I am very surprised of the quality of service that MyUS offer and how they are in business in a miracle by itself.
First they are overpriced despite the fake discount they apply (even with it they are still higher than other companies like USaddress.com). Second service under them cost $$$ like box photo or product photo where other companies offer them for free. Now I encountered a lot of rude and useless MyUS employees but like Angela took first place by far. Imagine having your wife birthday gift been thrown away (gucci bag) because she had a bad day or she hates her job (I won't blame her I hate MyUs now as well). When trying to contact any MyUS employee you can only use emails (like Nigerian "419 scammers) to explain the situation and see what the hell is going on with your item that you paid $$$ money for it. Let just say I would advice not to use their company even if it is free (ohh I forgot you have to pay 60 USD every year to them on top of shipping, photos, expensive services, rude employees, lost packages... etc)
My conclusion
1- try to look for another company (one nightmare employee like Angela is more than enough)
2- they have good employees but very rare
3- OVerprice, overpriced and overprice
4- You have to pay 60 USD every year to them
5- Good luck getting one on the phone (only one email and they are claiming they are the #1 shipping company). I think they award themselves this title
6- Try WS1, USaddress or nybox or way less than MyUS
