I'd give this company a zero if I could. Rarely do I receive my packages from companies on time (I've actually gotten a few to never ship via FedEx anymore due to problems). Their website is never working and never updates, nor does the company believe in transparency with those they are delivering to. Too many instances of "delivered" packages only to have them show up weeks and months later proving they were never actually delivered. Often times it will be "delivered" and then actually be "delivered" two-three days later. After a terrible continual experience of FedEx in my area (I'm not the only one), I sought out to talk to customer service who proceeded to hang up on me after asking them to further investigate why they're not only not delivering things, but also do not have up to date or working tracking sites that continually to report errors. I've lost hundreds of dollars worth of packages probably going into the thousands of dollars form them over the last 5 years. I wish I could report a complaint instead of writing this stupid review as this is essentially equating to theft and negligence of a company to deliver services without incident. I've never been more frustrated with a company before in my life.

A very direct route. Finally I had a delivery scheduled by 8 pm and after shovelling snow and waiting for a delivery at 7:30 the status changed to DELAYED. An hour later it changed to BY THE END OF THE DAY, ON TIME. But again. No delivery. The following day I could see it had arrived in Canada and I got a delivery update. Today Before 8 PM! Great! 40 minutes later it changed to PENDING with no delivery date available. This is now Friday night and I see they do not deliver on weekends. I am waiting for a car repair part so I can't drive to pick it up and now I do not expect to see it until next week. When I ordered the part they said it would here in 2 days by Wednesday. Translation. At least a week later. Also you can not talk to a human about your concerns. Not the best experience, especially if you are waiting for an important item.

I recently placed an order for which the vendor selected FedEx as their shipper. I signed up for detailed tracking and followed the parcel closely. On the indicated ‘day of delivery' I checked again and, according to the tracking information, it had been delivered an hour or so earlier although there was NOTHING delivered. I immediately filed a claim with FedEx hoping my promptness of response would enable them to locate where they had actually left my package. It has now been several weeks and there has been absolutely NO response to my claim! Obviously, they just don't care. Since I used PayPal to pay for the item, I have filed a claim with them for reimbursement due to ‘Non-delivery' of my order! I am content to let the vendor fight their battle with FedEx. I certainly can't get their attention! I would give FedEx a zero rating if it were possible.

I ordered two-day shipping through FedEx on body armor for security work. Although FedEx claims the armor was delivered, it is missing. Packages are stolen sometimes, and I live in an inner city. Other carrier services, however, place packages inside the mail room or leasing office of my apartment building. If the package was stolen, it was likely placed outside the building. If it has not been delivered yet, FedEx should update their tracking system, especially for customers living in densely populated areas who might be weary of theft. FedEx claimed a successful delivery two days ago. If the shipment is delayed, instead of claiming it was delivered, they should complete the shipment and return the extra funds I spent on two-day shipping.
After corresponding with FedEx, they have offered no recourse so far. To prevent future loss of potentially hundreds of dollars, I will likely refuse to purchase items now from businesses that ship exclusively through FedEx.

I ordered a product and did ship alright but when the driver dropped my package off he did so along with six more packages that were not mind and belonged to several other customers in my local area. When I called over six times in trying to get the driver back to pick up these other boxes I got a total run around. So now I wound up with several boxes sitting on my front porch. Making me a target for porch pirates and unsavory type characters to worry about. I can not bring them inside due to I do not know when or if this driver is coming back to pick them up. Fedex is really letting down these other people and putting an undue stress on me.
I order constantly offline, this is the absolute worst customer service I have ever had to deal with, i called 4 times today to get snotty representatives! I paid $140 for an expedited parcel to be shipped and delivered Friday January 7th and they give you a complete run around. "The driver left, have to switch to Canada post etc". Now they tell me I have service and duty fees and my parcel won't be shipped till Monday fedex and another 5 days delivery through Canada post, if I woulda known I woulda spent the cash and drove to the city! I haad an exchange package, the first package was delivered to the correct address. The second address was delivered to the wrong address, there was no change of address in the system, so I don't understand why or how they made this mistake. In the past month two deliveries by FEDEx were not placed at door or on patio, nor was the buzzer pushed for access to building. One weighed over 100 bs and was going to be left in common area until a resident indicated I could not lift it. BTW the 100 lb pkg was put on a cart which the condo provides and the UPS driver help him place it there, I mistakenly gave him a good review not knowing that he was planning just to dump it in the common area until the resident told me of the situation. This building is for active seniors, I am over 80. Today I received a photo of a package indicating it was delivered; not recognizing the location but looked (within 10 minutes of delivery) at my condo door and patio. (no buzzer again). Package is not here. Drivers are not responsive to the needs of residents, All other services, Amazon, Kroger, UPS seem to understand. Fedex cannot be bothered.,Why do they not care about good service? This their regular pattern.

Fedex consistently loses my packages. Representatives say they will open a case file but nothing is ever resolved. I don't have much trust in customer care since agents say they will phone back but they never do. I am now leaving feedback for vendors in the hope they will switch to a better shipping company.
If you are a business and need to ship something and only have fedex to use you are better of delivering it yourself i hate when i order something and see it's coming fedex essentially if its a pressing item with UPS you could at least count on your package being delivered on time if not 1-2 days early with fedex expect 1-2 days late never even on time also it's irritating when you see your package is in your town then the next minute they send it 4 hours north justvto send it back the next day or the day after. Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
