I tried them twice first one they deducted 16 $ more and refunded it after i noted it and esclate.
Second one they delayed my shipment for 2 weeks and started to ship it after the ship agent contact them many times.

My first experience was very good. Quick parcels registration and quick repackage. Free parcels epicures upon arrival to FF store. Then the parcel was shipped as soon as I paid the shipping fee... so I decided to forward more parcels by them again
This is the my first package ever that delivered so fast, My package was delivered early in the fourth day of delivery from U. S to Egypt, Actually the shipping only took 3 days. And the total time spent from the date i purchased the item is 7 days. The customer support team is very responsive and honest, and the item was carefully handled and packaged.
In Contrast to other companies here in Egypt, i bought 2 items from the same company that i bought in FiashisFast and i used different company that FishIsFast to ship it, starts with Edfa. Aside from the lies they estimated the item to be arrived in 1.5 Month compared to 7 days using FishIsFast.
Also they were very expensive Compared to FishIsFast.
In short, I totally recommend FishIsFast 100% is the way to go.
They stole from me my 2 packages in my first try and i contacted Paypal and got my money back but sadly i lost money because paypal just refunded the shipping fees because the items fees are from amazon not from FISHIS$#*! and the blocked me after i contacted Paypal. RANA IS THE BIGGEST THEIFE SO BE WARE FROM THIS COMPANY! I hope they lock up RANA!

It's not clear in the beggining, but credit card payment is not automatically activated, you have to contact a service representative, give them your credit card details (minus numbers on card), then after they activate, you need to go to their panel request again activation, they'll charge for verification purposes, then you need to tell the system how much they've charged, and oooonly then do you have the option to pay via credit card. It takes FOREVER. And it makes absolutely no sense at all... And in the meantime, if you've purchased something and have it in your basket, if you exceed 7 days after consolidation, they'll charge you 2 usd a day... so make sure you activate BEFORE you buy, otherwise you might be in for a surprise!
In the midst of the Corona disaster, with delays in delivery from the US, they responded accurately and courteously, and I've never had an NG in the 5 times I've used them in the past.
From the comments of others, maybe not necessarily, but I've always been satisfied with their service and will continue to use them.
I don't have the store invoice plus I can't take now pictures from all sides of the glass because it's broken and I throw it away! In addition to that the price is only $12 which is nothing to the hundreds of dollars that I paid for express shipping and ultimate packaging that I was keen to protect my shipments and the hassle I went through just to ask for fragile stickers where it should be your first priority to take care of customers shipments! And since I joined fishisfast by a friend recommendation I never been satisfied! Why? Because all my shipments I received must have damaged items!. It's not the refund am looking for as much as satisfying service! I ordered twice and both parcels I received has damaged items! I mean how that could happen!? I was planning to buy more items like projectors and it's accessories that cost more than USD $5000! How you want me to trust you after that?! Any how thank you for your help but I don't want to go through the hassle again with you to refund $12 for broken glass! I have been using fishisfast.com for a year now. They are always fast and ship my parcels on time. Multiple selections from Aramex, Fedex and USPS for shipping rates.
I am asking for delivery to Japan. With careful packing, I have been using it for about three years, but there has never been any defect in the product.

CUSTOMERS BE AWARE! Those people are literally thieves and scammers if you ship precious items worth of hundred dollars to their warehouse they'll definitely steal it no way & won't give you any compensation therefore when you escalate your matter to their management who are the rudest people I ever seen for sure they're gonna close your account! See how scummy they are and also a buyer protection phrase is not exist with their policy this means if they lost your items or got any problems you have to waive your right. Besides that their customer service have no clue how to deal with customers & lack the necessary experience, sometimes they rudely reply as their CEO & don't bother whatsoever! As previously stated if you get an issue with your items they won't or can't help you at all since they know nothing. In addition their shipping fees are incredibly quite expensive more than 3 or 4 times of the actual carrier prices if you directly deal with them! They will scam you by offering a free storage for six months & some other services for free or low price to mislead you because in fact when you pay for shipping fees you actually paid for these free services that they are claiming plus triple the price of the original. So if you'd like to make sure of that just go directly to carriers' website and use their calculator to compare the prices by yourself. Guys the aforementioned statement is a brotherly advice it's up to you if love to stay or leave.
