Wish i could give negative stars. To begin with they dont give you ANY idea on when to expect your package their website and app are vauge to send the least. So unless you want to waste your ONE day off waiting like i did. Do everything in your power not to use them. They need to get up to speed with their competitors or sell out

Schedule home delivery of 9-1 delayed to actually 9-6. The final leg was less than 300 miles and took 4 days. If the delivery time frame is not a factor use FedEx home delivery.

It would have been faster for me to drive to pick up the package from the vendor myself. The automated assistant has attitude, she hung up on me when I asked for a customer service rep. But before hanging up it said "that is all the information we have for you, goodbye" no warm or even cold tranfer. Needless to say they need to drop express from their name.

I was supposed to receive a package from chewy yesterday. Stayed home to accept it. 11:46am I receive a text message "package delivered". Interesting, because the only way to deliver it would be for me to buzz in the delivery person into the building, I Ran down 4 flights, perhaps it was left in the street. No, it was not. Called the shipper and FedEx. The picture on my FedEx account showed a completely different lobby, not mine. FedEx left my package in the wrong building, somewhere in New York City. I opened a lost package case with FedEx. I was told that the driver could not go to retrieve the package right away because, different stories, he already went home, he was delivering other packages, make your pick…Later in the afternoon I got a call from FedEx to find out, unreal, what color was my building and how many floors were there? FedEx loves to waste peoples time apparently.
This morning I called customer service to find out where was my package. I asked for a supervisor. 4 times I was switched to a "tracing unit", they refused to switch me 4 times to a supervisor. No idea where they left my package. It takes 24-48 hours to have an update.
FedEx offers NO delivery window. Tracking only says "out for delivery, will be delivered by 8pm". So you can sit at home all day long, then FedEx delivers your package to the wrong address…

Companies such as FedEx should financially compensate customers whose package is lost for all the time and aggravation customers had to spend dealing with their incompetent customer service. I need to change the day and time of delivery because of course, I missed the time the package arrived (after telling me it would be at a different time) and FedEx Delivery Manager doesn't work on the website or app, saying "I have already been enrolled in Deliver Manager" What does that mean? The website is as terrible as the app and I realized, customers will never have control over our packages. Just have to hope for the best I guess. Unreal.
This is quite possibly the worst company on the planet. EVERY package shipped to me through this company is late, sits in one place FOR DAYS, or is just never delivered. FEDEX is incapable of making their delivery times. These are not times or dates that the shipper sets, they are dates that FEDEX sets. They are NEVER on time and consistently DAYS late. I as a merchant would NEVER use FEDEX to ship anything to a customer, vendor or anyone else for that matter. Furthermore, If i know a company uses FEDEX to deliver, i am NOT inclined to do business with them.
I ordered on the 26th. From Albuquerque to Alabama. Package get delayed. Okay cool I give them the benefit of a doubt since they have to go on a route that has very bad weather. Next day. I scheduled a pickup for yesterday, and it was meant to be picked up on the day of. No one came. So I called customer service to see if something went wrong and if it could be picked up ASAP today. The guy was hard to understand and then EXTREMELY condescending and rude. I've worked customer service for a long time, so I get the frustration, but this guy was just nasty. After awhile of getting nowhere I hung up and used the automated service to schedule another same day pickup. Hopefully this time it works out. The takeaway here is that customer service is so mean and unhelpful that it's easier to deal with robots, lol. Never using FedEx again.
I don't advise anyone to use FedEx service, misled by customer service, holding a phone for a very long time without any answer, chatting, customer service can't do anything more than track the shipment, which can be done by the customers themselves. I have to remind myself not to select FEDEX as my delivery services when delivery packages. FedEx service SUCKS they constantly change the date of your delivery. Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
