I used P & J Transport the whole process was easy with Citzenshipper. I was having problems air transporting my 10.5 yr old Basenji to Houston from Northern California. Due to hot weather my doggie was stranded there for over 3 wks. Basenjis are highly anxious dogs. But Paula was great with him. She even let him sleep with her. Paula kept me up to date on how he was doing by text & pictures. They were prompt picking him up & dropping him off.

Will never use again. Said my package was on truck will be delivered by end of day. This was a Friday to its going to be delivered Saturday to email you wont receive to Tuesday. No explanation No nothing. Called couldnt tell me where package was. Never AGAIN
