10 my $#*! that was uncalled for.I would have NOT rated sandusky ohio store a 10.

Cashier need to learn space no need to stand shoulder to shoulder with customers trying to check there own stuff out,then stand there stare at you.Then after paying at self check out the Cashier pushing my rates button,NO hell NO don't EVER reach over in someone face.what the hell is wrong with some of your help in there.was she new.

I walked in to pick up an online order. Let me remind you I never ordered here as it's for a gift. I walked in and I stood there waiting for the cashier to stop ringing up the customer. There was a line but I didn't think me asking a question would make this a problem. I simple waited till she was done with them and asked where do I pick up a pick up order? She looked at me with the rudest fact and said um you can get in the back of the line. And rolled her eyes at me. I felt completely embarrassed because there were so many people looking at me like I was stupid. I then finally get through the line just for them to tell me they canceled the order because they no longer have it in stock. But online it says they had 5. So not only did I get treated like I was dumb I got to drive 20 miles for them to tell me they just canceled it. I placed my order at 2 am the night before. There was plenty of time for them to cancel it so I could get a email…! This store might need some help.
A man came up to me and said " we are closing go to the cashier now" in a very disrespectful and rude manner and tone I will not go back anymore to that one and it was in Riverton Utah
So today i got some self adhesive lashes. I tried to attach them to my eyelashes, but they seemed to not stick. I tried and tried and they continued to fall off. This package said no glue needed but clearly I needed glue. I would not recommend these thank you!

Almost everything is designed with lgbtq or witchy, or blasphemous things. Will never step my foot in this store again. It used to be different. So sad.
I was at the check out paying cash,the register wouldn't accept cash so I pushed the button for help. I stood there for 10 minutes an after that time I went looking for a worker an no one was to be found. Went to the back office an all the employees were just standing there. Do better with your service to customers! There should always be a worker in the front to help customers.

Saw a scope for bird watching. Good price, look nice. However, the box does not specify minimum viewing distance.
Ask the sales associate, he has no idea nor even bother to search info from the box. Store manager inform me that product can not return either.
So I ask the manager, if I buy it, I may stuck with it? She said: yes!

Do NOT shop at this store. I went into my local 5 Below establishment, just to find that they were OUT of furry venom black panther funko-pops. And I was like, "racist much?" How could they do this. They should NOT get away with this, why do they not stock up knowing it's black history month? This is also so un cool and is NOT very supportive over the furry community. Way to go 5 below. You just lost a customer.
The reason Five below sells cheaper Tootsie rolls candy is because they are the tiniest Tootsie rolls. Walmart has Midgees but not as small as five below. I feel like, I got taken. Walmarts Midgees Tootsie rolls are twice as big. Walmart would of been a better deal.
I ordered three bags online. My pickup order was filled fast.
I was disgusted by how my child and I were treated at checkout. All the self checkouts were "closed". We had to check out with a very unfriendly disgruntled young girl wearing her pajamas. She was yelling the credit card instructions at my child trying to use her gift card and threw the hangers from the clothes she was buying. She is 9 years old. I'm still fuming. There was more...

I have trying to resolve the instore pickup order issue:
1. I sent an email asking how it works and never heard back. Please see screenshot on the attachment to this email.
2. I have tried multiple times to contact your customer service number and have not spoken to anyone to date.
3. I went into the store on 12/2 and spoke to a few employees who never seen or got the order after I paid for it.
4. I finally got to speak to someone in the Peoria Crossing store today around 2pm and they have no knowledge of my order at all. I have attached the order information and the 1st email that I sent looking into this. I made my order on 11/26 and got the items you shipped. I have been trying to get some help and gotten none to date. An I keep hearing we did not get it and not sure who you need to contact. That is not good business and I am extremely frustrated with this situation. I would like to get a follow up call from a LIVE HUMAN BEING WHO I CAN SPEAK TO HELP LOOK INTO THIS FOR ME. Finally spoke to the store manager today who advised me there is nothing he can do and would to contact Customer Service care center which Yet have not heard from yet

I went to the Five Below at Great Northern Mall we got to the store at 7:25 the store closes at 8:00 the sales associate and a manager at the door said they were closing and we could not come in close when we went back by after going to another store and shopping and can I asked if what time they close and she said at 8:00 I asked why they then said that we couldn't come in the store and the girls had oh I didn't realize what time it was sound don't call each other Five Below at Destiny mall if you want to shop because they won't let you in the store
I bought 4 jigsaw puzzles of various number of pieces. Each of the 4 puzzles did not have the correct number of pieces, pieces that fit no where, miscut pieces, design - design correct but didn't fit in space, inaccurate picture on box or poster, flimsy broke easily. I would recommend never buying puzzles there or from anywhere if not made in USA. I switched to American made have done 10puzzles no issue

My daughter talked me into going in this store for the first time. We actually had an amazing experience that day. I was very impressed with the items we got, the price, and the quality of those items. So, a few days later, decided to order some things online. Everything I added to my cart was available and I paid immediately after. Waited a little longer than I do with other companies, for my items to come in the mail. I open the box, and there were multiple items missing. I paid $8 for shipping. If I would've known that I would've went to the store. I ordered online because I wanted a few things they didn't have in my store. How do they let you pay for items then sell them to someone else later on!? Never got an email about it either. I talked to the "online chat" and they did refund me my shipping fee and the items that were missing so at least that's fair. Just disappointing to say the least.

If you shop online just keep in mind, you might not get the things you wanted. Expect to pay $7.98 in shipping. If you don't get all your items message the online chat and ask for your shipping fees to be refunded.

I absolutely love Five Below. It has truly become my number 1 favorite store. I have been able to find multiple items of interest that I have loved. I have and will continue to recommend this store to people I know.
