Totally worth it! I love seeing this piece hanging in my office and I have received several compliments. The quality is exceptional too!
Easy to order and the mug arrived just as nice as the website presented it. My wife, and my Great Dane appreciated the surprise.
Think twice before paying the yearly fee. It is an awkward system that feels outdated. Seems like they chose to spend the least as possible in maintenance and update, for whatever reason. It has issues with image uploads, navigation and structural options. And if you upload two much the site goes down. The social aspect is ok, why the two stars. Society6 is much better and it only costs 1 dollar.
Beautiful printing and the size and quality of the material was very, very nice.
Great product. The design was as expected and my husband loves it as it is his family crest.
Even under the difficult COVID time we are in this was delivered in an extremely timely manner
I love all the mask i have purchased will be ordering from them again.
This artist's portrayal of the Memphis skyline is absolutely astounding! Not only is it a perfect portrayal of that skyline but the colors are absolutely gorgeous. It can go in any room in any setting and be such a strong complement. I got it for my granddaughters apartment for her freshman year of college and she loves it too!
Envoi très rapide, impeccablement emballé et surtout superbe qualité du tirage photo!
My wife and I love the masks with the Stones tongue and lips designs.
Descriptions were accurate. Shipping was as expected. Awesome customer service. Very happy with my purchase. I wouldn't hesitate in ordering again.
Arrived without a hiccup. No problem whatsoever and my daughter loved the crazy "Ducks Camping" pillow.
Very well made and comfortable. Comfortable for a mask. Design and art work is very good.
Quick, professional, and high-quality product. I am extremely satisfied and will d business again with this company.
I ordered a beach towel with custom-printed art. The transaction was fine, but the quality of fabric printing was poor. I have bought similar custom-printed items from both Zazzle and Spoonflower, and both of those other companies have much better quality printing.
We purchased five separate pieces of wall art for our new home from FineArtAmerica. We are very happy with every piece. Beautiful art. Great price. And timely shipping. We will be back for more...
Purchased two children and two adults tee shirts with Bob Ross print on them. Loved the prints, they were original and unique. And one tee shirt with a Mike Myers print that my son loves. Great print, unique and original.
Being ardent fans of the fantasy stories of Edgar Allan Poe and the fantasy films of Bela Lugosi, my wife and I came across the Fine Art America website (we live in England). It was here we discovered the work of David Grant who is magnificent. We could not resist buying the coffee mugs featuring his artwork of Bela Lugosi as Count Dracula and in the 1935 film the Raven. We ordered a couple of face masks too featuring, once again, Bela Lugosi in the 1935 film the Raven and David's portrait of Edgar Allan Poe. We were very impressed by the quality of these goods and will be back on soon to order more kitchenware.
Product exceeded expectations and a reasonable delivery time. Will order products from them again.
Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Do you have keywords, descriptions, are you adding work all the time? Do you have social connections and so on. Its a lot of work. ---Mike Savad http://www.MikeSavad.com
Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
