This was my first time ordering and I really spent a long time looking through all the different options to find the perfect picture. There's so much offered here that I definitely have my first choice now when shopping for art. The print I ended up getting is stunning and the paper is thick and very sturdy for the price I paid. I can't believe how quickly it arrived and it was packed with a fine sheet of paper wrapped around the print to protect the graphic. All in all, a fantastic price point for very nice quality artwork. Definitely can't recommend enough.

I love my order and the artwork. It's very comfortable and breathable. I only wish that it had instructions on how to wash the masks. I hand wash and air dry. So far it works but it's a much longer wait than if I could machine dry.
I was lookin for something unique for my guest room that featured Hawaii - and low and behold i stumbled on fineartamerica and their fantastic products. I ordered the Pineapple on a beach full duvet cover - and it is beyond what i expected i LOVE it! So much i am ordering more for my other bedrooms. The duvet is so soft and fresh looking and feeling. The colors are vibrant and the quality really above and beyond. Highly reccomend and will use again.

I purchased two color prints of Wildwood, NJ, one in daylight and one at night time. I picked two different sizes suitable for framing. I was notified of shipping date and arrival date. They arrived in a single tube in perfect condition. I would definitely purchase prints from FineArtAmerica again and highly recommend this business.

I was looking for "stuff" related to black cocker spaniels, and I found it with Fine Art America. I lost my doggie last month and the product I purchased hit the spot. I love it. Having done that, I search for another product for a different dog as a birthday gift for my sister - and it rocks. I'm giving it to her on her birthday and I hope she loves it as much as I do. As far as the company goes, they were great. They delivered my products as promised; they kept me updated with e-mails as to shipping, etc. I would recommend them to anyone if you're looking for something special. Thanks Fine Art America. Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
