I saw a print of a cat online called "Galaxy Cat" by Julia Rosales. Our daughter and son-in-law have two feline fur babies, so we ordered it for them. The price was very reasonable, and the item came right when they promised and packaged very well. The details came through beautifully.We were thrilled to have such a nice gift for our family members and also very happy to have a site like this from which to order original artwork. Our daughter and s-i-l loved it, too.
I bought an Anne Frank t-shirt for my granddaughter. It was easy to order and to pay for. They sent emails every step of the way. I received the product earlier than I expected. I was very happy with the entire experience. (And my granddaughter loved the t-shirt!)

I recently purchased a canvas print from Fine Art America. I was very pleased that the site allows a person to send a message to the artist via email. The artist did respond to my email. I think one thing that would definitely help new buyers would be if Fine Art America offered small samples of matte canvas vs shiny canvas. Most of the reviews don't mention if their prints were matte or shiny. I read several reviews and comments by artists. Some artists thought shiny was best and some thought matte. Obviously, it is a personal preference. I had no experience with canvas prints and was very stressed over which to purchase. I mostly thought I wanted matte, but I read one artist's comments and he said the only complaints he ever had were with matte finishes. People thought they were dull. I contacted Fine Art America and asked if samples were available to purchase. My print was going to be about $424 and I didn't want to be disappointed. They weren't able to sell me any samples.
I took a chance with matte and was satisfied with it. So, it all turned out good in the end.
Delivery was quick and my print was well packaged. I did have a delivery issue, but it wasn't their fault. The UPS driver left my print on the porch of another house on my road. I was just lucky that they were honest and brought my package to me. Otherwise, the package would have been marked as "delivered" but NOT to me. The delivery was made after dark, but I had left the porch light and 2 garage lights on that did shine on my address.
I needed a stunning painting for my great room and found the painting by artist Paige. From selecting the painting to having it framed and sent... I experienced amazing professionalism and effectiveness.

I ordered two coffee cups with printed images which I selected. The images turned out great and the shipping container was "engineered " to protect the cups. The packing was well designed and I won't be afraid to order more cups soon. Shipping updates were sent frequently so I didn't have to guess when the shipment would arrive. Nice company to do business with.

Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
