Dear FedEx you told me my package was going to arrive on Wednesday. After waiting for 48 hours post Wednesday without seeing any tracking update. Now finally I have an update from you and you are telling me the package is going to arrive on Sunday?! The package is only 50 miles away from me! Sent a package 2 day and it just disappeared. Occasionally it would show a status in different states as "in transit. Check back tomorrow". Could never reach anyone live. FedEx made it pretty clear they did care. Finally shows up out of the blue 10 days late..
My son‘s birthday I ordered him the only thing he wanted and the only thing he asked for. The supplier sent it via FedEx. The date was scheduled it was a sign for packaged special delivery fees the whole 9 yards. The driver never ever showed up to my house that day I even took a day off from work to make sure that it was signed for. It said it would be back to my home the next day but the driver never even came the first day. The same situation happened on day two and day three and I had to go pick up my Son‘s birthday gift from the actual FedEx facility because the driver refused to come to my home I own 12 acres of land and there was no reason for this person to not come in and make that delivery I waited out in my driveway an entire day all three days. Again once again purchase something else different supplier and again the same situation again! Got to drive to the facility tomorrow to go pick up my package that was paid for to be delivered to my home. I'm furious and when it's your kids birthday or graduation present and it's due on a specific day and the driver is just lazy and will not get out of the truck because it's at the end of his run and he's a contractor it's pathetic and my kid almost didn't get either one of the gifts because of this contracting driver the FedEx is hired! I'm sick and tired of the crappy service no stars at all. Sick of it and you get the runaround when you call the corporate number pathetic pathetic customer support pathetic I will never purchase anything again from another vendor that uses FedEx ever I refuse to ever use their service they suck!
You send COLLECTION AGENCY to people who don't even know what they had to pay for. I have to pay 300 euro FOR A THING I DONT EVEN KNOW! FedEx is the worst. Most of the time I receive my packages days after the initial delivery date. I am going to start boycotting any company that uses FedEx.
Why the hell anyone even uses FedEX another example today was suppose to get the package on Tuesday then Wednesday now Friday is the day they're claiming. They never deliver on time this is most likely why Amazon dumped them. Next time if someone is shipping to me I'm going to ask if they tell me FedEx I'll tell them never mine I'll look for someone else.

The worst customer service ever, lied to multiple times on delivery of a single package. The most pathetic customer service ever. Seattle to Anchorage, paid for overnight delivery, box has been in Anchorage hub all day, and no delivery. Absolutely Unaccceptable!
Twice I was home, waiting for my packages. Got a message both times that delivery was not possible because there was no access to my house! That was false!
With any other courier, mistakes and problems arise, but not too often. With Fedex it is the norm to the extent that I have never had a positive experience with them.
Their tracking is at best a guesstimation and their delivery options are apparently only for show as they are utterly unable to act on them. From being unwilling to hold packages at location, to holding packages on the other side of the city from the requested location, any time I have attempted make arrangements for deliveries when I was unavailable they have been beyond unhelpful. My worst experience was waiting at home for a package, sitting by the front window, and getting a notification that delivery was attempted when a fedex truck hadn't even driven down the street.
I've tried giving them multiple chances, but I am finally convinced that under no circumstance is using fedex as a courier worth the headache. I'd rather walk to the other side of the country and back to pick up a package than try having fedex deliver it.
I'm not going to repeat all the problems mentioned in all the other reviews. Yes, 95% od deliveries are AT LEAST 5 days late, up to a month. And, on the rare occasion they do actually deliver on-time, they deliver tothe wrong address, usually several blocks away.
My solution is to no longer order from any company that cannot offer me an alternate delivery service. I then notify the company's corporate office that I will be placing all my orders with one of their competitors who will ship via a reliable company. For example, I order online constantly from Home Depot, however they will not allow me to request an alternate delivery company. Even their phone reps said the majority of their calls related to FedEx problems. When I emailed their corporate HQ, I received several emails trying to keep me as a customer. The person also sent a few emails begging to talk to me on the phone about it, which I refused since she had made it clear via email that there was no alternative they could offer me. I have done the same with several other companies I used to order a lot from. Of course, I have also asked everyone I know to do the same. FedEx isn't going to change. But, if enough pressure can be put on the companies that ship via them, then maybe more companies will stop using them, as Amazon did due to all their delivery problems. Trying to complain to FedEx or put pressure on them will get you nowhere, as they simply don't care. But, the corporate HQ's of the major retailers do take notice, especially the more they hear from customers they are losing.

Horrible, just horrible service. I get it- we are coming out of an pandemic, but really, shipments have been late consistently.
My family is using meal deliveries, and in five weeks it has been late every single time. Three times we had to throw out the food completely.
It is so frustrating to say the least.
No process update after 09/22 for 7 days,
And then suddenly the 1st delivery attempted on 09/29 (Wed)
But nobody was at home
(now I'm not sure delivery person really came to my house or different house).
Next day (09/30, Thu),
Did not attempt to deliver and wasted whole day for waiting a package.
On 10/01 (Fri),
Waited for whole day but nobody rang a doorbell even saw a FedEx delivery truck two times passing home.

After talking to customer service,
He said the 3rd attempt will be made before 11 AM on 10/02 (Sat) but nobody showed up till noon.

But kept saying the 3rd attempt will be made before 8 PM
Which means I'm stuck at home till 8 PM again.
Unbelievable, nobody showed up.
I cannot trust FedEx customer service either.
Tomorrow (Sun), will call service center and ask do not try to deliver next Monday,
And I will pick my package up from Portland FedEx on 10/04.

I ordered a drone that shipped from the west coast to the east coast. The package was picked up by Fedex on Friday and moved less than a mile to a facility on Saturday. I was given a original shipping date of Thursday... they updated it to come in early on Monday. With no motion or delivery I called and they told me "no no its coming in Thursday not Monday". With no motion on Tuesday I called again and was told "Its coming in Wednesday". Still with no motion I called Wednesday and was then told "It was in town and will be delivered Thursday morning". It being Thursday afternoon I called again and was told it will be next Tuesday and "We have had an influx of shipments and we are very sorry and as you can see its moving now" It took a week to get scanned at the same facility. I could have walked it home at this rate. I think they lost my package and are buying time to find it or find some excuse to the loss...
Fed ex is the worst company in America! They don't even have people in their call center who speak English. They don't care! The drivers are rouge worriers who disrespect white people in an overt way. They pile packaged against my door so I can't open it they leave packages out in the rain when all they have to do is walk couple of more steps to leave it under the porch. TERRIBLE PEOPLE! I work at a fortune 500 videogame company that requires weekly covid tests, which are ordered courtesy of the company to our front door with next day shipping through fedex. I have ordered 6 (SIX!) of them in the past week. All of them say they got delivered in the tracking info. None of them actually made it here, though, unless they're invisible. And so now I'm missing a week of work to try to get this s**t sorted out. My dream job may end up gone because I can't work the crunch hours that I need to because some idiot at fedex can't figure out where the packages need to end up. I thought they were being stolen at first (don't know why anyone would do this, these tests are worthless unless you have the barcode number required to send them back to the company that makes them so you can get your results). But no, One was due to be delivered today, on my day off, and I staked out the front door, looking through the peephole all morning. Lo and behold, I get an update that it was delivered at noon, but there I am, watching my front door, and nobody is there. Checked all around the building and no package anywhere.
I seriously, utterly, and with every fiber of my being, hate fedex, and if I lose my job over this will be hitting up my lawyer to see what can be done regarding the fact that this is fedex's fault. 1 star is too many. Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
