I have placed several orders with FineArtAmerica and every experience has been great! I like artists that for some reason are not easy to find and I have had success with them. Everything from the site to selection to ordering and receiving my items is seamless. Excellent company and I will be a repeat customer in the future!
FineArtAmerica has one of the widest selections of artists' works that can but put on just about anything. Great place to get a unique gift and your greeting cards. Wonderful quality and customer service.

I've tried multiple times with Fine Art America. My most recent order, order # *******, had several damaged/defective prints in it. After talking with customer service and getting a promise to have the defective prints replaced, they dropped all conversation, will not answer calls, emails or texts directly to their main customer service person Judy. If your art matters and you plan to use it professionally NEVER EVER use Fine Art America. Horrible quality and terrible service after the fact.
I compiled an image for a duvet cover to be printed. The 300dpi export is obviously huge for an 88x88 canvas. About 500 mb, but Fine Art America refused to accept this size of file and the best I could upload was 29mb.
They assured me it would be fine. Shocker all detail was lost and unacceptable considering I had a file(I tried to share) that should have provided a stunning product.
See in the photos illegible details like the elevations on the topo map.
I purchased 3 items, 2 for myself and 1 for a gift. I was thrilled with all three. Lovely quality. My friend was very surprised and happy with her gift. I am pleased with the artist and the quality of the products. It appears to be a Win-Win-Win.

The beautiful photo of Our Lady of Pompeii's steeple holds a dear place in my heart. This is not just a marvelous photograph, it holds my childhood and many adult memories, since this was my parish (and my family) for many years. I am pleased with the quality of the print and the paper it is printed on. I highly recommend FineArtAmerica to everyone.
For my kitchen, I ordered a large, matted and framed "Crystal Hot Sauce" print by Elaine Hodges. Could not be happier. Shipped in little time and looks sharp and well constructed. Easy to hang, too (hardware provided). Would definitely order from FineArtAmerica again.

I have now made several purchases from FAA. And it has been a real pleasure each and every time. In particular the keyword search is a joy to use, giving one a vast variety from which to choose... excellent. Ordering is simplicity itself, and a relatively quick dispatch only heightens the customer interaction. All in all, from my viewpoint, the FAA are both resourceful and professional.

Very easy to search through the various artists and their works. Lots of different forms the art can come in: phone cases to tote bags to prints for framing. Easy return policy.
Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
