I saw the Trump/eagle front page online--and knew I wanted to own that.
I went to the NYORKER front page website--and located the correct one--.
The actual purchase was not difficult.
There were challenges receiving it--as UPS was the designated carrier-
-and in Tulsa--they no longer seem to want to pick up or deliver anywhere in mid town Tulsa-. They pretended they could not locate me-in a large well known area in a gated community--that has been there for 40 years-
-so I had to drive about 8 miles to a tiny business that holds UPS items.
So--- the picture is wonderful--and it is on display in my foyer-
-but receiving it--was not a good thing.
Mounting of picture was very professionally done, promptly shipped, and well packaged. Pleased with vast selection.
Fast delivery, the product looked as shown, it is a very nice gift, recommendable
First i got a gift code (200,-) wich doesnt work.
Then i got a new one, that worked. So i orderd about 215,-.
They canceld my order and just gave me 15,- back.
But no new giftcode or the money for the code.
They guy 'Jovie' form finaartamerica says:
Basically, no matter what the amount of the gift card is, the CODE itself can only be used once, and then it is marked as invalid.
So i loose 200,-. Thank you Jovie and fineartamerica.
I will never work with this company again. They delayed my delivery without telling me, and only informed me of the delay after the date it was supposed to arrive. I tried to talk to them about the delay but they were not interested in helping me. Terrible experience.

Excellent product (I have bought greetings cards); excellent and fast service. I have bought individual cards for friends connected with San Francisco, China, Mile End Road London and more, also many cards to cut up (!) for scientific educational work. Recommend them.
Loved the art work. Delivered on time as advertised. Shipping envelope was sturdy and protected the print. Plan to order something else at a later date.
For my first order, I found two "carnival-like" cards to send for Mardi Gras. It was great fun personalizing the sayings to use inside each card. The cards arrived shortly thereafter on study card stock with an appropriately-sized envelope, and picture quality was excellent! Communication from FineArtAmerica was excellent, timely, and shipping information was right on target. This may have been my first order, but it won't be my last!
The prints are a beautiful addition to the bedroom. The scenes are so soothing, calming and relaxing that it's hard to look away. Ordering and customizing the frames and mats was a breeze. Delivery was much sooner than expected, and the prints were packed with care and well protected. We are extremely happy with this purchase and will enjoy it for many years to come. So glad we found this site.
Ordered three prints of some Continental airlines jets I used to fly so I can have the memories right here on my wall. The quality of the canvas and frame are excellent. The only hiccup was missing hanging hardware on one of the prints which is in the process of getting replaced.

I am very pleased with the T-shirt I ordered from Fine Art America. It is very good quality and true to size.
I purchased a TMNT jigsaw puzzle, colourful drawing of the characters but a jigsaw puzzle, fantastic, checkout his website, FB Benjamin Newman Art, purchased though FineArtAmerica. They have a great purchasing process and easy postage tracking.
Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Do you have keywords, descriptions, are you adding work all the time? Do you have social connections and so on. Its a lot of work. ---Mike Savad http://www.MikeSavad.com
Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
