Hi there I want to tell you about two things service prices it's let little bit high and you have to be more awareness because it happened two times you didn't put my purchase in my locker so I had to email you about that you can review my account
I've been a loyal fishisafst customer for many years. Until i lost two packages in the strangest way ever. I supespect that it was stolen. I contacted the customer service many time regarding these shipments and they were completely IGNORATNS. Unfortunately that suspecious act led me to never deliver any shipment to them again. They lost my trust.
Excellent freight forwarding and cargo aggregation company, excellent packaging, fast shipping, a bit high price I hope to consider.
I may repeat the experiment again
Great service the only thing that's bothered me. Is the late from the help center. And sometimes you have to ask to enable paying by your credit card.

They do not abide by the conditions and laws of the company and deal with customers with coldness and contempt and without providing any assistance and they have no solution other than destroying shipments. This is other than the loss of some shipments after packaging.
They provide you a special space for your shipments any also the send emails with photos if anything arrives to your mailbox an they have free of charge packages combining service which helps you save on shipping costs. And much more good services

Storage up to 6 months and fast registration for shipments, I had almost 100 different packages received and none of them were delayed or damaged!
They are one of the best companies in shipping forwarding. I tried multiple companies in the past years and I always face multiple issues either slow registration of shipments, slow support or unclear process. I been dealing with FishIsFast for years now and I can say it was a good decision to continue with them. The only side to this review is their prices and calculating the shipment by dimensional weight and not true weight which I hope they will solve these 2 issues.

I have used this company for 4 years and have decided to stop and warn everyone of how terrible it has gotten. It started out as a good experience with nice customer service. Now it is absolutely terrible to work with and makes consolidation and shipping a nightmare. The benefits of this company no longer outweigh the disadvantages.
In recent years, I have often purchased goods on various sites and online stores in America. I really liked the Fishisfast mail broker service. His staff is always helpful and helpful. Parcels are packed very quickly and there is the possibility of economical delivery of up to 20 kg. to Russia. I don't see the need to change my mail intermediary.

My package was lost and when I asked for a refund they said we will not refund you and if you file a claim on Paypal or your bank account we will shut you down and close your account.
Customer service is the worst ever
They don't pay attention when they pack your stuff, I lost full order contents from Amazon cost me around 200$. The worker didn't apply for the insurance and I lost my stuff, money and effort. Not professional workers at all
I received an empty box containing no graphics card. Upon contacting Fishisfast, they asked me to contact back Amazon. Amazon provided the Fedex package number and weight of 2.54kg while Fishisfast showed 0.54kg on weighing. I contacted them back but they denied. I am waiting to see if they are still in denial after I provided full evidence.
Once again convinced of correctness of my choice. Had big problems with customs clearance of the parcel. The problem in length in 7 MONTHS! During the whole time FF took an active part in solving the problem. And certainly only with the help from FF I got the parcel. A huge thank you to all the staff for their patience and active participation in this matter. P.S. Sending exceeded 11.000. And no problems from the side so we got to work. Always quickly and efficiently!
STAY AWAY from these fraudsters! They are a bunch of thieves! They randomly suspend your account for "violating their T&C" without reason and then refuse to ship your products to you. Disgusting fraudsters!

Answer: They respond in a short while, but the customer service is completely useless. It is like calling the automated voice attendant at a bank. No answers and no real help. So getting hold of actual customer service is close to impossible.
Answer: I was looking for an alternative to viabox after they increased their prices. Found fishisfast in viabox reviews and gave it a try. Up until now my experience is mixed. After receiving 50 items they blocked my account from shipping until I provided 50 proofs of purchase, or they would return the items to seller, not understanding that buying from individuals on ebay and other website does not offer a return for refund option, let alone 6 weeks later. And that buying from buyer market and craigslist comes with no invoice. After a week of negotiations and explanations I eventually managed to have them unblock my account after providing a dozen invoices. And I got my first shipment, which arrived with a couple damaged items that were obviously damaged during the repack process at fishisfast. Support denied any responsibility and refused to refund anything. Not letting go, after a week they said they would check the video of the repacking and then refunded the damaged items without give more details. The second shipment just came back from the repack process to be shipped and fishisfast just informed that some of my items are missing from their warehouse despite being documented as being in my locker. I would recommend to find another reshipper.
