Also I am not a Fine Art America representative as they state under my name (sitejabber added that) I am an artist there and have been very pleased with all my purchases.

FAA has been in business for 10+ years and has served millions of satisfied buyers during that time. Sitejabber generally tends to attract negative reviews. Here are thousands of independent reviews from satisfied buyers on a different review site: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.fineartamerica.com

customer service is severely lacking
I am an artist the BACK BONE of the site and if you have a question good luck have written four times asking about a sale they made no answers.
I had to find out via the blog really the blog.
If FAA cant answer questions how do sell with confidence at all?

FAA has very poor customer service so the reviews are bound to be negative for this reason alone. In addition, the listed expecting shipping times are not always accurate which can cause problems too. Their quality of printing is decent. But, it's not excellent. I use them for fabric products. I avoid using them for any fine art printing or projects.

How can you make a print from a low-res photo that you ripped off the net! The print would have to be about the size of a cigarette paper? Are the photo matts you use 'archival, acid free'? when you enlarge an artists print on the FAA site through the close up window is this what the painting will look like when it arrives? Why isn't there a better print out for each page for instructions. I am not getting the help I need and I have emailed and I am told to just read. Where do we go from here? I get no results from them and have a hard time finding my work,. I'm fed up and want an honest site to put my art on. What fees or commissions do you charge per sale? How do i disable the option of selling the items I don't want my art to be on (mugs, pillow etc.)? What do I have to do to get my 10 paintings off your site? I deleted them twice and you keep offering them up for prints. (against US copyright laws) Hi all, Some reason I am having more views of my work than people buying it.. is there any reason this may be? I've had NO results trying to contact FineArtAmerica via their site -- one of your representatives has claimed to a customer that "after several days of back-and-forth e-mails" with the artist -- ME -- that they are refunding his order -- I HAVE RECEIVED NO EMAILS FROM FINEARTAMERICA about ANY problems with ANY orders! I have tested the internal email system, and can send an email to my account, so I know the email system is working. I am a PROFESSIONAL artist, and this is simply unacceptable!
