FineArtAmerica is best. I'm generally satisfied with my purchases. FineArtAmerica is the best Home Decor site. Fine Art America is good for selling printed products. If your focus is selling fine-art quality prints online, then Fine Art America offers good profit margins.
The fleece blanket of Grand Lake is absolutely splendid. Exactly like a photo of the place. I was so pleased to find it. Ordering was easy and I had it within two weeks.
My second order placed with Fine Art America was water damaged when I received it. I took pics and uploaded to them in an email. They quickly resolved the problem and replaced my order. I received it within a week. I'm very satisfied with the service received and will definitely be buying from them in the future. So many products offered, not just greeting cards but various sized prints, totes, even shower curtains! Highly recommended.
I was able to immediately find the photographer I was looking for & purchasing some pieces was a very easy, stress-free process. I recommend this site.
Vast amount of items to personalize with your favorite artists' creations. Prices are reasonable, quality of greeting card and mask I received was very good and as hoped for, customer service is top notch.
I ordered a dozen or so masks and they were better than advertised. Working with the company was great. And I could not be more pleased with the products. And I cannot believe the amazing array of items. It is a treasure trove. Something for everyone.
An abundance of artistic cards to choose from. Ordering was easy and received my card in a timely manner. It was also packaged well to protect the card.
Atrocious customer service. I've made many purchases from this company, most of them successful. On two occasions I've needed to contact customer service about a problem. On both occasions there was zero response apart from an automated robo-reply when I first sent the notice, which claims that they "typically answer all questions within just a few hours." The first time i just gave up and let it go. The second time was a serious defect which needed to be addressed as it was an expensive piece. No matter how often or in what way I try to contact them or follow up with them there is no response whatsoever. I'm starting to wonder if this company is legitimate. Fine Art America does not deserve the business of art collectors or enthusiasts. There are far better options such as Redbubble.
I ordered two 36" "posters" and one had several small wrinkles in the paper. Not a big enough issue to go through the headache of returning it, but I'm very disappointed that after paying over $75.00 for a poster that it's sent to me in less than perfect condition.
My order number was FNART-*******
Mask is a great fit and launders well. I have always loved shabby chic and this mask is just gorgeous. It is a great match to many of my outfits.
I ordered a photo print of an artist I admire. The print shipped quickly and was packaged well. Print quality is very good! Would order again.
During Covid I ordered more on line, than ever before, so I can attest my very best experience was with FineArtAmerica.
After placing my order I was given an estimate delivery date and happily received it a day earlier. Upon opening the sturdy box, I was delighted to see the true colors, well manufactured artist work. Absolutely was the perfect purchase for the Picture Perfect to complete decorating my new hom.
I ordered from FineArtAmerica because I was searching for unique gifts. I was weary because you never know what your going to get when you order online. I was beyond thrilled when I received the items. It is now my go to place to shop. I NEVER write reviews but they deserve it.
Quality of the print was much better than I was expecting as was the surrounding frame.
I needed to contact customer services and they could not have been more helpful and resolved my issue immediately with no fuss.
I would highly recommend them and would purchase from them again without hesitation.
We were pleased to see that Fine Art America carries art by Ed Waugh as he is one of our favorite artists. It is nice having options to buy products like mugs, pillows, canvas, phone cases and the like customized with our favorite pieces of art.
FineArtAmerica is an incredible website. They have so many beautiful things to choose from and is really easy to navigate. It's a very good site to work with from making your selection, to check out. My order was processed and shipped quickly. An excellent experience.
Fine Art America offered our family a beautiful piece that has left its viewers awestruck with a sense of serenity to experience upon eARTh. We are eternally grateful for their efforts to offer friendly, prompt professional services throughout our nation.
I bought two graphic t-shirts from FineArtAmerica. They were the only company that had the artwork I was looking for and they could print the graphics as big or as small as I wanted! Totally awesome! When I accidentally ordered one shirt the wrong size I got a no hassle return for the right size. Will definitely buy from them again!
Purchase was very easy. Condi Nast has a vast selection of photos. Quality of the print was very good.
Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Do you have keywords, descriptions, are you adding work all the time? Do you have social connections and so on. Its a lot of work. ---Mike Savad http://www.MikeSavad.com
Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
