My Daughter order a package. Using FedEx Two-day delivery. We'll it's been a week now and No package. And yes she has been tracking her package. And she gets The same Bull $#*! messages your package is in a Truck and will be delivered at such and such time. But nope still no package. So she tried calling several times. And had to Deal with Automated Bull $#*!.And when you do get to talk to an actual person. There's a language barrier and nothing gets resolved.So Basically what I'm saying is get your $#*! together.And don't charge extra money for promise you can't keep.
I would give minus ratings if I could I have talking to customer care and calling everyday but they does not give a $#*! and says they can't do anything about it. Our trace department will call you but I never ever received a single call from them. Even after paying for express delivery this the kind of response I am getting. Please try to avoid Fedex if possible.
I have an international package coming from China that requires import duty tax payment. That would be fine if there was anyway for me to pay this. I have called 10 times over the last week trying to pay and been sent an online payment link that does not work over and over again. The website is probably the worst website I have ever used, full of broken links. They are now threatening to return the item to China as it is unpaid. Absolutely unbelievable. This is a one of custom made frame that had express delivery paid for. Disgraceful company. Will never used again
Packages have constantly been left outside on the ground available to anyone passing by. I approached the shipper to ask if he intended on delivering to his customers door. His first response was who are you, followed by no I will not. He even repeated do I work for FedEx to insinuate that I wasn't his boss after I had already shared my title. Clearly, he isn't concerned with whether or not his customers get their packages. That not even the reason for this review! I called customer support and spoke with a Contesa who constantly over spoke and continuously referred to FedEx Customers as "Your Residents". She clearly didn't want to acknowledge any responsibility to getting FedEx Customers their packages. Her customer service approach was to be defensive and even redirected blame stating that we should have our package lockers cleaned out! What a joke considering my initial starting sentence included that the packages were too large to fit in lockers. I clearly realized there would be no capacity for troubleshooting/solution to take care of, "my resident's", or "Her Customers". I asked if there was anyone else that I could speak with, and her response was no, and she even ended the call following that! WOW!
Twice in 5 months I have received a text from FedEx that my package has been delivered. No package on porch or anywhere on property. Short street with 7 houses and not one neighbor received my package by accident. No one even saw or heard the FedEx truck come down the street. I and my 5 of my neighbors are home all day most days. I can see my driveway and the street from where I sit with my laptop. Package was not delivered nor attempted. Drive lied. Called FedEx and they quizzed me like a criminal. Opened investigation never heard from them again. So my money is just gone. Not good on fixed income. I am ready to stop using businesses that use FedEx exclusively. Sorry no package so no picture.
Paid extra for overnight service. Fedex sends notice on tracking of package, that they will deliver not overnight but 2 more days later. No way to get help, period. They do not care they got their money. The part being shipped is needed to fix my well so my home can have water in the house. Now, we will do without water for 5 days. I made a orden on Apple 1 month ago. They send the package by Fedex, but my package was delay for more than a week, and that is no the bad thing. I received my package destroyed. Literally, looks like a card step over product. I ordered a Apple Watch, and the FedEx's workers wanted to make me pay for a box or returned it back. I really unsatisfied with these company. Know i have to Waite 3 more weeks to receive the replacement. If you are thinking about contract FedEx to send a important package, think twice.
Also, when I showed to Apple's workers, they were on shock.
FedEx can not seem to deliver a package successfully which is awful for a package delivery company. I never have any issues with UPS or USPS but something always goes wrong with FedEx. Whether it's not leaving a clearly marked perishable box that does not require a signature, or just plain losing packages, there is always a problem. Even there 1-800 number doesn't work. The recording cuts off randomly and says it doesn't understand you when you have not had the chance to repeal yet. Again, horrible.
No customer service after my phone was stolen from the package. Intentional negligent as they are not made to pay for their misdeeds. Why do you think their shares are sliding while online commerce is booming? Because they are corrupt, they are implicit in this fraud. I received my delivery from Wayfair this morning. I live in a tower and when he called up I asked if he could bring it to my door - it was 50 Pounds! He said "No". I am disabled by the way. Before Covid couriers used to do their jobs, they get paid quite well to drive and drop boxes but it seems too much to ask for them do even do that. I am betting Wayfair is losing business because of them.
Takes your money and makes you pay for asking about the tracking number! As if it is such a hard worn secret! Comes only around noon when everyone has gone back to work so as to pull their pranks without any other neighbor on the street! Likes most especially to boss you on how to hold their machine upright for the signature and best of all, control how you should be holding the pen!
Fedex charges you almost 3 times with a promise to deliver your package next day, but it is not able to fulfill on it's promise. I feel one should not pay extra money to fedex for their lies. They can't able to track your package or say what's going on. Fedex don't guarantee anything, and they don't have any customer care to reach out. If you are lucky enough to pass their phone trap, you will still get automated answer from representative in a repetitive mode.
I've been in transportation over 40 years and can't understand how you people can get a package within miles of its destination then ship it over 1500 mile in a different direction to maybe getting it back where it belongs. So how are you still in business?
I live in a residential private community. The post office explained precisely how to set up our address for delivery. Fed Ex just cant seem to get the address correct. Why yes they take a picture and say the item was delivered but its never in front of my home! And the process to file a claim and contact Amazon is really frustrating...so much time is put into tracking down items and trying to rectify the issue and get a refund. I would say over 95% of my items shipped via Fed Ex do not make it to my home. Fed Ex needs to do better for their customers.
Absolutely the most inept, stupid, Garbage azz delivery company without a doubt. Been waiting 4 days and counting for a package shipped 120 miles from my residence. It's actually been at the FedEx hub 6 miles from my residence for going on 60+ hours and counting. Just see my tracking photos. They're self explanatory. Absolutely PATHETIC! Fed ex truck backed into my yard twice and left deep ruts. I reported it, sent pictures, gave tracking number, did everything they asked to get reimbursed on fixing my yard. They kept sending Me the same generic message saying they needed

Every time I receive a package from FedEx, it has been Crushed, mangled, or ripped open. I even had two generators delivered with Cracked or broken bases holding the generator it it's frame. Why does the government allow this garbage company to continue? They obviously don't like their jobs or they just totally disrespect their customers. IT"S JUST BAD BUSINESS! They should have their license revoked! This is how my last order was delivered. Plastic Shade visors for my Pickup windows. The cardboard box shows it was crushed by a heavier box!
We tried to order some shoes from France without success, because French web-stores refused to deliver to Finland. Bongo International service gave us solution to solve problem. Now my wife is more than happy.

Answer: Based on my experience and other reviews I have read, FEDEX is looking to put itself out of business. I will be very happy when Amazon buys them for a discount.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
