I have been missing packages being delivered to my address in East orange nj for the past months. Status says delivered but nowhere to be found. Call FedEx customer service no help, have customer rep that barely speaks English. Started claim nothing. There is no accountability nor no true customer service infant the representative that called from fedex hang up the call without listening to my concerns. I am being blocked from buying from curtain sellers because they think I'm lying and this is not right. Fedex needs to do better. I am highly dissatisfied and upset
I am absolutely apauled with this company. 4 times they claimed to have delivered my package, with various reasons why it was not delivered. Such as the company was closed, nobody was there to receive the package. After looking at the cameras everyday not once did a truck show up. After going through this hassle I had the package stopped shipment and to be left at the local Walgreens to be picked up since obviously they cannot seem to deliver anything or be honest. After 3 days of going to this pickup location it never showed up, I contacted corporate and spoke to multiple supervisors stating the package was brought back to a Durham facility. Awesome. Considering this location is actually just a few miels from my house, they said the package was there and I could pick it up. After calling to verify I was told they dont have the package and it hasn't been scanned in the system for 3 days now! What the hell FedEx! I will never ever use this company again and I will do everything to make sure no one ever does that I know. My company will never use you again. I have been lied to multiple times over and over. Not to mention this item in the package is for a customer's vehicle that I'm laying for a rental car on! And I have to explain this to the customer making me me look bad, giving me horrible reviews not to mention the rental car fee that I'm stuck paying for because this company is a complete joke! Your driver's are full or $#*! and dont care at all about anything. The supervisors will say whatever the hell they want to get off the phone with you.

FedEx missed their delivery date and now the delivery date is "pending" It's been over 7 days since it was shipped and I'm unable to contact FedEx customer service.
A delivery driver took a package off my porch that had been delivered by ups when he delivered a package. I reported it and nothing was done, they were avoiding the issue and unwilling to do anything about it. I filed a complaint with the better business burrow and the case was closed without any notification. The way I see it it is a crooked system altogether. I am out $67.00 for the cost of the package that was taken with no recourse, one day they will have to answer.
They send you a message with a date and says your package needs a signature and then they don't show up that day.
I want to give 0 stars for the horrible experience i had. The delivery wasn't even attempted and switched to pickup but it wasn't there in the specified location. I couldn't login after registering to manage delivery, even after verifying email.
I initiated two shipments in the same week. In both cases, I was overcharged $110.24, and $79.52 respectively. When the items were picked up for delivery they knew that the price quoted me was different than what I was charged. By the time I saw the charges on my charge card the items were already delivered. At that point when I disputed the charges, they were able to say they fulfilled their deliveries. There was no attempt to contact me or to get approval for the additional charges. There is no other business that would survive this type of customer service yet they get away with it. Never again Fed Ex.

I would think if I pay $40 for overnight service you would be able to give me some kind of ballpark idea of what time you'll be to my premises to drop my package off I can't afford to nor do I want to sit home all day and wait for the FedEx man because you said my package will be here by 8:00 p.m.

I was lied about 3 times with different shipping dates! Since it's a signature required package I had to leave work early just so I can be home to receive my package and sign. Instead I was waiting for no reason and wasted my time and work hours. Website did not provide any updates for 5 days. Seemed like my package was stuck in independence, Kentucky for 5 days. It's been 8 days and customer service cannot provide any reliable updates! This is pathetic!
I was supposed to received my package by Monday apt 11 by 3.38pm and status of my package is showing it's been delivered but I haven't received it.
I've checked every corner of my building also asked every neighbor but I haven't found it. FedEx is showing its been delivered. I strongly believe FedEx employee never delivered it and stolen it. That was very important package of mine was stolen by FedEx, I trusted them for safely shipment but rather they disappointed me. I'll never use FedEx again
Spoke to three different people about a delivery issue- got 3 completely different stories. I received a text that the package would be late, within seconds- a text that it was already delivered. One operator told me to go and pick it up. I went- they had no idea why I was there and said it was being redelivered. Lost work hours and a ton of frustration. They simply do not know what they are doing.
I shipped a package, clearly asking for express shipping. The woman at the counter assured me it would be deliver the next day, tops by the end of the day. Well, it's been nearly a week now and my package hasn't moved. I called multiple times client services but no one can give me a clear answer as to why my package hasn't been delivered yet. Mind you, the travel time where I wanted my package delivered is about 45 minutes away by car.

They wont tell you who signed for the package nor contact you about your shipment. Theyll only use the virtual assistant to constantly tell you the same nonsense. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
