We had 2 critical deliveries that were ordered from the same location. One order was through Fed Ex and the other order was through UPS. The orders were expedited and guess what? UPS was early and Fed Ex was 2 days late. Fed Ex is not dependable.
Absolutely the worst delivery service in the business! First delivery 4 days late all while their system says "out for delivery". Second delivery was over night…. NOPE wrong again! Overnight shipping fees paid and collected but was it overnight…. NOPE! Refund those overnight fees? NOT A CHANCE! How does this third rate company even stay in business?
They don't deliver my cargo that normally should be delivered today. It has been waiting at the same spot for 5 days. I live in OH but kargpm is on hold on WI for 4 days. They don't deliver even though they say the delivery date is today. This is a sign that it is a lousy shipping company. I do not work with companies that do not keep their word, and I will tell everyone about this mess they made.
We live in NC and had a little bit if snow. My package was put in the truck for delivery. I watched the FedEx driver pull up to my driveway, which there was NO snow and it was 45 degrees out, and the drive way is as flat as a pancake, turn back onto the road and leave. So I got in my car and followed him and asked why he didn't stop at a house up the road. This idiot tells me my driveway looked unsafe... and refused to give me my package. So now after paying $45 in shipping to get it here on time, they just give you excuse after excuse. I do believe I will refuse to purchase anything from anywhere that uses FedEx again. This is an all the time thing and it's pathetic.
Their tracking system is completely a joke - It picks random delivery dates and then ignores them. They report packages as delivered when in fact they never arrived. When you call their Resolution Support Team *******339 they just lie and tell you its on the way and it never arrives. I believe the government should get involved and press charges for gross misconduct for their systemic misrepresentation to the public.
Use the website they say. Go to online billing they say. Fedex website and customer service is absolutely appalling. Kept on hold for about 20 mins only to be hung up on. There is no tech support. I can't pay a bill because I can't access the invoice associated with statements I am constantly bombarded with. As a business we are completely let down! Not much more you can say about that.
You really need to filter people you hire for the phone customer support. I CAN NOT UNDERSTAND their accents! This is ridiculous, they sound like a joke! It makes it really hard to get help, so either make them do online chat support only, or else, it DOESN'T WORK!
Awful, rude customer service. Don't waist your time calling them. Last time I called was told due to sender using sure post. They could not do anything about a missing package. If sender uses Sure Post be prepared to wait 3 weeks or longer for your item. There is also a good chance you might not get package at all. I understand there the cheapest shipping company around. As a profit of off merch I understand why companies use do to it, I would rather pay extra than deal with FEDEX. Companies think we will save money using cheapest, but in long run your losing. I try to stay away from any company that uses FEDEX as there shipper.
They lost my first package which I'm not sure how you even lose a 60 pound steel anvil in the mail. The second one that came looked like an animal tried to tear it open. Terrible company

Every single time I get something through FedEx, it ALWAYS gets delayed. I never ship something with FedEx myself. Not to meantion this last time (today) I get a notification "incorrect address" it was 100% correct. I called up the 1-800 number and it took me forever to finally get to someone. Once I did I verified everything, then the guy said "okay I'll mark that it is correct and get it delivered." "So I should get it today?" "Nope, it's been rescheduled for tomorrow". So, not only did it get delayed two days, but it was already a replacement part from a warranty from an item FedEx delayed 3 days and threw it in the snow. The package is small enough to fit in my mailbox which was 20 feet in front of the driver, closer to them than my front door. Long story short I order an item, it gets delayed in Chicago 3 days, sits in snow and freezing cold for several hours because it got delivered while I was asleep and got the delivered notification hours later. The items battery was shot, and my replacement gets delayed 2 days in Chicago. And the driver didn't want to deliver it so he marked it "incorrect address", making me wait another day according to support, but my tracker now says Tuesday(today is Saturday). Originally shipped out of Oceanside California. If I could rate it a. 5 that would be my official rating. 0.5 stars.

I've had several interactions with Fedex over the past year - nearly all terrible. I don't mean the package arrived later than promised terrible. I mean package lost in transit or never delivered terrible. They blame the pandemic. Really? You've had two years to figure it out. But know. Worse than the Post Office and that's saying a lot.
In approximately a one-year period this is the service I received from FedEx; Four packages that were supposed to be delivered to me were delivered to my neighbors, I live in a condo complex. Two of those packages were delivered to me by the people that received them by mistake. The other two I never received. Another package that FedEx delivered was seen by my girlfriend on one of my neighbor's front porches. Most recently I received a package that was damaged. I filed a claim with FedEx that included pictures, they promptly denied my claim. I cringe everytime I see that FedEx is shipping an item that I purchased.

FedEx has completely lost a large item of mine that I shipped and according to their customer service, it was destroyed prior to delivery. Which makes no sense, since the box contained heavy metal item that are almost indestructible. Another package that I was receiving was at a facility approximately 4 miles from my house for more than a week and shows still there according to today's tracking. Verified this by calling customer representative on the phone and receiving the information they had and confirmed location of package. (In regard to the over the phone customer service, it was frustrating trying to get to a live person, but finally did and they spoke broken English and had noise in the background.) So I went to the location of where the tracking and the phone representative confirmed. Then I was told (rudely) that the package was taken from this facility to another facility 3 days ago in order to be ready for home delivery. Then this person just walked away. So I arrived at the other location (which is further away from the delivery address) to be told that the package is still on the semi-truck and won't be unloaded until the following day. (None of this was listed on the tracking of the package). The rep at this location just said there is no way to get the package at this time even though he claims it was there, but sitting on a truck, for what I assume 3 days since it was only 10 minutes away from the other location it was previously at.
To say the least, I will refuse to do business with businesses that use FedEx as a shipping method. UPS and USPS are so much better. Even DHL. How can Amazon (private delivery service) figure out how to deliver products in a reasonable time and have a better tracking system than that of a company specifically there for shipping?!?
Instead of driving up driveway to deliver package, FedEx left package just behind the sidewalk. This is Not the first time this has happened but it will be the last. I will no longer deal with companies that use FedEx to deliver their products. Never had this issue from UPS, USPS or Prime.

The carrier was sitting outside my house, garage door open, and just put in that no one was home for delivery. It was sent ground, which could have been left without a signature. And she didn't come to the door. It was a heavy package and she was a short over weight woman. When I called customer service, I was told it would be delivered again that day... but the tacking said, it would be the next day. The carrier, was lazy, the customer service agent lied to get me off the line. I will never use this company again. Use the USPS!

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
