Question:

Answer:

FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!

Question:

Answer:

I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.

Question:

Answer:

You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Do you have keywords, descriptions, are you adding work all the time? Do you have social connections and so on. Its a lot of work. ---Mike Savad http://www.MikeSavad.com

Question:

I have tried 6 times with 5 different credit cards to pay them the $30.00 fee. each time i got a rejection on a perfectly good card. no phone number to contact them just email saying that their credit card vendor is the responsible party. i have spent thousands of dollars having things printed with them and i am getting really pissed about no phone call and correction of the problem

Answer:

Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.

Question:

What fees or commissions do you charge per sale?

Answer:

There is a base charge on each product, which you can clearly see when you are submitting it. Then you set your commissions as you please.

How do i disable the option of selling the items i don't want my art to be on (mugs, pillow etc.)?

Answer:

You simply leave the box empty where you would normally put your commission amount. Super easy.

Question:

Answer:

You will always have more views than sales. Lots of people look but the views do not mean that they will buy your work the first time they see it.

Question:

Do you ship to the uk, or do you have a uk operation. i am interested in the 36" x 40" canvas of bloch's "sermon on the mount." what would it cost to ship to the uk and what would be the delivery timing? thank you. w. kenneth thiess wkthiess@gmail.com

Answer:

As far as i know they do have a printer in the UK, shipping will be high no matter where you ship from though, the extra packing just makes it bulkier i guess. You would have to add up the shipping and options on the site. ---Mike Savad http://www.MikeSavad.com
