Packages out in the rain. More than once. I have a covered porch, so no reason for this to happen. Laziness and throwing my items across the street at my neighbors. Yes. I was watching. This was recent and then next day said they attempted to drop off and no van was in sight. I was home with all blinds open and could see outside the entire time. Funny thing is there was a rain storm at that time. No signature required on my package either. Hmmmmm. Even customer service said that was odd.
Useless interface and no support. Can't get anywhere with really important simple needs. The only positive thing I can say, they will deliver your package quick, but at the worst time for no reason with no resolution.
Was not home the first attempt Fedex delivery and they left a tag on the door, they said they tried to deliver tow more times but the driveway camera did not pick up any activity. After several attempt to call them finally got thru and they said they would delivery by 12:00 next day, Package didn't come so I call the sender he got a hold of them finally 8 day ladder i did get my package, DO NOT use FEDEX if you want you package delivered on time!
I ordered a tool, and it was supposed to be here at a certain day and no later than 9 pm I waited around till 9 pm never showed up. Tracked it said it was on the truck for delivery since the previous day called FedEx because they didn't update anything now it says delayed, and the driver took the package off the truck. Now I'm losing money because I needed the tool to finish a job and can't finish the job now until the FedEx driver does his job, now I'm still not going to receive it today as the driver took it off the truck. BAD BUISNESS

I have been staying home due to a fractured ankle for about 3 weeks. All the packages from fedex were left outside my building or the address that was stated. Today, fedex was supposed to deliver a package yet the driver updated on the tracking website that the delivery was attempted but that he or she did not see anyone. How is that fkng possible? I did not hear a doorbell, neither a knock and yet the driver did this because of his inconvenience or what is it? And when I call customer service they say that the driver assessed the neighborhood and took the package instead of dropping it off outside my building. Why is it that this driver has assessed and taken it? It's not your decision. You are only supposed to deliver it or DROP IT OFF and then LEAVE. All the other packages that were just dropped off were received and fedex did not have any complains and yet fedex does not even have a way for the recipient or they themselves to communicate with the delivery person. " the person does not have a phone" was what the representative said haha what a fkng joke. Fedex has become too opinionated. Get it together.
I arranged to have items picked up on Wednesday - Apr 06 22, I was told that a Fed Ex driver would pick up the items between 9 am and 6 pm. I received a phone call around 11 30 am from the Fed Ex driver telling me to let him in. He was at my old address, the 3rd party had given him the wrong address and although it was only 11 30 am I was told that I would need to reschedule for the next day. Even though this was not my mistake and I had given the correct address, I was told there was nothing they could do. I am beyond frustrated and would never choose to use Fed Ex. Because this is a refund there is nothing can do.
On March 25,2022 I complained about a reckless driver. Complaint #*******207 has since been ignored by the company and no one at FedEx seems to care. I only issued 1 star because I didn't have the option of issuing 0.
When you call in it takes forever to get to a representative if needed. Then when you do the representative is useless and does not listen. Believe me this is with EVERYONE of them that I have spoken with. You would think that a MULTIMILLION/MULTIBILLION company would have better service and provide their service agents with the tools that are required to assist.

I decided to write this review because over the past couple of months nothing has changed. I can say that the FED EX site in Sanford is great! They are the ones that have researched and gone above and beyond to assist me. Thank you to them for finally being able to resolve a situation after a couple of months. The rest of the company SUCKS!
Called because my package has been in transit for 3 days! The first time I called they said hello and didn't respond once I told them why I was calling. Hung up, then called again to maybe get a new person on the phone and I thought maybe my phone was messing up. I began to tell them why I was calling and before I could finish they hung up and sent me to a survey! I will never ship through this company again.
I made a purchase from Amazon and it was shipped by you supposedly you sent me 4 different delivery dates 4/1/22-4/2/22 4/4/22 4/5/22 never received anything so I called your business and was told it was never shipped out of the warehouse in California the order info you sent me said it shipped out 3/29/22. All you did was lie to me. I closed all of my accounts with Amazon because of you people. I know you could care less but my wife's office uses you everyday but they are changing to ups. Talk about complete idiots who no nothing about customer service. Why just because the package arrived early would you hold an extra day so it is delivered when they said it would be. Customers can track this and it shows how little they care about the customer. I wonder how low their rating would be if you didn't have to give at least 1 star. I mailed an envelope to a friend in Hartford, CT from Sanibel, FL for next day delivery scheduled for noon. It cost $78.47. When I checked tracking at 12:15 p.m. the day of delivery, it said there had been a failed delivery. Seems the driver got to the gatehouse and turned around and left, not asking for entry or calling my friend to let him/her in. That's what you get for $78!
Well it's got to a point every time I get a notice from a seller my package has shipped fedex I know it will be late. There's always a issue with delivering to an office with established hours of 8am-5pm 7 days a week yet I get the excuse from fedex a delivery attempt was made at 2:59 am. So I filed a claim, it's now been a month since filing the claim, I've gotten the run around by every single employee saying just wait the check is coming. It's been 17 days since the shipment of the check, still no check. I would NEVER recommend FedEx to anyone and I will never use them again.
I don't understand how FedEx remains in business. This is the absolute worst shipping company ever in the history of shipping companys. Long story short I missed my delivery two days in a row and when it was finally delivered it looked like it was bouncing around in the back of the truck for two days. (which it most likely was) Then the delivery driver lied and said I signed for the package; and I understand why he did because other than a blind person no one would have signed for something that looked like this. I called FedEx and they can care less. This wouldn't be that big of a deal if I ordered a book or hammer. I ordered a 1000$ food dehydrator. I even paid for premium freight insurance and they still don't treat package any better.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
