FedEx is horrible! 2 out of three deliveries lost and/or damaged in 2 weeks! This company better get its act and people together before they go bankrupt! By the looks of the most recent reviews, it seems to be a trend. Hold your people accountable Fedex! Don't be pandering pu$$!es!
The packaging company went above and beyond to avoid damage to a picture on poster board. But leave it to FedEx to break it. I'm tired of these idiots that go out of their way to be careless with others valuables. If you hate your job so much quit already!
I don't get the hate here and I'm glad I don't.
I get shipments daily from the 3 carriers. FedEx, UPS and USPS.
FedEx always delivers at the same time, courteous drivers actually ring the bell and my boxes come without being beat up.
UPS is the worse for damage. I think they play soccer with every box I get. Horrible.
USPS sends my stuff all over the country for no reason. Even they don't understand it. Last package was 4 hours from my location. It took 13 days, went through 4 states and damaged the custom made parts in the package. Got stuck in the conveyor system.
So I can only say FedEx has never done any of that to me. They leave a message the day before it arrives as a reminder. Their racking is always updated. Package not damaged. What more should I expect.

This incompetent company lost my package one week ago. In 7 days they haven't been able to do anything for me, despite I called them every day. They continue changing their version of what happened to cover the incompetence of somebody who lost the package or delivered it to the wrong address. I want my package back or a full refund to be provided without further wasting my time.
Also, they do not note down what we discussed during our calls, so every time I called I was receiving the same lie: "according to our system your package was delivered".
This is extremely frustrating. The company does not deliver a reliable service: better to avoid it.
Fedex has to be the worst shipping company I have ever used. They are never on time, and they often damage the packages. They claim and charge for delivery dates that they know they won't meet. Try ups or literally anything else. I ordered a package from Russia, had it detained at customs for a while, then released several weeks later. And it still came with less of a delay than my average fedex package does.
Absolutely horrible. My son got his medical supplies in today and they smashed them and had open boxes, this stuff is supposed to stay sterilized at all times because it's for his feeding tube. To say I'm more than upset is an understatment! And you can't call their customers service line and get through to anyone! They don't even need to exist. Absolutely unacceptable!
Ok, so this is first time I'm really venting on FedEx. I had 3 boxes each weighing 90 lbs delivered for my business. I employ 2 seniors. Would it be that hard to deliver the boxes inside the house?. The driver was asked politely to bring them in, to which he responded "Not me!". Seriously?. Your incapable of bringing in 3 boxes for an elderly couple?. I will ask for my supplier to use alternative methods
I ordered a perishable item through FedEx Express... well, ZERO service and no package... not even a message as to why!
The tracking info changed delivety date three times... adding days to when to expect delivery. Then, suddenly on Sunday, even an indication of any delivery disappeared from their site. No message to me or the shipper. Complete disregard for the people paying them.
A sensitive package that was sent with priority overnight, frozen, delayed 3 days while it had to go in a freezer. Absolutely no help from customer service because they supposedly didn't have a phone number for the location it was held at. Product was destroyed.
This guys are incompetent, not just in the united but in my own country, clearance delayed never experienced this with dhl, guess I have to wait for a very long time, until they bring me huge amount to pay as custom fees, they are incapable
There is a reason everyone reviews FedEx so low. Our delivery was to a business location as overnight and it is constantly delayed day after day due to "Weather". The problem is there is no weather issue and delivery from UPS and USPS are on schedule delivering packages just fine, but not for FedEx. They are constantly delivering with issues. My wife has problems at her work as well where packages are delayed regularly and missed. We still don't have our package. Also watching people get stolen and damaged packages after reading reviews is concerning. We will never use FedEx as a delivery service for personal or business again. Too risky and costly.
FedEx used to be my go to for all shipping. Their prices are too high and now they deliver everything by dropping over my gate. No longer do I get it on the doorstep. I am older and I often have to unpack my boxes at the gate because I can't move them and they are often split apart after dropping over the gate. I stopped shipping with both my business and personal because the service is just not good anymore. I also find the entire FedEx online system extremely frustrating because you can't talk to anyone.
I knew Bongo from many reviews so I tried to use them. I already used them for 3 times now, the price is reasonable and they deliver fast. They dont need monthly fee too to join. Once the package get into my country red line, unlike any other delivery services, Bongo solved it well. I am impressed
I recently placed an order for which the vendor selected FedEx as their shipper. I signed up for detailed tracking and followed the parcel closely. On the indicated ‘day of delivery' I checked again and, according to the tracking information, it had been delivered an hour or so earlier although there was NOTHING delivered. I immediately filed a claim with FedEx hoping my promptness of response would enable them to locate where they had actually left my package. It has now been several weeks and there has been absolutely NO response to my claim! Obviously, they just don't care. Since I used PayPal to pay for the item, I have filed a claim with them for reimbursement due to ‘Non-delivery' of my order! I am content to let the vendor fight their battle with FedEx. I certainly can't get their attention! I would give FedEx a zero rating if it were possible.
I paid for an overnight shipment with a Saturday delivery.
Nothing showed up on Saturday and the tracking information stated the shipment was at the Miami hub being processed.
Monday rolls around and I call, only to be told the shipment had been delayed but they guarantee Tuesday delivery by 4:30 Pm.
Tuesday at 4:35 I call to find out where my package is and they tell me it's been delayed again due to ice on the runway. I inform them that the package is in Miami and its 85 degrees outside. Now she consults her book of " lies to tell your Customer" and starts rambling on about some other nonsense. Don't use Fed Ex, they lie and never offer a refund.
Nothing good I can say got a new address 2 months ago ups has no problem finding it apparently to fedex the address doesn't exist. Been waiting for delivery now for 4 days. This is ridiculous. Still haven't gotten a date yet it's on the truck then off then on. They have no idea what's going on
Emails from FedEx states that our delivery will be today. This has been going on for 3 days. Now they blame it on a weather delay. The delivery hub is 20 miles away. We have had no bad weather.
This is the 4th time we have had such delays over the past 6 months. Many times when the delivery has eventually been received the box is very damaged and obviously has been re-taped.
We are being forced to buy our Chewy products from someone else since FedEx can not deliver with dependability. Plus there is no credibility with their messaging.
The driver pulled in and sat in the truck for a minute or so then he pull off without delivering my package. Tried calling customer service but not able to talk with anyone cause it's all animated and not possible to talk with a live person! If it was up to me I would have chose UPS, I hate it when I order something and the shipper decide to use fedex. I've had nothing but bad experiences with them, anything from damage boxes, damaged goods to drivers with crappy attitudes and now drivers that leave without delivering my package. I have been waiting on my package for 5 days they never can tell me where it's at they keep changing when it's gonna be here and it's a very important package it's the worst experience I've of ever had with a delivery service it is not the first time they've done this.
Just received a product ordered during Black Friday. FedEx was the carrier. The box and the product arrived damaged. FedEx Driver run away even before I opened the door (probably he knew product was damaged and since this company is not Customer oriented, he just left me this headache). Now product must be replaced by the manufacturer. Hope the next delivery will not be handled by FedEx again. They are the worst Logistics company in Canada by far!
Answer: Based on my experience and other reviews I have read, FEDEX is looking to put itself out of business. I will be very happy when Amazon buys them for a discount.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
