Don't buy! No refund!

I ordered nine items for $233.26 in May 2017 (oder# B*******). Some of them was out in stock. They put $90 to my wallet, I requested a refund, after couple weeks my money disappeared - I have not received it to my account and my wallet was empty. I received the rest of my order only on July. I didn't like them and sent all items back. I asked for a refund of my money. Today is November and they have not refunded me!
Every time they refer me to another person:
October 1, Susan said that my refund had an emergency status and ask me to wait more days.
October 19, Mandy said that something happened with thier system and I will receive my money from 27th-31st of October
November 12, Bella said that something wrong with thier financial account and they will refund me within next 12-15 days.
November 25, Cherish said that I already received my money in October!
It's not true.
I have not received my money from FashionMia.
Please don't buy from fashionmia. Stay away from them.

Disappointed

I placed an order on 15.11. It was supposedly dispatched over ten days ago on 18.11. And the tracking status is still the same. I spoke to Suki on web chat and she was unable to track my goods either.
I am obviously very worried and request that you refund the charges you already made against my credit card.
Suki on Fashionmia webchat said:
Just on the way to your country. I cannot tell you where it is, since it is on the way to your country, it is hard to locate it.
Her comments strongly suggest that you have not sent a parcel at all otherwise it would be trackable.

Please do not purchase anything from this company, they kept my money for over 3 months and did not refund.
Really poor quality of clothes even for cheap purchases.
I had to involve my American express to get the money back.
They are probably operating from China but claim that they are locally situated. Had to pay £23 to return the awful staff back

Scams company

Do no t buy from this company ever. I ordered and paid for some items they never send it, and the receipt doesn't have the order number or ID them you can tracking the items or file a complain
They wanted that I pay for the items again using a money order from western union and I call paypal and they are going to get my money back from this scams company

Despicable workmanship

I thought I would give online shopping a try and the dress looked good so I ordered it. I was surprised by the size of the package in my mailbox it looked like the size of a rag and guess what?, it was a rag not a beautiful dress that I thought I ordered. The seamstress should be ashamed to send such rubbish and be put out of business! Seriously?!?!

Don't ever buy from this seller. I ordered and paid for a dress on 9 Oct and needed the dress for an event 4 weeks later. Started emailing on 17 Oct and after 4 emails was told it would not be here for my event. I cancelled the order and have not received a refund. Another 3 emails from me and was promised the refund would be 15 - 20 working days. Time up - emailed again yesterday and was told there was a problem with their refund system an I would not receive my refund until 25 - 28 Dec

Really small items

I don't recommend buying there unless you have asian size, although they provide measurements on the adverts, they are not real. If you want to return the items, you need to pay for it and you need to pay a lot if you're not in US.

I got another email from Angela telling me that I need to pay for my order! Hahahaha People working at FashionMia don't even look at their system to find accurate information. Completely absurd and ridiculous!

I placed an order back in July with several items, most of the didn't fit as the sizes run too small. I returned 6 items and asked for a refund to my credit card.
The company acknowledged receipt of the items. Instead of refunding to my credit card they added the money to my wallet. After several emails and messages through the website Mandy finally responded on September 2nd indicating she was going to request the money being refunded to my credit card within 7-9 days. Today is November 13th and they have not refunded me!
I have sent emails every week, completed several disputes and sent several emails through their website. I found a phone number on a website, called today and no one answers! The call was sent to a voice mail. This company is such a scam!
They owe me over $80 dollars. I shouldn't be contacting them every single week to get MY money back. Worst part is that they took my money from my wallet and they have not refunded my credit card. This is completely ridiculous.
I am still waiting from someone to call me back or reply to my emails. 4 months is completely absurd.
There is nothing serious about this company. I don't recommend this company to anybody.
I sent 5 emails this week, asked to call me back. I also called and left a voice message, no one has responded. Unbelievable!

I have issues with two orders. They said they would refund my money. They never refunded my money for any order. They do not even respond back to you no matter how many e-mails you send them. THIS SITE IS SPAM. Please dont invest your valuable time or money in this.

ZERO STAR - DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS DODGY COMPANY. SUCH RIPOFFS/ SCAMMERS. I ordered 5 dresses received only 1 which fit but of very poor quality. Still waiting 2 months on for the others. After enquiring regarding my order, I got given tracking numbers, one that didn't exist. I wish I could report them. Im putting warnings everywhere and anywhere I can to alert others. I have lost $140 to these thieves. Plus they respond to negative comments asking for your order number and to email linda! Dont waste your time and money.

I ordered a dress for a wedding, giving the company 3 full weeks to get it to me. It arrived 1 week after the wedding. I decided to send it back as I really had not use for it - went to the post office and followed all of their instructions for the return. However I did not send it registered because that would have cost me more than the dress. They are now saying they never received it and have yet to refund me. With the cost of the dress, the exchange on the Canadian dollar and the postage to return this dress I am out over $60.00. So many emails back and forth and still no refund. I will NEVER use this company again EVER, I would caution others as well. Fashion Mia you could so easily resolve this situation, the dress was $39.00 USD for heaven sake. All you kept telling me is we have thousands of packages in and out of our warehouse every day! This makes me feel even worse about my choice to use your service. So much business and you cannot refund $39.00 USD and since I did not get the dress back in my mailbox you obviously have it.

Stay way fro this company

I ordered 3 dresses from this company on September 13,2017. They stated it takes 5 - 17 days max. The dresses did not come until November 6,2017. Two of the are great, the other one is paper thin. I used their request refund form twice and each time I submit the info, the system kept bringing me back to the refund page but could not get a confirmation. Since I had a case dispute opened, I sent an email to the manager. I seems as thought it will be a back and forth again. Will not order from this company. Really bad service

I, like countless others, was conned by the lovely Photoshopped photos on their website, and foolishly bought an elegant looking matt-black skater dress (which is a flared skirted dress- such as skaters wear, hence the name) with a lace trim for the not unsubstantial sum of GBP£26.84 to include nearly GBP£6 postage. As you might guess from the currency quoted- I am in the UK.

What I received is not remotely like what was pictured in that it is made from shiny cheap and nasty lining fabric (the kind you get inside cheap trouser pockets), had puckered seams, and had nothing remotely "skater" about it. I. e. No flare as per the lovely site photos.

I politely (you get nothing if you cannot be polite) contacted the company for assistance in getting a full refund for an item which is a) not fit for the purpose (the fabric is the kind which is very probably banned in the UK, as being a fire risk) and b) NOT as described by any stretch of even the wildest imagination.

This is where my woes really began- the "dispute managers" (note the plural) I had offered me first US$8 (note the wrong currency) if I kept it, then US$5, then US$6, and then US$5 again in order to, and I quote, "help" me "cut" my "losses". At no time did they take any responsibility for the mis-selling or offer me a full refund in that they offered to let me return it at MY cost for a refund of ONLY the cost of the garment (which they still claim was in US$).

I took my issue to Paypal when it became impossible to deal with the two "dispute managers" contradicting themselves and insulting me by suggesting that I had to "cut" my "losses" as though it was a case of me changing my mind.

Despite this- they persisted. I asked them to please keep it professional and on Paypal, and was summarily ignored on this too. So if they cannot con you out of your hard-earned money (it might not seem a lot to some, but I worked very hard for what I have) and make you just accept your loss- they will start to harangue you until you lose the will to live and drop it.

It has now become a matter of principle. If they were in the UK- I'd have reported them to trading standards by now. As it is, I have had to ask Paypal to intervene and resolve this.

I got scam.

I ordered dresses in this company, and not received any of my orders. Thank God it is 96 dollars. Now I find out all along the address is in Hongkong the counterfeit capital of the World. Yes guys we got scam. Don't order anything from this Company anymore. How can I get my money back? WOW. Spread the word in your social media. Don't let other girls be scammed by this Company.

No Product In Stock

My experience is ditto to the comments below about non delivery. I ordered it 14 days ago and it continues to show "order processed". I have been in contact with them 4 times and they state "due to high volume" it will be processed as soon as possible. I received a message today to say that it is out of stock and I should pick another product and they will substitute it. The dress is still showing on their website 80% off and still available. I have replied to tell them I don't want another product - I want my money refunded. I will post when I receive a response from them.
