Purchased some parts from my normal supplier in KS., 4 times it was held up in different locations but all for the same reason at each location "unable to read label". Now FedEx, being a shipping company, should have fixed my label at the first location but thought if the folks did not add a new label at the 1st location and were able to send it to the 2nd location we'll hold it for a couple days and try to figger where it goes L8R, KY was 2nd stop, GA. Was 3rd and FL was last stop before it was to come to my door, it took 3 days to make it 200 miles and when they said they dropped it off I got nothing on my door step, this took a total of 14 days with all the delays, called FedEx they said call the shipper, I did and they reshipped my parts another way and it made it here in 3 DAYS! Someone once told me, "the family tree of FedEx looks like an 8 foot 2x4 sticking out of the ground" get the picture

I shipped to my daughter in Italy, friday from Miami Fl, to arrive monday, never arrived, called tuesday, they told me customs informed fedex monday evening that there was a customs expense of $58.48 but I asked why no one was informed it would have been taken care of and she would have received the package. They would not have contacted me if it wasn't because I called them and inquired still be waiting for any sort of update. They further told me the only way they would make payment for me was for me to open a new account with fedex. Went to the place that I shipped from they took care of payment, they contacted international fedex and asked if it could be expedited as my daughter needed to board the ship on wednesday morning, they only offered to open a case and it would be 24 hours, he asked for supervisor they gave them a hard time to get him to escalate the case. She is an employee of MSC cruise line, a headliner for them and the ship departs on that wednesday. This is why I paid 400 plus dollars to arrive a couple of days before.

My brother in law sent a legal document from FEDEX Quezon City Philippines to our address in Calgary AB Canada on August 27,2022. I keep on checking the Tracking and its always "In Transit". It's been 3 weeks now and the package has not yet arrive.
When I called their 1-800 number, the reply was that my brother in law has to call FEDEX so the package can move from their facility in Ontario. Seven days ago prior to this, the driver conclude wrong address without communicating with me either by voice or text message or email.
The package has only 5 days to stay in Calgary facility and without anyone claiming it will be returned to Sender from Ontario. The package is now "detained" in Ontario and the sender has to pay for the package to return to him. This is the worst service FEDEX has. Please DONOT USE FEDEX SERVICE. It is a day light robbery of more than P2,000 pesos. DEFINITELY NO STAR RATING
Since moving to this area (un-named) i have not had a single fedex delivery come through as promised. Recently the driver has taken to paint photos of deliveries that do not show the package and are taken inside someplace i have never seen. Reaching out to FedEx has resulted in nothing but elevated blood pressure and heartburn.

Fly order cross country for no reason, then truck back 2000 miles then, leave order set for 5 days more, as they [fed-ex] changed the delivery date from the 5th to the 15th. This is the second time i have ordered items from california, set at city of industry for 3 days, then arrive[fly] to florida, then, truck, to arizona, where it sets again till their modified delivery date... i have 106 tractor trailers on the road, 100 leased to another company, and this crap will never happen with my truckers. Customer service is a joke. Package never arrived at destination. Filed lost item claim, waited 2 weeks never heard anything. Called for update status and was told no proof of damage. I said my claim was for lost package. They said file again. Filed a second claim and waited3 nweeks and called back and was told to provide proof of cost of package contents. Done that and waited 3 more weeks and called back and was told package was signed for and they were told the signature did not belong to recipient I was told to get notorized signature of recipient. We are 8 hours apart. Nothing but a joke.

I called September 8 to rescheduled delivery to September 15,2022 I was given confirmation #, apparently no one cares at all two boxes wooden cabinets were delivered on September 10,2022 and thrown on the drive way under the rain. This the results when you use shipping company such, FEDEX who franchise the delivery routes, where customers services get ignored and get lost!
I am waiting for package that requires a signature. The update that I signed up for said it would be delivered yesterday. (Out for Delivery it said). So, I took the day off of work to stay home and wait for it. Late in the day the update said they tried delivering at 2:07PM. That is a DOWNRIGHT LIE! I can see the front door, plus I put a note on the door. NOBODY came here at 2:07pm. The update now says it will deliver today. Well you know what Fed Ex, thanks or wasting my entire day. Spoke w 15 customer service reps over span of 3 days and 7 hours on the phone. Lost package. I had to go drive to the facility and retrieve it myself.
It was a one of a kind item worth 5K. Arrived damaged when I finally found it.
All they did was give empty promises, not help at all, just apologize, and write more notes to confuse the delivery driver.

I would never recommend FedEx to anyone who actually wants to receive their parcels on time. Horrible customer service! 3 customer service agents told me 3 different things about the delivery of my order. On top of it, in this day and age, they would much rather return a parcel than actually call the customer and deliver. I was told that FedEx delivery agents are not equipped to call the customer and attempt the delivery! Are you kidding me? It is 2022, and this is what they have to say? Such an inefficient way of working, which also results in absolutely horrible customer service.

Had to file a complaint against FedEx with BBB in early 2022. FedEx would say packages delivered and left at locked gate or outside storage. Don't have a locked gate or outside storage, here they were leaving packages at mailbox at end of lane 1 mile away. I always thought FedEx delivered to the door! Anyway Corporate said problem would be addressed and rectified, well that was a lie as it was spoken. Still continued and I gave up, just started looking for packages at mailbox first when FedEx would say delivered. Now I have 5 packages that have been delayed for 2 days due to weather. However, these packages have been on the truck for delivery for the past 2 days by notifications in am around 5 am and then by 2:30 pm receive notifications that delayed due to weather. The place my packages are coming from is only 30 minutes away and I have made safe trips there during this time frame. Wish I would have picked them up at the facility. Yo can never speak to anyone that knows anything and I wish all vendors offered me the option of choosing a different courier because I would definately choose someone else, even if it meant paying!
Answer: Based on my experience and other reviews I have read, FEDEX is looking to put itself out of business. I will be very happy when Amazon buys them for a discount.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
