The customer service is piss poor awful. I had a package that kept getting delayed every day and FedEx never gave a reason. I call customer service the first two days it happens and they say my package is definitely getting delivered the next day, and then it gets delayed again. One week after this I called again and they say my package is being delayed because of duties and taxes, which doesn't make sense because I had already paid my duties and taxes. From the customer service people who have walnuts as brains to the $#*!s who didn't check that I had already paid my duties and taxes, this is hands down the worst delivery service I've had to deal with.
I just recently used FedEx. They delivered my package. The Box did not even have a crease in it, the tape was in place the way should be, did not look like anyone kicked it like it was a soccer ball or through ground like it was a basketball or football.
As of yesterday we have now had 17 shipments that continue to be delivered to the wrong address about three blocks away. One of the shipments yesterday required a signature, but was dropped off without one. We have talked to FedEx all 17 times, filed claims, etc. and nothing changes. This is one of the worst Companies to deal with, and they JUST DON'T CARE>
I had a very bad experience with Fedex and customer service (Fedex) was no help. They lie to you and tell you anything just to get rid of you. If you insist or ask to talk to a supervisor they hang up on you. This is the worst shipping company I have ever dealt with. I am still trying to fix the issue with my package. Not sure I will order on this site considering the bad service from the carrier. Can't file a complaint to Fedex for the customer service since they tell you to call customer service to file the complaint... Like that's going to help...
We live in a fairly new neighborhood. Our home was finished over a year ago and we have lived here all that time. We have no problem receiving packages sent USPS or UPS. In the last 2 months we have expected 5 packages from FEDEX and none of them have gotten to our home. They have not been delivered to neighbors either. We have no idea where they have been delivered. FedEx just says they were delivered but we have no idea where. I have called customer service and all they tell me is they are "lost". In this day and age with the technology available there is no excuse for such poor service. BTW, our house has very visable numbers. Our local office is over an hour away so having packages held there is not at option. If it was possible to have a blanket request to deliver to a local Walgreeen that is what I would do but it must be done on each package and I don't always have to ability to catch it. Anyway, this company is just TERRIBLE!
I live in Lenoir NC and every time we get something delivered the driver is to damn lazy to drive around and drop off to the right house number. All my packages that come from Conover NC have been like this. And now because of this I am missing a tablet that was said to be delivered today. Highly passed you need to get better drivers that actually are not lazy and do their job the right way
FedEx has delivered my Chewy package to the wrong house 7/7 times! I called FedEx and Chewy and a complaint was sent, someone called me from FedEx but nothing changed. Chewy chose FedEx over me. Their loss. I tried to stay loyal but Amazon wins again.
Once again Fedex has zipped it to us. I have no control of which shipping company to use when receiving shipments from suppliers. If I did I would not use Fedex. Once again they LOST our overnight shipment and then had the nerve to "manually mark it as delivered " the next day. Of course, then the supplier thinks that the shipment is received, however we have security cameras up all around which log all movements on our property and guess what -- Fedex was not here and they didnt deliver. Amazon delivered for us that day, UPS delivered that day as well as the Post Office - all on camera - When I tracked down the driver the next day he admitted that it was not delivered. Lousy company. FedEx lost my $14,000 part and even though I filed a claim on the insurance I had taken out when I shipped it, FedEx refused to uphold their end of the insurance agreement, failed to accept accountability for losing my part, and failed to reimburse me for their mistake. The box arrived empty with obvious signs of having been torn open through the tamper proof tape and a poor attempt to tape it back shut had been made. Even after a claim with the BBB was made, they still refused to do anything. Worst shipping experience I have ever had.
Had a package that was picked up in Cali to be delivered to me in LV, about 4 hours away. Was supposed to be delivered on 12/22.On the 23rd it was in NM. By the 24th it was in Oklahoma. Then Indy. Then NJ.New delivery is 12/29. Instead of admitting they $#*!ed up, they claim it was the best geography. Even Fed Ex can't be trusted. How is it the best route to travel from west coast-to east coast-to west coast again.No apologies, just excuses.The supply chain can't improve if these companies continue to hire morons who can't deliver a package a 4 hour distance. I had fedex reroute my parcel, per their instructions. It has now been three days and they still haven't delivered the parcel. Obviously, they don't know what they are doing and cannot understand their own programs. Terrible service. The parcel was to be dropped off at the Walgreens four blocks from my house as it needed a signature and I wasn't going to be available on the day of delivery. Had I known they were so incompetent I would have had them drop it off at the original address and taken the day off.

I had packages that were not delivered. Well they showed they were delivered, but they were obviously delivered to the wrong address, which Fedex takes no responsibility for. They want me to go around the neighborhood, and search for packages that their driver delivered to the wrong place. I thought that was their job to deliver packages to the right address? What they do if you put in a claim is ask the driver if they delivered the package, really? I asked them to send me pictures of the place they delivered them too, which will clearly show it was not my yard, but I guess it's little to hard to actually do your job. I hope Amazon continues to take business from FEDEX.
I have had several experiences when delivering packages. And lately the packages are arriving with the packaging torn and the item broken as well. I hope this email helps to solve the problem that is happening with the packages. I always communicate with the sellers and they tell me that they send the packages well wrapped and I believe them. The problem is in transportation. The carriers are somehow influencing this problem. I call on the relevant people to resolve this issue. These packages are paid for and are protected by federal law.
I filed a claimed for lost baggage but they denied my claim even though I sent them a proof from the hotel manager that they never received the baggage that I sent to one of their hotel guest (my co-worker). I was told by a certain Lindsey (not really her name) that they stand with their decision to denied the claim saying that among the boxes that were received in that hotel, only me filed a claim. I told her what's the logic with that. Why will they need to file a claim if they received their boxes. Anyway, not a happy customer here.
FedEx is a useless company. I have had a very bad experience with them. Poor customer services, terrible services, and delays. DHL is a million times better than FedEx. I cannot encourage anyone to use FedEx for international services.
The driver does not know the difference between the front door and a sliding patio door in the driveway. They delivered my heavy box of thirty pound bag of dogfood, case of wet dog food, etc. in my driveway and I have no way to bring it upstairs. They said online when they left the package that they had left it at the front door. I called the PetEdge that I ordered it from and also FedEx. They both said that they would help, but they did not. FedEx said that they would send someone by today and carry it to my front door. No wonder FedEx company has suffered big losses recently. Won't be ordering from PetEdge anymore, knowing they use such an inferior delivery company.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch.
