I'd probably think about it twice again before making a purchase here. I used to love fashionphile but you guys are taking forever to ship our items. I was told my a friend she had the same experience. We pay top dollars because we know this is supposed to be a respected company but sadly we were wrong. I tried emailing customer service even made a call where it went to voicemail was told to leave my information no one ever called me back. My bag arrived 2 weeks kept checking link the label was done but I guess whoever is in charge of dropping or picking up orders just took their time w mine.

My bag is in great shape, however, it arrived with a very strong scent of perfume. I expected this would just go away but I found found the odor to be unremovable.

I have purchased numerous high end items from Fashionphile. Shopping at Fashionphile is about discovering beautiful, quality and one of a kind pieces.

As a shopper of Fashionphile for over ten years, I have never had a bad experience. From their flexible payment options to their delivery, everything is top tier. The products I received are just as described.

I was so afraid to pay this much for a bag sight unseen except for photos. So, just to be sure, I asked to see more. Immediately, of the advisors emailed me probably 40 of the most detailed photos close up and of every corner and angle of the bag. The bag in the photos was perfect. But, until it was in my hands, I was still so worried. When I got my box I couldn't believe my eyes... if this bag was ever used it might have been once. It looked like brand new and had the original LV box and dust bag. This was the best experience ever. Only one thing I was not happy about... I wish there was more of the signature round confetti in my box LOL :)

It is always so easy and sometimes fiscally challenging, to not want to buy everything you see on Fashionphile. They curate and seek out the nicest and trendiest pieces. Some are hard to find drops that sold out or are more exclusive and some are vintage. I am always impressed by the thoroughness of the details in which they list the condition of the item, their scoring they use is always honest with photos. On top of it being seamlessly easy to find products by brand, size, color, etc, their prices are fair. I will definitely be back for more lux treats.

I absolutely love my blue Chanel boots! They've quickly become my new favorite pair to wear whenever I'm in blue or black. The fit is a little smaller compared to my Chanel slingbacks, but still comfortable once they're on. There were a couple of small scuffs that weren't listed, but overall they were in great shape. The color is stunning, the quality is amazing as always with Chanel, and they make me feel so chic every time I wear them.

I used to have no issues with returns but there was a quality issue with a bag I purchased and I requested returns twice but never got the return authorization. I also ended up purchasing the same bag in better condition but was worried about quality. I called the store before my new bag shipped so I can pick it up in person but there was last minute confusion. I asked them to pull my bag from the shipping queue and have it ready for me for pickup but then as I was going there, I got an email that my bag had shipped. They ended up finding my replacement bag at the store eventually as it didn't leave for shipping yet but the overall experience was harrowing and I had to go into the city on a weekend to sort out the return issue with the original bag I purchased. All in all, I probably would not purchase from Fashionphile again.

This was my first LV purchase so, o was very excited to receive it. It was gorgeous and I was very pleased with the purse. It looked better in person. The only thing I noticed it was packed in a regular box not a FASHIONPHILE box, it did have the confetti, but no nail file.
Either way the purse was perfect and that is what matters🙂

I have purchased multiple items from FASHIONPHILE and have been beyond happy each time. Not only are their items as advertised but their pricing is the best of any other resale sites I have shopped. It's why I buy from them time and time again.

I've been a loyal customer for years, appreciating the opportunity for layaway and consistently receiving items in excellent condition. However, Fashionphile's constant system updates have become frustrating, to the point that I've lost all my previous purchase history. Because of this, I no longer feel confident shopping there, especially fearing my layaway plans might disappear, and I really don't want to deal with another grumpy customer service representative.

Experience was clear and to the point. I found the bag I wanted & it was delivered in a reasonable time. Price was right & the bag was in great condition. Enjoyed the experience.

I was skeptical of this website so to confirm authenticity I had the bag sent into LV for repair. To my pleasant surprise, LV sent in the quote for canvas care and I was able to have the bag repaired that same week. I am so excited that I have this one of a kind vintage piece. This bag is near excellent condition, I couldn't be more happier.

Purchased a beautiful Fendi baguette in perfect condition. It arrived quickly and beautifully wrapped with a Fashionphile dust bag. First time purchasing with this company and I am very happy with the experience and service.

Fashionphile consistently has an excellent selection of designer items to browse and shop. I also appreciate the nice presentation when the order arrives, it's a nice touch that makes for a great experience all around and makes them stand out ahead of other resale sites.
