I have spent about $250 in orders with Fine Art America purchasing shirts. Three of the shirts, women's size M, came in sizes so small that they looked like they were children's sizes. Customer service was very difficult to work with. The end result was that I had to cut the shirts up, send them a picture and they are "supposed to" issue me a refund (still waiting for the refund). I wanted replacements at the same sale prices that I purchased the shirts, but that is not possible. They have gotten the last of my money.
A great gift - my friend was delighted with her picture. It was very well packaged and was beautifully printed on wood. Totally recommend Fine Art America and will be ordering from them again.
I ordered some Christmas gift items for my family using my photo art. I received my orders today and am very pleased with the quality. The fabric is a very sturdy, dense polyester that is sewn together perfectly. I was afraid that the photos printed on fabric might appear washed out, but these have deep, rich colors. I will definitely be proud to give these as gifts this year.

Prints look fabulous and the process from ordering to delivery was as promised and equal to the excellence of their product!
I am actually an artist on FAA and have used it several times for custom orders with usually good results. However my last order of five prints took over 2 weeks to arrive and came creased and not according to the specified paper. Staff were helpful and have ordered a reprint upon which I am waiting still to arrive.
All the articles are simply fantastic and a special gift for all my friends. Congratulations.

Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
