Wasted my whole day waiting for my package They said my package will be delivered before 12pm and now it's almost 7 still waiting for my package.
For the last four days Fedex has given me the same message: Package will be delivered by end of day. It was in Tacoma at least four days ago. What is the problem? Put it on a truck and deliver it!
FedEx has been a total FAILURE recently. I remember years ago I ordered a computer from Alienware, and I kept getting a "sorry we missed you" notice... Come to find out the delivery guy wasn't even making an attempt to deliver my computer. And that's what the "district manager" told me as he gave me my package (computer) that was almost a week late ("Overnight" was the selected service). Their recent failure got me a $100 Amazon credit (Humidifier delivery issue)... FedEx is the worst Shipper on the Planet (IMHO).
I tried to call FedEx to tell them my address IS valid and that I've lived here 32 years and paid taxes on said property. The driver leaves an 'excuse' daily saying invalid address. I tried calling to give directions but getting through to an agent is impossible. If my address is not valid, I doubt they will exert themselves any longer and return the package that had walking shoes I needed for a long weekend trip. I went, came home, and the package is still on the truck. Absolutely pathetic! Yet this delivery is better than the time when they threw six pairs of drapes out in the pouring rain at the end of my one-mile gravel road! A true story with pictures to prove it! Yes, I'm mad! How in he** is FedEx still in business? I didn't use their service, the shipper did.
Every customer service person is unhelpful, uninformed and lacking any skills to help the customer. FedEx's phone routing system is ridiculous. Getting the right person on the phone to help is nearly impossible. If possible use any other shipping company other than FedEx!

The last time I bought furniture the items arrived weeks later, and the guy was practically in tears he was so stressed. His co workers are protesting the mandates, the website said "delays due to weather" when tracking showed everything was fine until the packages got to CA where they sat about a block from my house for a couple of weeks. This was back when the southwest pilots were protesting too. I figured FedEx would have caved by now but nope. My orders have been sitting in the same place for almost two weeks. Of course the option to pick up from the warehouse is completely impossible because getting ahold of anyone is a pipe dream. I fully support the right for workers to choose which medical procedures to undergo and will not be using FedEx in the future.

I'm not gonna use Fedex anymore. My courier is sent from Redmond WA on Dec 30 and suppose to reach on Jan 5 then it showed Jan 6 then jan7 now Jan 10th. I'm not sure I can get my package and I stay in hotel, just for this package I can't keep extending my stay. Worst FedEx. Worst international shipping service. My family send me 2 parcel back from india and this stupid fedex guys separate both the parcel in different state of usa and after 1 week I don't have any clue about my packages. They are charging so so so much and service is worst. I literally want to give a rating in negative numbers. Very awful service. There are food in my parcel which get bad after few days and this stupid brainless fedex team are miss-placing my parcel.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
