It happened with me and my aunt. We paid for international priority shipment for a power of attorney. It gets stuck in customs for weeks. Probably because they lump it with other parcels which need clearance. On top of that there is no update on date of delivery. My documents were time sensitive because they needed to be produced in court. They were not delivered on time.
FedEx drivers are lazy bastards they claimed 3 attempts to deliver my package without dropping off the package this morons never tried to stop they just pass by and drive away this $#*! sucking $#*!s will never have my business again
Day one found package on Highway called you and gave you the tracking number and other information containing the Box. Gave you my address to pick up the box by 5:30 no one showed up. Called at 5:30 gave them tracking number again they said they would pick it up. Got up in the morning and package still there. Tuesday call three times no one came and got the package. Wednesday morning package still there. I called 3 * first time hung up on second time transferred me to survey all three times they denied me to talk to a supervisor. I have become so frustrating trying to return this package no. I am out of a vehicle right now and my mother passed away on Wednesday. To whom it may concern FedEx be aware that you may not receive your package. Also be aware they don't care
For such a large company you would think they would have better customer service and be more attentive towards their customers. I shipped several packages and they are MIA, charged double, triple the amount after sending the packages, or broken. I have tried to get in contact with them to resolve this issue, but they either avoid me or dismiss it altogether. An example of the overcharges is I shipped a flat screen TV from another company. I had no overcharges, no surprise charges and my TV came in one piece. Wish I would have found this company way before FED EX! I would never use this company again! They won't even try to make things right. This is a lot of stress, headache and time.
Lack of communication, inaccurate information, horrible customer service. I have had bad experiences with them before, but this is just disrespectful. My package is a day late, I called to coordinate a pick up, since there was no sings of it arriving any time soon. They told me to call in an hour because it wasn't available for pick up yet. I called 45 minutes after and they tell me it's already in transit to it's final destination. I asked if there was any way to contact the driver before he left, since I can see online it's not yet "out for delivery" and the answers with, "not possible at this moment"… Still waiting for my package.
I have to sign for a delivery and was first told it would be delivered last Friday (today is Monday) so I cancelled all of my appointments for that date. Fedex keeps leaving delivered packages on the sidewalk and loading dock of our building in the middle of a city. They are often stolen and Fedex does not seem to care. I called to complain and the "customer service rep" said that it isn't their problem and hung up. Literally hung up and it patched me through to a survey on how I felt they managed my concern. Wow
I waited for five hours on Sunday for FedEx to show up. Tied up my whole day off and the results are disappointing. No delivery, no communication on why and no communication on when. How can a large company like that fail on something every other delivery service has been doing successfully for years. Get with the times FedEx. On more than one occasion I have had Federal Express delivery my packages. They are always delayed even with 2 day shipping. Also one package the driver actually just slowed down and threw it out the door. He never stopped. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Now I am waiting on a package that was supposed to be here on April 2,2021 then delayed to April 3 and guess what I am still waiting and it is now 4/7. I have heard a lot of folks say things get held up in Barrington NJ but, I am tired of the service. When you pay for 2 day shipping that is what you should get. Just ridiculous. If you can at all avoid this company I would do that. They are HORRIBLE.
Fed Ex should be ashamed at how they do business. They are just like the American government - they could care less about the people that they serve. After paying for shipping charges and signing a document that said I owed $0, Fed Ex sent me a bill. The representative who set up the delivery, never mentioned I would incur an additional charge. The company that I ordered the flooring from stated that it is illegal for Fed Ex to charge me. Fed Ex representative won't help or provide proof that I agreed to the charge. Worst company EVER! I will NEVER do business with Fed Ex again. It is obvious that they don't care how they treat their customers. What a shame!
Fedx customer service said it was up to me to contact sender when they screwed up the delivery. I was at home and they did not knock, ring bell, or even better, leave small box in my waterproof box on my step. They left me a note to say I was not at home even though the package did not require a signature. They left a slip for me to sign saying they would try again (sure). After three days, I checked tracking to see the package was on it's way to Airport in Paris France. Customer service said it was up to me to find it. I escalated to supervisor who never answered. I wrote shipper who was not at fault for this stupidity. No service, no sense of responsibility, no box either. What an incompetent company! What happened to them?
Never ever use this service, under no circumstances. We spent dozens of customer service calls and 4 office visits to be able to get our Fedex Home Delivery packages, as we were moving. They scheduled a pick-up at home and canceled last minute, just hours before when we had to leave home for our flight. Saying they can only come next day. Disrespectful toward customers, annoying customer service "professionals". Run from this company!
The worst delivery company on earth. Late deliveries, damaged packages, delay after delay after delay, deliveries that are supposed to be delivered by stated date that are not, only for status to become "unknown." These people are lazy and incompetent. This keeps happening time and time again. No wonder most people consider them the worst deliver company on earth.
This is by far the worst company to ship with or receive anything with! I wouldn't trust them to deliver melted crayons across the street from them, due to there would be delays and it'd take them 2 weeks to even think about delivering it! They have awful customer service if you can even reach someone, and when you do they blow you off. The drivers are just as rude. And heaven forbid if you're waiting on medical supplies. You might as well just risk it and take your chances because your stuff won't be delivered on time anyways.
My package has been in my city for five days now. Every day it says out for delivery and then at 6pm it changes to PENDING NO ETA. I gave it some time and finally called tonight to ask what the issue was. Was told that my package has not moved since being in my city five days ago. I asked why and was told they didn't have the drivers. I asked if they could just pull it and I'll come get it. Even though they're the delivery company and I'm not I'm willing to do their job to get my package and was denied. Was told it already has a sticker and I have to wait. Gave them my number so they can call when it's on it's way. Was not told at all an estimate or even a guess of when that will be. I cannot believe that people still use this company for shipping. I would not have decided this but the company I ordered from ships through them. Hopefully I see my items soon
He'd a medical delivery coming from 2 hours away. Went to a sorting area 1 hour away and then was shipped to a destination 7 hrs in the opposite way. 2days later and still haven't received this vital medication for my son. This has happened so many times with the shipping company.
Do yourself a favor and don't work here. They are the worst. I hurt myself on the job, I broke my leg, they denied my claim, didn't pay me for three weeks, sent me to a $#*!ty Dr who missed my fracture and let me walk on a broken leg for 3 weeks, upon my return they took double the medical premium out of my check leaving me with $100 for the week, plus I only have a long sleeve shirt and pants in 90 degree weather they refuse to give me proper clothes for summer. The single worst experience of my life.
Weeks ago I was ran off the side of the road by a fed ex driver. It is a curve normally no traffic but he was going fast. My daughter has 11 kids from 0 to 19. She also said she complained twice. Told me nothing would be done. She was right because 20 minutes ago he was flying down the road. I pushed my hand down and yelled slow down. I called Fed Ex they said they had no way of knowing who the driver was. We live in a country area he is probably the only driver in a 10 mile radius. Well customer service just put me on hold and never came back. I am writing this partly for future possible litigation. If one of my grandchildren are hit this documents at least one of the 4 complaints for the attorney. I am sure that will be useful. Also my daughter is going to post on FB him flying down the road. Again I am fair I told them this video would be posted if they didn't rectify the situation.

I have never had a positive experience with this company.
For a week, tracking said arriving early. When it arrived in my city it sat at their facility for 72 hours. Effectively destroying three days of my plans.
Their website is broken, so many links do nothing. Lead to bad gateways and non responsive pages. Thats a 1 star service for you.
You have to wrestle with a broken automated VI over the phone to get a hold of an agent to actually find out what's going on with the package.
Their tracking system is broken and has never in my dozens of delivered packaged been accurate, its so funny look at my example above. It's funny in an EMBARASSING way that this company even exists.
Fedex you making online shops look bad when they spend hard work to package an item beautifully, spend money to get tracking info only for you guys to make receiving the package a f-ing headache every single time.
