I have made a few purchases this year and have been very satisfied with every one. The prints I've purchased, whether they're framed or not, always are just as described so I'm comfortable ordering from Fine Art America because of that. Every item has always been delivered in reasonable time and I have had no problem with damage of any sort.
The art I purchased arrived flat and not rolled which I really appreciate and the quality was great. No complaints.
My purchase was a top-quality original artwork displayed on a mask - a sign of the times.

It was a positive experience from beginning to end. Easy on line ordering. Picture arrived extremely well wrapped. The picture was better than I imagined. Everything was included to hang the picture... a huge plus to me. I was so pleased that I placed a second order with them.
This picture is so detailed. I really like it. It fits in my billiard room perfectly and is the centerpiece. I've received many compliments on it. Highly recommend
First, I NEVER write bad reviews. Here is my first one. Orders placed 2+ months in advance to assure delivery before the holidays. All Confirmations were worthless. My items arrived 2'nd week in January. I called, I e-mailed, I did everything possible to receive some kind of communication back. I got nothing! 0 customer Service. Puzzles arrived with crooked pictures on the front of the boxes. Items were crushed. Pieces inside were loose. No wrapper on the inside to protect contents. Awful for the appearance of such expensive items. I could of just gone to the 99 cent store. I wish I had. I was a repeat customer. Never Again... It is now February. I still haven't heard from anyone at the company.
Too long to bother but they automatically put an item on you didn't even look at! The order changes at check out AFTER you complete it! Try cancelling it...
Send them a msg and get back a flat msg... no customer service! Now I have to dispute payment on cc and I'm NOT paying to return it that's IF I even recieve it!
Voids canceling the my order and issuing a refund. Tell lies. Told me parcel had shipped when clearly from the couriers own webpage they had not received the parcel!

This is my forth time purchasing something from Fine Art America - always excited and anxious to receive my package. Extremely quick delivery, no waiting for weeks. My first two orders were shower curtains, love both of them - have received many compliments. The second was a duvet cover, unfortunately it had to be returned (the cover was beautiful, just didn't match my decor). Received a credit in a very timely fashion. Communicated with one of your customer service reps, excellent customer service. After scrolling thru your on-line selections, I did manage to make a selection of a duvet cover that is perfect for my bedroom decor. Love it!.
I look forward to visiting your site again. So much to choose from! Great selection, great art work. Being an artist myself, I do enjoy viewing others talents. A very happy customer.

Compared with other sites this site has a great and unusual collection of greeting cards. Wonderful displays of art work.

Extremely poor workmanship on pillows. Loose threads, the labels are not put on correctly, the corners are not 90 degrees. I would be extremely embarrassed to give these to my clients. Have sent emails asking for help in this matter have heard nothing.

Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
