I wanted to treat myself. I have worn my wallet and purse out and wanted a nice designer bag, but instead of buying a new LV bag and wallet I purchased a used one on here that looks new for half the price! They are in excellent condition. The purse has a few very minor flaws that aren't noticeable and that I was aware of and the wallet looks like it's never been used! I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Item was practically brand new, I was expecting it to be more used but it wasn't. Beautifully packaged and it came quickly. This isn't my first purchase and I plan to buy more items from fashionphile.
The Gucci handbag was delivered later than expected. I paid more to get it delivered early; but received two days later than expected. With the exception of the zipper closure issue, the Gucci handbag is in pretty good condition.
While I love my Fendi bag the blemishes were not noted on the website. I may have not purchased if they were shown as I expected the bag to be in excellent condition as stated but in fact it shows wear.
I bought a purse and paid extra for 2 day shipping. My package was sent out but then got lost in transit by UPS. I had to reach out to Fashionphile several days after my initial estimated delivery date to open an investigation into where the package was and when it would actually be delivered. Once the investigation was opened the package was found and was then sent to me 2 days later. I know this was probably caused more so do to UPS but it did end up taking about 2 weeks to get my package when I paid extra for express shipping. The bag and box it came in were fine once I finally received it.
I new to FASHIONPHILE and I truly like this site. This service is professional. My purse wasn't stuffed in a too-small box. My purses came wrapped and boxed just right. The quality of the purse is absolutely first-rate. The price matches the merchandise.
The item was listed as Giftable, but arrived clearly used. The box is torn, greased and wrinkled. The protective films are missing on parts of the hardware. And lastly the hardware is scratched.
Attempts to resolve this with support have failed, the mislabel appears intentional.
I have been wanting the LV TOTALLY for years. But never pulled the trigger, constantly talking myself out of it for one reason or another. But I would find myself looking at them online from time to time. I came across FASHIONPHILE and found my bag! It came just as pictured, all of the minor wear was described and honestly, it's perfect. I was less than thrilled with the box upon arrival, it was ripped open, I videoed before I opened it but it wasn't their fault, it happened in shipping. Great overall experience.
I ordered a lovely LV bag and received the tracking information and to my chagrin, the shipping company seemed to do everything they could to not deliver my package and even returned it to Fashionphile before the last posted delivery date. I contacted Fashionphile and they documented everything and assured me that when they received it, they would resend it. When the tracking information showed it had been received by Fashionphile I waited several days I contacted them, and they assured me they would send it back. They did everything right and I am now in possession of my purchase, and it was well worth the wait.

I had a great experience from the ease of placing my order to delivery. The purse is in amazing condition. The pictures online show the purse exactly how it was. I wanted to buy this purse in Bergdorf's over Christmas last year and didn't pull the trigger, i have been thinking about it ever since. When i saw it on Fashionphile i was so excited and the price was amazing. I couldn't be happier with this purchase and i can't wait to buy my next purse.
Using the Fashionphile website I found easy to navigate and look for items I am interested in. I had browsed on their website many times before but never jumped to finalise a purchase. I also like that you can save things in a wish list, which I have done and like to keep checking on it daily to see if anyone had already snatched up items I have my eyes on. The entire add to cart and payment is easy and communication is prompt with automated emails to let me know when my items are sent with a given estimated delivery time. I like that the delivery was not too long of a wait, probably around 2 weeks and even when I had to pay customs in my country, everything was settled quickly and I was still able to receive my parcel without delays.
I am very happy with my recent purchase and can't wait to snatch up another piece to add to my luxury collection.

The luggage tag seemed fine in the pictures and when I received it. It wasn't until I undid the buckle and put it on my bag that I noticed that the hole the metal peg goes in was torn and the leather strip is almost torn through. Too bad I cut the Fashionphile tag off.
The items are nicely presented on the site with many photos and descriptions provided. The return policy is also a plus because without it, I will likely not purchase. Also very easy to filter items, because they have thousands, to look for something more specific. I highly recommend shopping here.
Ivanah Brown gave me above and beyond excellent customer service. She found the Dior tote that I have wanted but unable to find it on my own. She is an extremely caring salesperson and I will definitely use her in the future.
Second hand can be a hit or miss. First we called Atlanta location and a young man said sure come we have the bag only for us to drive 40mins there and back to be told they don't have bags at the Atlanta location. Needless to say this experience was sooo stressful, the company claims they allow UPS to leave packages at pick up location which requires a ID yet UPS says they don't. We miss our package. Then once we received it the bag has a permanent bend in it… which was NOT on the pictures lesson learned: save the extra money and purchase it new. There is little to no accountability… customers are just torn fill out feedback.
I'm genuinely surprised by how well packaged my parcel was and the clean condition in which the product arrived. From other shops, I've received things in conditions where I've had to spend extra money getting the item cleaned. The bag I ordered was in the exact condition listed on the website AND it was beautifully cleaned - ready to use. Thank you so much for my bag!
